The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual framework regarding organizational climate. Researches and theory regarding Organizational Climate began in 1968 and is still being researched until 2023. Most studies show that organizational climate has an influence on work performance in organizations, such as productivity, performance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, several studies have shown results with very low significance. This research will explain the importance of personal characteristics in forming a positive perception of the organizational climate especially in the university.

After Covid-19, several educational institutions have adopted the hybrid learning system. The transition of learning systems from face-to-face to hybrid settings presents obstacles and challenges that require adaptive solutions. The compatibility between hybrid learning systems and student learning style preferences is an issue that needs to be studied in more depth. Students have their preferred way when it comes to learning. They prefer to learn through visual (V), aural (A), read-write (R), or kinesthetic (K). Depending on their learning styles, student adaptation may have been challenging. In this regard, a study was designed to identify the learning style preferences among students. The VARK questionnaire is one of the most widely used diagnostic tools, allowing teachers to understand students' learning preferences and develop innovative learning practices. A quantitative cross-sectional design was conducted among students (n=486) in Univeristy X using the VARK questionnaire. Student learning style preferences were identified using latent profile analysis. Our findings suggest that most students were identified as having multiple learning modalities, while the rest had a single learning modality. Prevalence of kinesthetic and aural learning styles preference highest among students, followed by visual and read-write learning styles. Understanding how students retain the knowledge imparted to them is essential for lecturers to develop innovative and adaptive strategies.

This research explores the role of motives in explaining individual involvement in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Three motives of citizen behavior were identified: prosocial values (PV), organizational concern (OC), and impression management (IM). Scales that measured these motives and other variables known to covary with OCB were correlated with 5 dimensions of OCB. Questionnaires were administered to 112 employees of Bandung City Municipal Office. Prosocial values exhibited the strongest association with individual-focused OCB, while organizational concern displayed the strongest link with organization-oriented OCB. Each motive independently contributed to explaining variance in OCB. The results emphasize the significance of motives in understanding OCB.

This study analyzes the influence of job training and competency on employee performance using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires involving [number] respondents. Job training and competency were used as independent variables, while employee performance served as the dependent variable. The results indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.606 and a t-statistics value of 5.964. Competency also has a positive and significant effect, with a path coefficient of 0.385 and a t-statistics value of 3.669. The R Square value of 0.899 demonstrates that job training and competency together explain 89.9% of the variance in employee performance.

This study explores the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and Creative Self-Efficacy (CSE) with competitive advantage among content creators participating in the Shopee Affiliate program at Bintang Agency Mediatama. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research involved 342 respondents and applied multiple linear regression for analysis. The results revealed a significant relationship between EO and CSE with competitive advantage, accounting for 27.1% of the variance. Individually, CSE demonstrated a stronger contribution than EO. These findings emphasize the psychological role of creative self-efficacy in fostering entrepreneurial behavior that supports a strong competitive position. Thus, eìnhancing both EO and CSE is essential to strengthen the creator’s competitiveness in an evolving digital landscape.
