Abstract

E-Government merupakan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam memberikan pilihan pada masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi secara mudah guna meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, maupun partisipasi masyarakat sehingga dapat menjadi sarana check and balances kebijakan dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan sosial dasar diatas yang berupa pembangunan sarana dan prasarana pada bidang informasi dan komunikasi. Maka pemeritah desa kertajati kecamatan kertajati kabupaten majalengka akan membangun sistem yang dapat meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat khususnya pada pelayanan informasi dan komunikasi. Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang salah satu mamfaatnya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa khususnya bagi kelompok masyarakat rentan meliputi perempuan, lanjut usia, anak dan warga masyarakat berkebutuhan khusus. SID ini harus dapat mengakomodir baik kebutuhan sosial dasar, kebutuhan ekonomi dan semua kebutuhan lainnya

Abstract

This research aims to propose a web-based RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system for enhancing village service management. In many rural areas, managing and monitoring various services provided to the villagers often face inefficiencies and delays due to manual processes and paperwork. The integration of RFID technology into the service delivery process can significantly improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of village services. The study begins with an analysis of the current service management system in the target village, identifying key challenges and bottlenecks. Through a comprehensive literature review, the benefits of RFID technology in diverse sectors are explored, highlighting its potential applicability in the context of village services. The proposed system encompasses the deployment of RFID tags to uniquely identify villagers and various village services such as healthcare, education, welfare distribution, and administrative tasks. A web-based platform will be developed to facilitate real-time data collection, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the system will enable efficient tracking of service requests, delivery status, and resource allocation.

Abstract

Bengkel Irfan Motor adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif, menyediakan penjualan suku cadang untuk berbagai merek sepeda motor serta layanan jasa servis. Saat ini, bengkel ini masih mencatat transaksi penjualan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti pencatatan data yang memakan waktu lama dan sering tercecer, serta pengecekan stok suku cadang yang lambat karena harus dilakukan secara manual di gudang. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis mengusulkan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Inventory berbasis QR Code. Sistem ini akan memudahkan pemilik bengkel dalam menginput barang dan harga saat bertransaksi. Dengan sistem ini, pengecekan stok suku cadang yang hampir habis atau sudah habis bisa dilakukan dengan cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

Majalengka is one of the regencies in West Java that possesses significant natural and cultural tourism potential, yet many people are still unfamiliar with its destinations. Therefore, an interactive and accessible promotional medium is required to increase public awareness. This study aims to design and develop an interactive website that presents information about the 10 most popular tourist attractions in Majalengka. The development method applied is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), consisting of the Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition phases. The website was developed using the Laravel framework with MySQL as the database, and tested using the black-box testing method to ensure system functionality. The results show that the website can comprehensively present tourism information through features such as location maps, photo galleries, articles, and interactive comment sections. This website is expected to assist the local government in promoting tourism, provide greater exposure for tourism managers, and help tourists plan their visits more effectively.

Abstract

Administrative services at the village level are essential in meeting community needs, particularly in issuing official documents such as the Business Certificate (Surat Keterangan Usaha/SKU) and the Domicile Certificate (Surat Keterangan Domisili/SKD). In Cikalong Village, Sukahaji Sub-district, Majalengka Regency, these processes are still performed manually, leading to delays, recording errors, and archiving difficulties that decrease service efficiency and quality. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Information System for SKU and SKD services to overcome these problems. The system was developed using the waterfall model, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results indicate that the system improves processing speed, reduces administrative errors, and facilitates data storage and retrieval. Furthermore, it enhances transparency and accountability in public services. Implementation of this system is expected to deliver faster, more effective, and efficient administrative services while supporting modern village governance aligned with community needs.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a website-based inventory system for Occupational Health and Safety (K3) equipment procurement at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Majalengka. The study was conducted because the manual system still used by the company causes various problems such as inefficiency, recording errors, lack of data transparency, and difficulties in tracking and reporting. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach consisting of four stages: Requirements Planning, Design User, Development, and Testing & Implementation. Data collection techniques include interviews with factory managers, field observations, and literature studies. The system was developed using web technology with Next.js as the framework, PHP as the server-side programming language, and MySQL as the database. System design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method with feature testing techniques. The research results show that the system was successfully developed with main features in the form of goods management (add, update, delete), management of goods usage and return, as well as inventory reporting. The system has proven to improve procurement process efficiency, minimize administrative errors, increase data transparency and accuracy, and facilitate inventory tracking and reporting of K3 equipment. Implementation of this system is expected to support better K3 implementation and create a safer and healthier work environment
