Abstract

Operator Telepon bertugas memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu, mulai dari sebelum tamu datang, selama tamu menginap dan berkunjung sampai setelah mereka meninggalkan hotel. Operator telepon juga bekerja untuk memastikan bahwa semua kebutuhan dan permintaan tamu dapat dipenuhi sebelum mereka menginap, pada saat kedatangan, selama mereka menginap dan setelah tamu meninggalkan hotel. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran operator telepon di Hotel The Westin Jakarta berbeda dengan peran operator telepon hotel pada umumnya. Di The Westin Jakarta, Operator Telepon merupakan pusat komando pertama yang menerima informasi darurat. Mulai dari keadaan darurat yang terjadi di kamar, area operasional, dapur, tempat parkir hingga area umum. Operator Telepon juga bertanggung jawab untuk menerima, merekam, dan memproses permintaan dan pertanyaan tamu melalui telepon, email, obrolan, dan perangkat komunikasi seluler.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Uptown Brew coffee shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis methods. Accidental Sampling sampling technique. The population in the study was all visitors who came to the Uptown Brew Coffee Shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. Meanwhile, the sample numbered 100. The partial research results show that product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Good product quality influences consumer satisfaction, creates customer loyalty, and strengthens the coffee shop brand reputation. Affordable and competitive prices can increase consumer satisfaction by making access easier, offering comparable value, and providing choice.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location and word of mouth promotion on purchasing decisions at the Cipulir market. This research uses a quantitative and qualitative approach by applying multiple regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were asked to rate them using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The population that was the research subject was visitors to Cipulir Market, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. communication of product value to strengthen their market position. The strategic nature of the Cipulir market influences purchasing decisions with accessibility, product availability, socio-cultural environment and market image. Markets with many sellers and product variations are the main choice for consumers, coupled with a friendly environment and a positive market image. Word of Mouth is also important because of social interaction in traditional markets, where recommendations and reviews from other parties provide strong incentives for potential buyers.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, contributing to GDP, creating jobs and reducing poverty. However, MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges that hinder their development, such as limited managerial skills, lack of product innovation, and limited access to financing. This research aims to identify internal and external factors that influence the development of MSMEs in Indonesia and provide recommendations to support their growth. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and document studies in several large cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya. The research results show that the main internal factors hindering the development of MSMEs are a lack of managerial skills and product innovation. Meanwhile, external factors include limited access to financing and uneven government policies. Technology and digitalization provide excellent opportunities for MSMEs to increase their competitiveness, but limited digital skills remain an obstacle. In conclusion, managerial training, product innovation, and simplifying access to financing are necessary to encourage the growth of MSMEs. The government must also improve its socialization policy and ensure its implementation is evenly distributed throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies that can be applied to MSMEs producing candied nutmeg and papaya products in Cibeber Village to enhance their market competitiveness. A qualitative research method using in-depth interviews was conducted with 5 MSME actors and 5 regular consumers. The data collected was analyzed using SWOT analysis, with the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) component to assess internal strengths and weaknesses, and the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) to identify external opportunities and threats. The findings indicate that the most appropriate strategy is the ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy, which leverages internal strengths to address external threats such as intense competition and raw material price pressures. The novelty of this research lies in identifying the potential for MSMEs producing candied nutmeg and papaya to grow through improved packaging, product diversification, digital marketing, and more efficient supply chain management. The study recommends that MSMEs focus on utilizing technology for digital marketing, improving product quality, and expanding their market reach to mitigate external threats. Overall, this research offers new insights into marketing and product management strategies for local MSME development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana.  Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan Kedai Kopi Uptown Brew Greenlake selama bulan Januari-Maret 2022 berjumlah 10.003 orang. Dengan teknik rumus Slovin jumlah yang diperoleh adalah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Memberikan pelayanan yang baik  akan terwujud kepuasan pelanggan dan pembelian ulang pun akan terjadi serta rekomendasi kepada pihak ketiga akan berlanjut. Kedai Kopi Uptown Brew perlu strategi dan cara untuk dapat mengedepankan preferensi dan kesukaan pembeli seperti penyajian kopi bagi casual drinkers akan berbeda bagi mereka pecinta kopi.

Abstract

This research explores legendary Jakarta culinary delights reflecting local traditions, global influences, and the city's cultural identity. The study aims to identify and analyse iconic restaurants such as Ragusa Es Italia and Nasi Goreng Kebon Sirih. The methods include semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document collection to understand culinary delights' experience, history, and social impact. The results identified eight legendary restaurants, each significantly contributing to Jakarta's culinary culture. The culinary experience at these places is not just about the food but also strengthens social interactions between diners, creating connected communities. Analysis shows that the restaurant is a custodian of cultural and historical values, connecting different generations. The conclusion is that the culinary legend not only serves delicious food but also builds the city's identity. Means for preserving culinary heritage include collaboration between government, communities, and entrepreneurs and training programs for the younger generation to maintain traditional cooking techniques. Hopefully, this research will become a reference in developing culinary studies and preserving cultural heritage in Jakarta. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of people and physical evidence on interest in visiting Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, Banten Province. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple analysis methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The population in the research were all consumers who visited the Babeh Sadeli Betawi Restaurant, Pondok Aren. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. The results of partial research on people and physical evidence influence interest in visiting. Research shows that service and the physical environment influence the customer experience at a restaurant. A friendly and professional attitude increases visitor satisfaction and influences their interest in returning. An attractive interior and cleanliness are also important in providing a positive first impression to customers. The combination of the two creates an overall positive experience, encouraging customers to return and recommend the restaurant to others. Restaurant practitioners are advised to provide employee training for friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Then also interior design, cleanliness and food presentation to create a positive impression.

Abstract

Kenyaman rumah penting bagi setiap orang. Solusi interior sebagai penyedia jasa konstruksi interior sangat memperhatikan kepuasan konsumennya. Penelitian ini akan mendalami mengenai diskon pengerjaan, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Studi ini melibatkan sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk Solusi Interior. Data yang sudah terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan struktural structural. Penelitian menghasilkan temuan terdapatnya pengaruh diskon pengerjaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan arah positif sebesar 0,689. Terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan arah positif sebesar 0,799. Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan arah positif sebesar 0,797. The comfort of home is important for everyone. Interior solutions as an interior construction service provider are very concerned about customer satisfaction. This research will explore workmanship discounts, service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction. This study involved as many as 100 respondents who had made a purchase of Interior Solutions products. The collected data is processed and analyzed using structural equation models. The result of this study is the effect of workmanship discounts on consumer satisfaction with a positive direction of 0.689. There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with a positive direction of 0.799. There is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction with a positive direction of 0.797.
