Abstract

This research aims to propose a web-based RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system for enhancing village service management. In many rural areas, managing and monitoring various services provided to the villagers often face inefficiencies and delays due to manual processes and paperwork. The integration of RFID technology into the service delivery process can significantly improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of village services. The study begins with an analysis of the current service management system in the target village, identifying key challenges and bottlenecks. Through a comprehensive literature review, the benefits of RFID technology in diverse sectors are explored, highlighting its potential applicability in the context of village services. The proposed system encompasses the deployment of RFID tags to uniquely identify villagers and various village services such as healthcare, education, welfare distribution, and administrative tasks. A web-based platform will be developed to facilitate real-time data collection, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the system will enable efficient tracking of service requests, delivery status, and resource allocation.

Abstract

Bengkel Irfan Motor adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif, menyediakan penjualan suku cadang untuk berbagai merek sepeda motor serta layanan jasa servis. Saat ini, bengkel ini masih mencatat transaksi penjualan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti pencatatan data yang memakan waktu lama dan sering tercecer, serta pengecekan stok suku cadang yang lambat karena harus dilakukan secara manual di gudang. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis mengusulkan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Inventory berbasis QR Code. Sistem ini akan memudahkan pemilik bengkel dalam menginput barang dan harga saat bertransaksi. Dengan sistem ini, pengecekan stok suku cadang yang hampir habis atau sudah habis bisa dilakukan dengan cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

Administrative services at the village level are essential in meeting community needs, particularly in issuing official documents such as the Business Certificate (Surat Keterangan Usaha/SKU) and the Domicile Certificate (Surat Keterangan Domisili/SKD). In Cikalong Village, Sukahaji Sub-district, Majalengka Regency, these processes are still performed manually, leading to delays, recording errors, and archiving difficulties that decrease service efficiency and quality. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Information System for SKU and SKD services to overcome these problems. The system was developed using the waterfall model, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results indicate that the system improves processing speed, reduces administrative errors, and facilitates data storage and retrieval. Furthermore, it enhances transparency and accountability in public services. Implementation of this system is expected to deliver faster, more effective, and efficient administrative services while supporting modern village governance aligned with community needs.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based inventory system for Occupational Health and Safety (K3) equipment procurement at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Majalengka. The study was conducted because the manual system still used by the company causes various problems such as inefficiency, recording errors, lack of data transparency, and difficulties in tracking and reporting. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach consisting of four stages: Requirements Planning, Design User, Development, and Testing & Implementation. Data collection techniques include interviews with factory managers, field observations, and literature studies. The system was developed using web technology with Next.js as the framework, PHP as the server-side programming language, and MySQL as the database. System design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method with feature testing techniques. The research results show that the system was successfully developed with main features in the form of goods management (add, update, delete), management of goods usage and return, as well as inventory reporting. The system has proven to improve procurement process efficiency, minimize administrative errors, increase data transparency and accuracy, and facilitate inventory tracking and reporting of K3 equipment. Implementation of this system is expected to support better K3 implementation and create a safer and healthier work environment

Abstract

This study examines the utilization of the K-Means algorithm for sentiment analysis in widely used hospital services utilizing the Python programming language. The main goal is to improve comprehension of patient satisfaction with the healthcare services provided at these hospitals. The data used for sentiment analysis was obtained via scraping patient evaluations from the web. The K-Means technique was utilized to classify the feelings into negative, neutral, and positive categories through the study of large-scale data. This investigation offers useful insights into the specific aspects that influence patients' opinions of healthcare services at their preferred hospitals. The study's findings provide valuable insights for hospital management to enhance the quality of healthcare services. Utilizing the K-Means algorithm in sentiment analysis facilitates the identification of prevalent trends and patterns that may not be discernible through manual techniques. Thus, this study integrates computational methodologies and sentiment analysis to offer a more holistic perspective on patient experiences at preferred hospitals.

Abstract

The significant imbalance between population growth and the availability of video surveillance systems in several major cities across different countries has raised concerns regarding the effectiveness of public space monitoring. As urban areas become increasingly dense and complex, CCTV is expected to function not only as a security support tool but also as part of a broader strategy for crime prevention, public safety, and urban management. However, the implementation of video surveillance also generates diverse public opinions, especially on social media platforms such as Twitter (X), where users actively express their views, support, concerns, and criticism. This study aims to identify public sentiment trends toward video surveillance and evaluate the performance of the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) model in classifying these sentiments. The research uses social media data collected from various countries and applies BERT as a contextual natural language processing model. The findings show that most users expressed positive sentiments toward video surveillance, indicating that CCTV is generally perceived as beneficial for improving security and monitoring public spaces. In terms of model performance, BERT achieved its highest accuracy of 0.85 during the third trial at epoch 15. However, a slight decrease in accuracy occurred at epoch 20, indicating the possibility of overfitting when the model was trained for too long. These findings suggest that BERT is effective in capturing public opinion contextually and can be used as a valuable analytical tool to support evidence-based decision-making related to surveillance technology implementation in urban environments.

Abstract

Majalengka is one of the regencies in West Java that possesses significant natural and cultural tourism potential, yet many people are still unfamiliar with its destinations. Therefore, an interactive and accessible promotional medium is required to increase public awareness. This study aims to design and develop an interactive website that presents information about the 10 most popular tourist attractions in Majalengka. The development method applied is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), consisting of the Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition phases. The website was developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL as the database, and tested using the black-box testing method to ensure system functionality. The results show that the website can comprehensively present tourism information through features such as location maps, photo galleries, articles, and interactive comment sections. This website is expected to assist the local government in promoting tourism, provide greater exposure for tourism managers, and help tourists plan their visits more effectively.

Abstract

The limited availability of voice emotion corpora in Indonesian poses a challenge for the development of Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) systems, despite growing needs in sectors such as customer service and human-computer interaction. To address this, we developed the Maleo Emotion Audio Corpus, a collection of three-second audio clips with seven emotion labels (angry, neutral, disgusted, sad, happy, afraid, and surprised), sourced from YouTube. The audio data underwent preprocessing, feature extraction (MFCC, ZCR, energy, spectral roll-off, and spectral flux), and augmentation. The classification model was built using a 1D Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture specifically adapted for the 3-second audio features, comprising four convolutional layers. Evaluation showed the model achieved 94.48% accuracy on the test data. The claim of balanced performance is supported by high F1-scores across all classes, ranging from 0.87 for 'sad' to 0.98 for 'neutral', indicating no single class dominated the results. These findings demonstrate that the developed corpus and model architecture have strong capability for recognizing emotions from Indonesian speech in a locally relevant context. Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan performa algoritma K-Means Clustering dan Naïve Bayes Classification dalam mengidentifikasi pola migrasi penduduk antar kecamatan di Kabupaten Majalengka menggunakan data migrasi tahun 2024 dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) melalui tahapan seleksi data, preprocessing, transformasi, pemodelan, dan evaluasi. Algoritma K-Means digunakan untuk mengelompokkan 26 kecamatan ke dalam tiga klaster berdasarkan karakteristik migrasi masuk dan keluar, sedangkan Naïve Bayes digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan kecenderungan migrasi menjadi kategori kenaikan dan penurunan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa K-Means berhasil membentuk tiga kelompok migrasi yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah secara konsisten setelah dua iterasi. Sementara itu, Naïve Bayes menghasilkan akurasi klasifikasi sebesar 90% berdasarkan evaluasi confusion matrix. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa K-Means efektif untuk eksplorasi pola data tanpa label, sedangkan Naïve Bayes lebih unggul untuk prediksi berbasis data berlabel. Kombinasi kedua algoritma memberikan pendekatan komprehensif untuk mendukung analisis kebijakan kependudukan berbasis data. Kata Kunci: Migrasi Penduduk, K-Means, Naïve Bayes, Data Mining, RapidMiner.
