Abstract

This Research Aimed At Expressing The Meaning Of Symbols Of Priyambada Mustakaweni Dance. It Is Used Qualitative Method. The Data Collecting Techniques Were Through Observation, In Depth Interview, And Documentation. The Data Validation Used Data Triangulation Technique And Informan Review. The Data Was Analyzed Through The Process Of Reduction, Presentation, And Data Verification. The Results Of The Research Are That The Performance Form Of Priyambada Mustakaweni Dance Consist Of Title, Theme, Number Of Dancers, Movements, Place, Accompaniment, Makeup And Costume, Property, And Lighting. The Meaning Of Priyambada Mustakaweni Dance Is Reflected Through The Movements Perang Tantang-Tantangan, Perang Keris And Perang Gendhewa. (1) Perang Tantang-Tantangan Has A Meaning Of A Brave Female Soldier And Ready To Fight For The Country, (2) Perang Keris, Has An Implied Meaning That A Soldier Ha A Strategy And Power To Defend His Country, (3)Perang Gendhewa Implies That A Soldier Should Be Trained And Is Always Alert From Enemy’s Attack. Kata kunci : Tari Priyambada Mustakaweni, Bentuk, Makna Simbol.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa (UU Desa) mengamanatkan pengembangan sistem informasi desa (SID) demi membuka akses informasi dari dan hingga tingkat desa, yang terhubung/berjaringan secara berjenjang dengan sistem pemerintahan di level nasional. SID diharapkan dapat mendorong kemajuan desa dengan mengoptimalisasikan potensi lokal. Warga Desa Citali, Kecamatan Pamulihan, Kabupaten Sumedang dengan didampingi fasilitator dari tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Padjadjaran, memilih memanfaatkan platform blog yang tersedia gratis sebagai upaya persiapan dalam rangka memenuhi amanat UU Desa. Karakteristik warga Desa Citali yang terbuka sekaligus bangga pada identitas desanya tercermin dalam partisipasi aktif sejak proses inisiasi dan pemilihan judul domain yang merepresentasikan identitas mereka. Karakteristik ini pun mengejawantah pada proses perencanaan dan produksi konten SID citalinuabdi. Meski demikian, warga masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Selain persoalan teknis dan SDM, produksi konten SID belum berjalan lancar sehingga belum mengoptimalisasi potensi lokal dan belum dapat menjawab kebutuhan riil warganya. Di lain pihak, potensi pemanfaatan SID ini akan bersinergi dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mendorong pembentukan dan pemberdayaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai salah satu insitusi penggerak potensi ekonomi desa dan berada dalam payung hukum yang sama, yakni UU Desa. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan upaya strategis dan sistematis untuk menjembatani idealita dan realita melalui kemitraan antar pemangku kepentingan yang berlangsung sinergis dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Audience perception played a crucial role in validating the significance of data journalism in the public sphere. The features of data stories and visualisations, including data, data sources, and visualisations used, play a role in influencing their perceptions. However, this potential remained suboptimal when audiences failed to comprehend or respond positively to data presentations. This study aimed to examine how readers' personal characteristics influenced their perception and evaluation of serial data journalism coverage on elementary education costs at Kompas.id, particularly among members of the Investigation & Data Journalism group. Perception process theory and the perception of quantitative journalism were employed as the analytical framework. A descriptive quantitative method was adopted, utilizing a questionnaire distributed via WhatsApp to 90 group members. The findings indicate that personal relevance to readers' lived experiences appears to play a role in perceptual selection when audiences engage with data journalism news on elementary education costs. Additionally, respondents demonstrated considerable statistical affinity, evident in their engagement with both data sources and visualization formats. Both factors constituted significant antecedents in the audience perception process of data journalism news on elementary education costs at Kompas.id.
