Abstract

Ethics becomes the foundation to communicate between individuals and groups. Ethics provide a moral foundation in building deontology against all attitudes and behavior of individuals or groups in communication. standardization and communication ethics propaganda foundation is built on the instructions of communication Ethics Koran, Islam teaches that communicates with a full civilized, respectful, respect for people who talk, and so on. When talking with others, Islam provides a clear foundation on procedures speaking namely: qawlan sadidan correct word meaning contained in the Koran letter an-Nisa verse 9 and Al-Ahzab verse 70, qawlan balighan means striking the words contained in the letter of an- Nisa verse 63, qawlan maysuran means the word is found in the Quran surah Al-Isra verse 28, qawlan layyinan meaning words of gentle contained in the Quran letter Lugman paragraph 44, qawlan Kariman meaning words that glorious contained in the Quran surah Al-Isra verse 23 and qaulan marufan appropriate word meaning contained in the Koran letter an-Nisa verse 5.Etika menjadi dasar pijakan berkomunikasi antara individu dan kelompok. Etika memberikan landasan moral dalam membangun tata susila terhadap semua sikap dan perilaku individu atau kelompok dalam komunikasi. standarisasi dan dasar pijakan etika komunikasi dakwah adalah Etika komunikasi dibangun berdasarkan petunjuk Alquran, Islam mengajarkan berkomunikasi itu dengan penuh beradab, penuh penghormatan, penghargaan terhadap orang yang diajak bicara, dan sebagainya. Abstract

The Quran mentions dakwah as ahsanu qawla, good words and deeds. In such a context, when the mission is communicated by a preacher, then he or she must have good ethics if he or she wants to preach or to communicate with his or her audience. In addition, in delivering the messages preachers should adjust to the circumstances and the environment where they are preaching. Therefore, ethics is very important in the process of propagation and communication activities. Because ethics is the standard values as reference of behaviour. Without a good communication in preaching, one is considered as rude. Therefore, a preacher must first have good ethics and communication.

Abstract

This paper discusses the role of dakwah with multimedia through information and communication technologies in terms of urgency, the theological foundation and theoretical foundation. Dawah can be done anytime and anywhere through a variety of media with the use of information and communication technology. The competence of communication means ability to communicate well, efficiently and effectively with anyone, any level locally, nationally and globally, as well as the control of IT for the benefit of the effectiveness of communication such as fax, email, etc. While personal competence in a broad sense is a high work ethic, hard work, discipline, honesty, simple and not wasteful

Abstract

The urgency of getting marriage was to establish peace, blessing and the pleasure of God. Therefore, before the wedding carried out, the main steps needed to be prepared were the readiness of couple, the seriousness and the basic strength of marriage law. This paper investigated the role of pre-marital assistance or counseling of couples, using a service learning (SL) approach with several stages carried out. The result revealed that not all couples knew the functions and benefits of pre-marital counseling, and the importance of pre-marital guidance was to minimize divorce and reaffirmed the meaning of getting marriage in Islam. Pre-marriage guidance or counseling is a mandatory service given to the bride and groom, usually counseling given a week before the marriage contract is performed. Pre-marital guidance or counseling aims to reduce the number of divorces, which in the process the bride and groom are given useful supplies in front of him in building a household. Pre -marital guidance is considered important because the beginning of the household is highly dependent on the initial supply before the bride and groom are married and pre -marital guidance also aims to help the bride and groom in making mature planning associated with marriage and married life. Based on the results of pre-marital guidance or advice given that there is a change to the bride, this is evidenced when finished counseling, the bride is asked again about what has been obtained from the guidance done, the bride can re-elaborate important points which has been conveyed by the mentor until the intended target has been met, and it is hoped that in the future it can be useful and be a supply for the bride and groom.

Abstract

Konten radikalisme Islam dalam konteks prosedural merujuk pada konten yang memprovokasi kekerasan, menyebarkan kebencian, dan menentang nasionalisme melalui dakwah Islam di situs web Indonesia. Definisi radikalisme berbeda di setiap negara, dan di Indonesia, radikalisme diidentifikasi dengan isu provokasi serta kebencian terhadap SARA (Suku, Agama, Ras, Antargolongan). Deteksi konten SARA sangat menantang karena jumlahnya yang besar, sistem yang tidak terstruktur, dan banyaknya gangguan yang disebabkan oleh beragam interpretasi. Masalah ini dapat mengancam persatuan dan keharmonisan agama di Indonesia. Berdasarkan kondisi ini, diperlukan sistem untuk membedakan apakah suatu konten bersifat radikal atau tidak. Kami mengusulkan pendekatan text mining menggunakan ambang DF dan ekstraksi fitur berbasis otak manusia. Sistem ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah, termasuk pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan, text mining, seleksi fitur, klasifikasi untuk pengelompokan data berdasarkan label kelas, perhitungan kesamaan untuk pemrosesan data pelatihan, dan visualisasi untuk menentukan apakah konten tersebut radikal atau tidak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan literasi kepada pengguna yang mengakses situs web yang terpapar paham radikal, sehingga dapat menekan penyebaran provokasi di situs web di Indonesia. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi validasi silang 10 kali lipat dan metode k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) sebagai metode klasifikasi mencapai akurasi sebesar 66,37% dengan nilai k sebesar 7, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan web scrapping dari situs yang diblokir oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Indonesia (Menkominfo).

Abstract

The concerns of elderly members at Majelis Taklim Syamsul Hidayah Banjarmasin regarding their fluency in reading the Qur’an, especially after gaining awareness of the importance of correct recitation in prayer form the background of this study. The objective is to describe the learning process, instructional methods employed, and challenges faced by the elderly in Qur’an reading guidance sessions. This research adopts a case study method, with data collected through interviews and observations. The findings reveal that the learning process comprises three stages: an opening with the recitation of istighfar, a core activity involving turn-based reading of Iqro or the Qur’an, and a closing prayer together. The instructional methods include the Iqro method, a gentle and personalized motivational approach, an informative method involving repeated explanations, and a participatory method that actively engages the elderly learners. The challenges encountered include memory limitations, cognitive decline, speech difficulties, visual recognition issues of Arabic letters, and other physical constraints. The study concludes that Qur’an instruction for the elderly requires the application of andragogical principles tailored to their psychological and physical conditions. The implications of this research contribute to the development of age-friendly Qur’an learning models and offer a reference framework for other majelis taklim in designing similar programs.
