Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model e-commerce yang diperlukan untuk menunjangkeberlangsungan UKM produk turunan kelapa yang ada di Sulawesi Utara yang bisa dipakai untuk membantuproses pemasaran dan managemen arus kas. Dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptis data dikumpulkan dandianalisis. Berdasarkan hasil survey di beberapa UKM produk kelapa menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan sistem ecommercemenjadi salah satu kebutuhan penting karena pesatnya perkembangan teknologi .

Abstract

The recruitment process is one of the most important things in the activities of an organization/company. Therefore an organization/company that moves and earns profit because it is supported by the existence of human resources in the organization/company. In this way, the performance of employees in the company will be considered satisfactory because the recruitment process is considered appropriate. Therefore the authors want to know the recruitment process, employee performance and whether the influence of recruitment on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prisma Dana Manado. The purpose of this study is to determine the recruitment process, to determine employee performance and to determine the effect of recruitment on employee performance at PT.Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prisma Dana Manado. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive research methods. This study took samples from the population, namely all employees who work at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prisma Dana Manado with a total population of 59 people. The author uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The recruitment process carried out by PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prisma Dana Manado, namely Applicants who complete forms, take written tests, take psychological tests, attend material debriefing and sign cooperation contracts through third parties. Employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Prisma Dana Manado seen from the calculation of the total score of 1,738 with a percentage level of 84% with a categorization close to very good. From the results of the study, it was found that recruitment according to employee performance.

Abstract

The world of education cannot be separated from an ethic that regulates the situation and conditions of education actors. One of the factors that influence ethical behavior is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a person's basic intelligence in thought and behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence on ethical behavior and to determine the level of emotional intelligence and ethical behavior of lecturers at the Manado State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration. This type of research is quantitative with survey methods and sampling techniques using saturated samples or census. The population is 54 lecturers spread across the Business Management, Business Administration and Marketing Management study programs. Dissemination of the questionnaire using google form. The response rate of this study was 81.5%. Data analysis technique using regression. The results of this study stated that the level of emotional intelligence and ethical behavior of the lecturers of the Department of Business Administration was categorized as high or good. In addition, the results of this study also explain that emotional intelligence has a significant effect on ethical behavior.

Abstract

One way to produce good employee performance is to have adequate intellectual intelligence. Employee performance is influenced by ability. Ability is not only about knowledge but also skills. Ability in the form of knowledge can be formed through education and experience, while skills are formed from exercises. One of the skills that employees can manage themselves is emotional intelligence. EmotOne way to produce good employee performance is to have adequate intellectual intelligence. One of the skills that employees can manage themselves is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence can help someone in using their cognitive abilities (knowledge) according to their maximum potential. Emotional intelligence needs to be developed in order to have a positive impact on improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were graduates of the Manado State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration which collected 114 respondent. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and data analysis with multiple regression using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant influence between intellectual intelligence on employee performance and emotional intelligence on employee performance partially. In addition, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performanceional intelligence can help someone in using their cognitive abilities (knowledge) according to their maximum potential. Abstract

The number of attrition increases every year so the competition for job seekers must become increasingly competitive. Although the cumulative achievement index (GPA) is not an absolute guarantee to be used as a reference in looking for work. However, GPA is the administration's initial selection in recruiting employees, so students must have a strategy to be able to achieve a high GPA. One of the efforts made to achieve a high GPA is with good academic achievement. Learning achievement is influenced by internal and external factors. External factors are factors that come from outside the student. Meanwhile, internal factors come from within the student, including engagement and burnout. The aim of this research is to determine the level of student engagement and academic burnout of students. The population in this study were students from the Business Administration Department of Manado State Polytechnic with a sample of 100 students. The sampling method in this research is convenience sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research state that student engagement is in the high category. The highest average score is a feeling of pride among students studying at the Manado State Polytechnic Campus. Meanwhile, the lowest average score is that students are forced to carry out all learning activities on campus because it is considered less interesting. Meanwhile, the level of student burnout is in the medium category. The highest average burnout score is that talking about studies is boring for students. Meanwhile, the lowest students can usually manage the workload related to ongoing studies well.
