Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal that divorce is contested as a result of domestic violence that has exceeded the limit, so that it is considered a crisis and crucial in family problems. There are two problems, namely how the judge considers in making a decision on a contested divorce case, and how to uphold the law and justice in a contested divorce case. Data analysis was carried out using the theory of law enforcement and gender justice, using a socio-anthropological approach. The results show that the consideration of judges in deciding divorce cases as harmonization in law enforcement is that the husband's position in the household. He cannot commit arbitrary acts and physical, psychological, sexual and financial violence, excessive burdens on wives, as the implementation of gender justice. Harmonization of law enforcement and gender justice in divorce cases is realizing and protecting the rights of wives with equal position with husband so they don't continue to be victims of violence, not in a marginal position in the household. This research can be recommended to continue to do research that is more perfect in uncovering cases of divorce due to domestic violence.

Abstract

The kingdom of Turkish Usmani was one of the longest-ruling Islamic kingdoms and the most extensive territory. This kingdom is recorded to have conquered many areas of Europe so that the Turkish Kingdom is always interesting to study. This research will discuss how the History of the Kingdom of Turkish Usmani with an emphasis on progress and the Causes of its destruction. This paper is compiled based on data in the form of library research materials with descriptive-historical methods. The results of this study show that one of the greatest advances of the Kingdom of Turkish Usmani was progress in the military field where this is evidenced by the vast areas of conquest carried out by the Usmani Turkish Kingdom. One of the causes of the destruction of the Kingdom of Turkish Usmani was the regeneration of the Sultan which did not go well so that the quality of the Sultan from time to time was declining so that he could no longer control the expanding fiefdom. Dinasti Turki Usmani merupakan salah satu kerajaan Islam yang paling lama berkuasa dan paling luas wilayah kekuasaannya. Kerajaan ini tercatat menguasi banyak wilayah Eropa sehingga Kerajaan Turki selalu menarik untuk dikaji. Penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana Sejarah Kerajaan Turki Usmani dengan menekankan pada kemajuan dan Penyebab kehancurannya. Tulisan ini disusun berdasarkan data-data berupa bahan pustaka ‘library research’ dengan metode deskriptif-historis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu kemajuan terbesar dari Kerajaan Turki Usmani adalah kemajuan di bidang militer dimana hal ini dibuktikan dengan luasnya daerah-daerah penaklukan yang dilakukan oleh Kerajaan Turki Usmani. Adapun salah satu penyebab hancurnya Kerajaan Turki Usmani adalah regenerasi Sultan yang tidak berjalan baik sehingga kualitas Sultan dari masa ke masa semakin menurun sehingga tidak dapat lagi mengendalikan daerah kekuasaan yang semakin meluas.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab memainkan peran penting dalam memahami teks-teks keagamaan, terutama dalam konteks Islam. Sebagai bahasa asli Al-Qur'an dan Hadis, bahasa Arab tidak hanya menjadi alat komunikasi, tetapi juga kunci untuk memahami ajaran agama dengan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menekankan kebutuhan mendesak akan kemampuan bahasa dalam memahami teks-teks keagamaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi analitis. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran pemahaman yang benar berdasarkan bahasa Arab disertai dengan contoh-contoh analisis kebahasaan dalam beberapa teks keagamaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kebutuhan yang mendesak terhadap bahasa Arab dalam memahami teks-teks keagamaan. Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap bahasa Arab menjadi syarat bagi siapa saja yang mengaku dirinya sebagai ulama. Minimnya kemampuan kebahasaan dalam memahami teks-teks keagamaan akan menimbulkan dampak negatif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, termasuk munculnya aliran-aliran ekstrimis.تلعب اللغة العربية دورًا حاسمًا في فهم النصوص الدينية، لا سيما في السياق الإسلامي. وباعتبارها اللغة الأصلية للقرآن الكريم والحديث الشريف، فإن اللغة العربية ليست فقط وسيلة للتواصل، بل هي أيضًا مفتاح فهم التعاليم الدينية بشكل صحيح. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم تأكيد على الحاجة الملحة للمهارات اللغوية في فهم النصوص الدينية. وهذا البحث عبارة عن بحث مكتبي يستخدم منهج الوصف التحليلي. يقدم هذا البحث لمحة عامة عن الفهم الصحيح المستند إلى علم اللغة العربية مصحوبًا بنماذج من التحليل اللغوي في العديد من النصوص الدينية. وتظهر نتائج هذه الدراسة الحاجة الملحة للغة العربية في فهم النصوص الدينية. إن التعمق في اللغة العربية مطلب لا بد أن يتحلى به من يدعي التدين. إن عدم القدرة اللغوية في فهم النصوص الدينية سينتج عنه آثار سلبية في الحياة الاجتماعية، ومن هذه الآثار ظهور طوائف متطرفة.

Abstract

Gossip is an activity that will only lead to two things, namely gibah or fitnah so that this will greatly impact the comfort of social life relationships, even so, gossip remains something that is favoured by every line in society, even in the era of contemporary life today gossip is used as an event on TV media or social media in general. This research intends to explore the hadiths about gossip, which are then connected to the gossip programmes broadcast on TV today. Therefore, in this research, a qualitative method is used, in which the traditions related to gossip will be analysed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that gossip is an activity in which a person talks about the negative things about a person, and that he is not happy if other people spread it. Gossip is very impactful on the order of social life because gossip can damage a person's reputation, can trigger social conflicts that can even make social relations disharmonious and full of suspicion between one person and another.
