The research method used in this research uses a qualitative approach with a case study in Tepisari Village. The data analysis technique in this research uses three stages data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research was analyzed using Geoff Mulgan's theory of government strategy. The results obtained from this study indicate that the Tepisari Village government's strategy in increasing community participation in village development programs has been running as planned. Some of the strategies used include openness, closeness between the village government and the community, improving human resources, and involving community aspirations in planning, implementing, and evaluating the village development process. Abstract

The unfocused cultivation of character values in the learning process is a problem in the field of education that can result in a lack of affective and pyschomotor aspects for students. Moreover, the lack of opportunities for the cultivation of character values is currently also affected to students with special needs, one of which is blind in SLB A YKAB Surakarta. Character problems are shown in the limited social skills of blind students who seem to still be independent (individualist) when interacting with others in SLB. Therefore, a good solution step is needed to help blind students fix the problem and grow their social skills through the process of instilling the character values of gotong royong and pangerten. This study aims to examine the extent to which blind students apply the cultivation of the character values of gotong royong and pangerten utilizing the stages of Bandura's social learning theory in the learning activities of SLB A YKAB Surakarta. The method used is qualitative with phenomenological approach. The research data sources were obtained from 6 informants, namely 2 teachers, 2 blind students, and 2 parents of students as research subjects. The results showed that blind students have implemented the process of instilling character values according to the stages of social learning. This is evidenced by the results of the actualization of students who have been able to bring up the attitude of togetherness as a reflection of the orientation of gotong royong and pangerten.

Abstract

The implementation process of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) must be carried out independently and centered on students. Schools have the task of creating effective learning designs. The purpose of this study was to determine the school's adaptation in recognizing potential, obstacles, and strategies during the P5 program using Niklas Luhman's autopoiesis system theory. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data sources come from interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data validity uses triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the potential, obstacles, and strategies carried out by schools are a depiction of autopoiesis in the implementation of the P5 program. This is because each characteristic of autopoiesis is found in every element used by the school, including the formation of school elements, how to organize, system references, and systems applied in the implementation of the P5 program.
