Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and stakeholders on community-based tourism and its impact on sustainable village development. Quantitative research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research method used is path analysis. The research location is in the Borobudur Tourism Village area. The objects of this research are community groups, business actors and local governments. The population in this study was 9,826 people. Meanwhile, the sample based on the Slovin formula was 385 people. Research findings show that a transactional leadership style focusing on supervision and direction increases community involvement in developing tourist villages. In addition, although stakeholders do not directly influence CBT, they still play an essential role in supporting infrastructure development and improving community skills through CSR funds. The development of sustainable tourism villages is more influenced by community collaboration, understanding of sustainability principles, and diversification of tourism products other than culinary. This research implies the need for tourism village managers to increase community involvement in every stage of development, diversify tourism products, and strengthen collaboration between government, the private sector and the community. Then, the use of technology and social media can expand market reach. At the same time, the community must play an active role in preserving culture and the environment to support the sustainability of tourist villages.

Abstract

Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek is a traditional rural area which is one of the priorities for tourism development in Lebak Regency. As a traditional village that has unique cultural potential, this area also has a variety of natural potential because of its position as an enclave area of the Gunung Halimun Salak National Park (TNGHS), so it is not surprising that this area is directed to be developed as a tourist village thanks to the potential it has. This research aims to identify and analyze tourist village management based on tourist village components in Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method by comparing conditions in the field with the theory of tourist village components. The results of this research are that the management of tourist villages in Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek is still natural and there is no special tourism village management so that each village runs independently. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tourist village management institution with a cluster model so that each village complements and integrates each ODTW as a form of shared enthusiasm in managing tourist villages in Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek. Abstract

This research explores how Instagram is used to find homestay information in tourist village areas. Using a descriptive method and quantitative approach, data were collected through field surveys, Google Forms, and in-person interviews with participants from Jakarta.. The findings show that women prefer Instagram over men due to its image-centric nature, and young people aged 16-25 find it useful for homestay searches. Nonetheless, 27% of respondents express disagreement, stating that they primarily use Instagram for archiving photos and videos and favor online travel agent apps for booking accommodations. Nevertheless, 73% of participants concur that Instagram's features streamline the process of finding homestays. This study contributes to the tourism sector by highlighting Instagram’s potential to enhance homestay visibility, which could help improve the household economy in tourist villages. Abstract

Pramuka Island is one of the islands in the Thousand Islands cluster. This island is included in the Panggang Island Village and is the administrative and government center of the Thousand Islands Administrative District. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential for diving tourism in the surrounding Pramuka Island. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a survey research design, direct observation methods, and interviews with dive guides who have had a career as dive guides on Pramuka Island for more than 20 years. The results of this study found that there were 30 natural tourist spots with marine biodiversity being the main attraction for diving tourism. We assessed the potential in 5 favorite spots, namely finding at a depth of 2-18 meters dominated by Acropora sp coral, Massive sp coral, Foliose, Fan coral (Gorgonian sea fan), and there are coral transplants at a depth of 2 meters). The types of fish found were Baraccudasp, yellow tail fish (casionida), Anemon fish (nemo), Damselfish, and Schooling anchovies), and Hawksbill Turtles. For 25 meters deep found Fish Shelter, Grouper Fish, Snapper Fish, and transparent shrimp. Marine diversity on Pramuka Island is a great potential for marine tourism, but sustainable and scientifically based management must be implemented to maintain the sustainability of marine resources and tourist attractions.
