Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Archives Center of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Gunung Sindur. The total population in this study was 50 employees at the Finance Bureau and BMN of the General Election Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.            The data collection method in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 employee respondents at the Central Archives office of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Gunung Sindur. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative in nature using primary data.            These results indicate that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 4.605 2.01 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value count more. The size of the t table is 3.316 2.01 and the significant value is 0.002 0.05. Together the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value greater than F table 1118.979 3.20 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Keywords : Employee Performance, Work Environment and Work Motivation.

Abstract

Ketika memilih saham mana yang akan dibeli, investor harus mempertimbangkan informasi mengenai nilai bisnis karena informasi tersebut akan memberi tahu mereka perusahaan mana yang berkinerja dan berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai moderasi dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan paradigma explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021 sektor industri barang konsumsi (consumer good) dengan jumlah keseluruhan yang memiliki data lengkap. Dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Sampel yang diamati pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan karakteristik yang sesuai dengan sampel yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Smart PLS menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai Perusahaan. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely making a number of previous studies related to Per Capita Expenditure, Human Development Index, and Poverty like a reference mirror which is used as the main source in finding elements of novelty and research gaps in the research being carried out. The data used in the research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual reports of the Central Statistics Agency from 2017 to 2024 respectively. Researchers analyzed these data using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool in several sequential stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing and path coefficients. The result in this researc show the Per Capita Income variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Poverty variable because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.008. This is because the greater the per capita expenditure, the more people's consumption costs will increase and in the end it will bring people closer to the brink of poverty and even into it. Apart from that, in the second hypothesis which can be seen from the second row of the third table, the Path Coefficient can be concluded if the Human Development Index variable cannot strengthen the influence of the Per Capita Expenditure variable on Poverty because the higher the Human Development Index makes people smarter and less willing to spend their money on things. which is not urgent. These results were obtained from the P-Values which were above the significance level of 0.232. Thus, the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted, while the second hypothesis cannot be accepted. Keywords: Per Capita Expenditure, Poverty, Human Development Index

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilias, likuiditas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017 – 2021. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 perusahaan atau 271 data selama 5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan path analysis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis terhadap nilai perusahaan menunjukan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur modal berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Sementara pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan. Hasil analisis menggunakan path analysis menunjukan bahwa struktur modal mampu menjadi perantara dalam untuk ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun tidak untuk pertumbuhan penjualan. Kata Kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, liquidity, and sales growth on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 – 2021. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 94 companies or 271 data for 5 years. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing on firm value show that firm size, profitability, liquidity, and capital structure have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, sales growth has a negative and insignificant effect. The results of the analysis using path analysis show that the capital structure is able to act as an intermediary for firm size, profitability, and liquidity to firm value. But not for sales growth. Abstract

The rise of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) has revolutionized the digital art world, providing artists with new opportunities for monetization and ownership. By utilizing blockchain technology, NFTs offer an innovative solution to the challenges of digital art distribution, including issues of copyright infringement and lack of ownership. However, the broader implications for creativity and the art market remain underexplored. This research aims to explore the impact of NFTs on digital art monetization, examining how blockchain technology influences the financial success and creative autonomy of digital artists. The study seeks to understand both the opportunities and challenges presented by NFTs in the context of digital artwork. The study adopts a qualitative approach, combining literature review with case studies of successful NFT projects. Interviews with digital artists, collectors, and industry experts further complement the research, providing insights into the practical use of NFTs for artistic and financial gain. The research finds that NFTs significantly enhance the monetization potential of digital art, offering artists greater control over their work and allowing for direct transactions with buyers. Additionally, NFTs provide new models for art ownership, including royalties from secondary sales. However, challenges such as environmental concerns and market volatility are evident. NFTs represent a transformative opportunity for digital artists, fostering innovation in both creativity and monetization. While the future remains uncertain, blockchain technology is likely to continue reshaping the landscape of digital art.
