Abstract

Artikel ini membahas implementasi asistensi mengajar, adaptasi teknologi, dan administrasi dalam Program Surabaya Mengajar sebagai wadah berproses mahasiswa dengan terjun langsung pada SMPN 57 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menyoroti peran penting program tersebut dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam literasi dan numerasi, serta memperluas akses pendidikan di Surabaya. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga membantu dalam adaptasi teknologi dan administrasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Surabaya Mengajar memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, keterampilan siswa, dan pengalaman mahasiswa dalam mengajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya koordinasi yang lebih baik antara mahasiswa dan sekolah serta perlunya pemantauan dan evaluasi berkala untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program ini. Diharapkan artikel ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan di Surabaya.

Abstract

Moderation, or wasatiyyah, is an important principle taught in Islam, prioritizing balance and justice in worship and social interaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method as the basis for analysis. In this context, data is collected from a variety of sources, including Qur'án nash, hadith, as well as relevant academic literature. Through the analysis of Qur'án texts and hadiths, this article identifies the values that support a moderate attitude, including the importance of tolerance, understanding, and justice. This research also examines the practical application of the principle of moderation in the context of the daily life of Muslims, as well as the challenges faced in promoting these values in the midst of the times. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into the relevance of moderation in strengthening community solidarity and preventing extremism.

Abstract

Various aspects of business, including human resource management (HR). Digital-based HR strategies are an urgent need for organizations to remain competitive and adaptive to change. This study aims to analyze the digital-based HR strategy implemented at PT Taspen Tanjungpinang and its role in building an adaptive work culture. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of technologies such as HRIS, e-learning, and digital communication platforms has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of HR management. The main challenges include employee adaptation to new technologies and budget constraints. However, adequate management support, training, and infrastructure are supporting factors for successful implementation. This study contributes to the development of digital-based HR strategies in other companies.
