Abstract

The study focuses on the determinants of the millennial community preference in using cashless payment. The aim of research to identify factors that considered the millennial to use cashless payment. In theory, the factors that encourage people to adopt and use electronic payment system as follows: Socio-demographic consisting of age, sex, education and language, Financial, Technology (frequency of use of mobile banking phone, a personal computer, the Internet, PDAs and the use of the service over the phone) and Supply-side by counting the number of POS (Pont Off Sale) and ATM. Furthermore, the high range of the technology and the Internet and systems digital payment (cashless)The earliest touching the millennial so in this study conducted in the millennial who use cashless payment in South Tangerang method is purposive sampling, the data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The questionnaire prepared by the Likert scale and analyzed using factor analysis and descriptive analysis. From the results of the study showed that the determinants of the millennial use payment cashless is the ability of financial (X1) with a loading factor 0.736, Convenience Payment (X2) with loading factor of 0.732, Ease of transacting (X3) with a value of 0.875 and Special Promo (X4) with a value of 0.826-factor loading.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to help Mustika Ratu management determine which factors will influence consumer decisions to buy Saries Mustika Ratu products in the DKI Jakarta area. This research data is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The analysis used in this research is data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the simultaneous influence of the three variables (Price, Promotion, Product innovation) is seen from the F value, the calculated F value is 11.367 > F table 3.08. This shows that the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. The coefficient of determination (R2) which is used to measure how much the model's ability to explain the variation of the dependent variable is 0.244 (24.4%) this shows that 24.4% of price, promotion and product innovation variables affect purchasing decisions while the rest is 77, 6% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan literasi wakaf produktif di kalangan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah/Aisyiyah Pondok Cabe Udik. Latar belakangnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman wakaf produktif di luar konsep 3M (Masjid, Madrasah, Makam) dan belum adanya majelis wakaf di tingkat ranting. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi melalui penyampaian materi dan diskusi, meliputi pengenalan wakaf, dasar hukum, manfaat, serta model-model wakaf produktif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang potensi pengembangan wakaf produktif. Teridentifikasi adanya aset wakaf yang belum dikelola secara produktif dan kesenjangan pemahaman antar generasi. Kegiatan ini berhasil membuka wawasan peserta, namun masih diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa pembentukan majelis wakaf, pelatihan lanjutan, dan penyusunan strategi implementasi. Pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal optimalisasi pengelolaan wakaf produktif di lingkungan Muhammadiyah/Aisyiyah Pondok Cabe Udik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas optimalisasi manajemen keuangan sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), dengan fokus pada studi kasus Tokomu Bangunrejo, UMKM lokal di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Provinsi Lampung. Kegiatan ini didukung oleh Program Pengabdian Masyarakat (KKN) yang dilaksanakan oleh Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITB) Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta, melibatkan mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah seperti Lampung, Medan, Riau, Jawa Barat, Bali, dan Kalimantan Utara, selama periode September hingga Desember 2024. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan praktik manajemen keuangan UMKM melalui kolaborasi mahasiswa dan pelaku usaha. Hasilnya menunjukkan pentingnya peran institusi pendidikan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis lokal di tengah tantangan ekonomi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan program serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to optimize the implementation of Islamic Social Enterprise (ISE) in Muhammadiyah higher education institutions by identifying challenges and opportunities. It seeks to develop a framework to enhance the role of these universities as socially responsible organizations guided by Islamic values. Design/Methodology/Approach: A qualitative approach is used, involving case studies and in-depth interviews with university leaders, social enterprise managers, faculty, and students engaged in ISE activities. Data are collected through document analysis and thematic coding to uncover key factors affecting ISE success. Research Findings: Findings show Muhammadiyah universities have initiated ISE activities but face challenges such as limited awareness, resource shortages, and weak integration of ISE principles in strategy. Successful cases highlight leadership commitment, community involvement, and clear governance as critical to improving social and financial outcomes. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes by linking Islamic social entrepreneurship with higher education management, presenting a unique model tailored to Muhammadiyah universities. It integrates Islamic ethics and social enterprise theory, offering fresh insights into value-driven institutional practices. Practitioners/Policy Implications: The study provides practical recommendations for university leaders and policymakers, including enhanced training on Islamic entrepreneurship, stronger community partnerships, and better resource management to support sustainable ISE development. Research Limitations/Implications: Limitations include the focus on Muhammadiyah institutions, limiting wider applicability, and reliance on qualitative data, which restricts measurable impact assessment. Future studies should expand scope and use mixed methods to further validate and improve the ISE implementation model.

Abstract

With the advent of new technologies and the proliferation of online marketplaces, competition in the corporate sector has heated up in recent years. The sports shoe industry is one of the fastest-growing industries in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Specs shoe purchases and variables including product quality, pricing, and brand image among students at ITB Ahmad Dahlan Jakarta. In this research, we used quantitative associative methods to examine the following variables: product quality (X1), price (X2), brand image (X3), and choice to buy (Y). One hundred participants were chosen for the research using a purposive sampling method, which entails selecting samples according to predetermined criteria. The data was collected via an online questionnaire. The technology used to analyse the data was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. Product quality, pricing, and the choice to buy all have a positive correlation, according to this research. Additionally, it was shown that consumers' perceptions of brands had a substantial impact on their purchase choices. Product quality, pricing, and brand image are all examples of exogenous variables that, when combined, may influence consumers' final purchase choices.Keywords: brand image, price, purchase decision, product quality, specs shoes

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk webinar nasional dengan tema "Strategi Pengembangan Akuntan Muda Toward Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045". Tema tersebut diangkat sebagai respons atas pentingnya peran akuntan muda dalam mendukung visi besar Indonesia Emas 2045. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman strategis kepada mahasiswa akuntansi mengenai kompetensi yang harus dimiliki di era digital, pentingnya etika profesional, serta kesiapan menghadapi tantangan global melalui sertifikasi dan literasi teknologi. Kegiatan diikuti oleh sekitar 100 peserta dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform Zoom Meeting. Metode kegiatan mencakup penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, sesi tanya jawab interaktif, serta pelaksanaan pre-test sebagai alat ukur pemahaman awal. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta memiliki pengetahuan dasar yang cukup baik, namun masih kurang pada aspek konseptual seperti visi Indonesia Emas, literasi digital, dan peran strategis profesi akuntan. Webinar ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi teknis dan non-teknis sebagai akuntan muda. Diperlukan program lanjutan dalam bentuk pelatihan, mentoring, serta kolaborasi antara dunia pendidikan dan industri agar transisi mahasiswa ke dunia profesional dapat berlangsung lebih optimal dan adaptif. Kata kunci: akuntansi; akuntan muda; webinar; literasi digital; indonesia emas AbstractThis community service activity was conducted in the form of a national webinar titled "Strategies for Developing Young Accountants Toward Indonesia's Golden Generation 2045." The theme was raised in response to the crucial role of young accountants in supporting Indonesia's 2045 vision. The objective was to provide accounting students with strategic insights into the competencies required in the digital era, the importance of professional ethics, and the readiness to face global challenges through certification and digital literacy. The event was attended by approximately 100 students from various universities across Indonesia and held virtually via Zoom Meeting. The methods included material presentations by speakers, interactive Q&A sessions, and a pre-test to assess baseline understanding. Pre-test results revealed that while participants had a good foundational knowledge, gaps remained in conceptual areas such as the Golden Indonesia vision, digital literacy, and the strategic role of accountants. The webinar successfully increased participants' awareness of the importance of strengthening both technical and non-technical competencies. Further follow-up is needed through training programs, career mentoring, and collaboration between academia and industry to ensure a smooth and adaptive transition from campus to professional environments. Keywords: accounting; young accountants; webinar; digital literacy; golden indonesia

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial literacy, digital literacy, and information security on the adoption of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among students in Banten. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data were collected from a sample of 170 students using Likert scales ranging from 1 to 5. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that all hypothesized relationships are positive and significant. Specifically, financial literacy (β = 0.323, t = 5.633, p = 0.002) significantly enhances QRIS adoption, suggesting that students with higher financial literacy are more likely to adopt QRIS. Digital literacy (β = 0.848, t = 30.753, p < 0.001) also shows a significant positive effect, indicating that students proficient in digital technologies are more inclined towards QRIS adoption. Additionally, information security (β = 0.695, t = 9.446, p < 0.001) significantly influences QRIS adoption, underscoring the importance of secure information practices in fostering the adoption of QRIS among students. The findings underscore the critical roles of financial and digital literacy, alongside robust information security, in promoting QRIS adoption within the student demographic in Banten. These insights provide valuable implications for educators, policymakers, and financial institutions aiming to enhance the adoption of digital payment systems.
