Abstract

Introducing English from an early age should be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. The teacher as a component of the learning process manager needs to understand the framework of early childhood thinking (AUD) so that learning management can be carried out properly. The problem that arises is that the kindergarten teachers complain that there is no syllabus for learning English in kindergarten, while learning English in kindergarten must be implemented as early as possible. This service aims to develop and apply an English learning syllabus in Kindergarten (TK). The method applied in this service is a workshop and the application of the workshop. The partner for this dedication is the Kindergarten Principal. The result of this dedication is the completion of the syllabus for learning English for Kindergarten and will apply it in further learning in the classroom. Some activities such as singing and telling stories can be included in the category of presentations and explanations, or games. Transition songs are used to accompany the change from one activity to the next. At that time, it was hoped that students could play while learning because the world of children is a world of play and they are also happy when they are invited to sing, of course, with material inserted.

Abstract

Learning knows no time and space. Every movement or action in order to achieve a certain goal, then it can be said to be learning. To achieve this goal, a person needs a device or media as a support in the process of obtaining the expected information. Radio is one of the information media that can be enjoyed by all listeners to achieve certain goals. Such a purpose is to learn about the religion of Islam. On this occasion, researchers have the aim of researching one of the radios in Ponorogo, precisely is the Gema Surya FM radio. Researchers want to research the implementation of Da'wah Optimization Through Radio (Analysis of the Subuh Lecture Program of Radio Gema Surya Fm Ponorogo (RGS fm). The objectives of this study are 1) To find out what the Fajr Lecture program at RGS FM Ponorogo is, 2) To find out how the Fajr Lecture program at RGS FM Ponorogo, 3) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the production and broadcasting process of the Fajr Lecture program at RGS FM Ponorogo.The approach to this research is a qualitative approach, with a type of case study research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data inference.The results showed that the Fajr Lecture Program is a daily program that airs from 05.00 to 05.30 WIB. The program has a monologue da'wah program format. Da'wah material at the RGS FM Fajr Lecture was delivered by speakers who were competent in their fields, On Islamic holidays, Fajr Lecture broadcast selected material according to the situation that was happening. The supporting elements in the Fajr Lecture program are supported by advanced technological tools with a wider reach through internet streaming, which is an easy solution for the production process of the Fajr Lecture program. Until now, Kuliah Subuh is a program that is in demand by listeners because of its prime time so that this program continues to air. While the factors that hinder this program are resource persons. The resource person when unable to attend will change the format by using the lecture recording.

Abstract

Peran kyai dalam sistem pendidikan pesantren tidak hanya sebagai pengasuh spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai pengambil kebijakan strategis yang menentukan arah peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam di tengah dinamika global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan para kyai di Perguruan Islam Pondok Tremas Pacitan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pembaruan kurikulum, pengembangan kompetensi pendidik, penguatan karakter santri, dan inovasi metode pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap strategi dan kebijakan pendidikan yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kyai berperan penting dalam merancang kurikulum adaptif yang mengintegrasikan kitab kuning dan ilmu modern, menyelenggarakan pelatihan guru berkelanjutan, membina karakter santri melalui pendekatan personal, serta memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kyai yang visioner dan partisipatif menjadi kunci keberhasilan pesantren dalam menjaga relevansi pendidikan Islam di era modern

Abstract

Banyak lembaga pendidikan yang tidak memiliki manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang baik, berbeda dengan beberapa institusi lainnya. Saat ini, manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa nonakademik dan mengembangkan keterampilan mereka. Salah satu contoh lembaga yang berhasil dalam hal ini adalah SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, termasuk pengkonsolidasian data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Validitas data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen ekstrakurikuler di SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo melibatkan perencanaan yang matang dengan diadakannya rapat kerja setiap awal tahun ajaran baru, pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan, serta evaluasi rutin untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program. Implikasi dari manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang ada di SD Muhamamdiyah Ponorogo yaitu salah satu diantaranya banyak masyarakat yang mendaftarkan anaknya disekolah tersebut serta pandangan baik masyarakat terhadap SD Muhamamdiyah Ponorogo yang mengedepankan prestasi siswa. Manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang baik di SD Muhamamdiyah Ponorogo dibuktikan dengan banyaknya prestasi siswa baik regional maupun nasional.
