Abstract

Nowadays, in order to obtain information about a product is not only limited to the information that given from the manufacturer. But the information can also be obtained through other personal consumer, this is called with Word of Mouth communication. As the development of current technologies, Word of Mouth communication evolved into electronic Word of Mouth can be done with a wider range. Electronic Word of Mouth Communication can positive or negative statements that form of consumer opinion, potential consumers, as well as a former consumer about a product that can be accessed by anyone in the virtual world as social media that can affect the consumer interest in consuming these products. This research aims to know the existence of the electronic Word of Mouth influence against the interests of consumers against purchasing a product, especially cosmetic products Sariayu. This research uses nonprobability sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 258 female respondents aged 17 to 29 years who use social media and find out information about Sariayu cosmetic products. The collected data is then analyzed by several tests such as validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedasity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test (R2) using IBM SPSS software application 22 for Windows. Based on the results show that electronic Word of Mouth has positive and significant effect to purchase intention.

Abstract

In the Criminal Act Article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 3 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts. In general, there are still many who question the issue of collecting money, one of which is the criminal prosecution of corruption together. The judge dropped the loan of money to the defendant. The purpose of this thesis discussion, namely: First, understand money arrangements for corruption. Second, to find out the juridical decision on spending money on state spending for case decisions Number: 01 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2018 / PN.Pdg.This type of research is normative legal research. This study is more specific to the principle research on the court's decision by reviewing, analyzing and analyzing various related literature which also discusses interviews with Kasubsi Extraordinary Efforts and Execution of the Special Crimes of the Padang District Attorney.From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded, First, the criminal arrangement of substitute money is regulated in Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption. The compensation payment mechanism is regulated in the Supreme Court Regulation No. 5 of 2014 concerning Supplementary Criminal Money in Corruption Crime. While the process of billing and convicted person pays for the replacement money, the mechanism for payment of the replacement money is based on the decision of the Attorney General Number: Kep-518 / JA / 11/2001 dated November 1, 2001. the mistake and the role of the defendant so that they have not been able to apply justice, expediency and great proportionality to the community or to the defendant, in accordance with the objectives of the conviction.Author's Suggestions, First, the Judge should consider the facts that have been revealed in court so as to provide justice by providing appropriate and proportionate sanctions to the accused to provide justice for the perpetrators and victims. Second, in imposing a criminal sentence on the defendant, the Judge should pay attention to the benefits of the criminal sanction.Keywords: Judicial Review-Criminal Replacement Money

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Company Size and Dividend Policy either partially or simultaneously on the Value of Companies in the Properties & Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. This research was conducted using annual data from 2019 to 2021. The data used in this research is secondary data using published financial reports and accessed through the relevant company websites. The model used in this research is panel data fixed effect model, classical assumption test and hypothesis test with a significance value of 5%. The data processing was carried out using the Eviews12 analysis tool. The results show that Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Dividend Policy partially have a significant effect on Company Value. However, partial company size does not have a significant effect on company value. Simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Company Size and Dividend Policy together have a significant effect on the Value of Companies in the Properties & Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.

Abstract

Documentation of digital artwork is essential for designers, serving as a copyrightable asset that can be included in a student's portfolio. User interface design is chosen as the gateway for developing the PDBI Digital Art Gallery Application. It is anticipated that a well-designed user interface will be part of the feasibility analysis for further development into a comprehensive and beneficial application. The research method employed in this study is design thinking, involving the construction of a user interface and usability testing for the PDBI digital art gallery application using a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection techniques include observation, competitor analysis, and questionnaire distribution to obtain user experience feedback on the application. The introduction of the PDBI Digital Art Gallery application is expected to enable PDBI students to easily archive, showcase, sell, and create digital works, empowering student digital products as intended.

Abstract

Since Indonesia was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning method for students has changed drastically, which was initially carried out face-to-face now to online-based learning. The inadequate use of technology in schools, especially elementary school (SD) students, makes it difficult for them to adjust to online learning. Therefore, this study aims to determine what efforts parents should make in maximizing children's learning during online learning. Researchers obtained data from 100 parents elementary school (SD) students in Kamang Magek, Kab. Agam, West Sumatra by filling out the questionnaire provided. Data analysis uses an Indigenous Psychological Approach by using several steps, namely determining phenomena that occur in society, identifying answers from respondents into sub categories, then grouping them based on the results of idenification into sub-categories, and finally grouping them in tabular form and determining the main and sub categories. more relevant categories. The results of this study indicate that on average elementary school (SD) students are less able to take part in online learning, there are many obstacles experienced by students such as less understanding of learning material, more interested in playing with friends, bad networks and quotas cause students to be lazy and the pile up of assignments given to the school. More in-depth research is needed to find out what efforts parents should make to maximize children's learning.

Abstract

Tujuan daripada penelitian untuk membandingkan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Time Token dengan Make A Match siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan merupkan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 341 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu berdasarkan pertimbangan siswa kedua kelas adalah sama, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IS 1 merupakan kelas percobaan I diajarkan memakai model Time Token dan kelas X IS 2 merupakan kelas percobaan II diajarkan memakai model Make A Match. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa thitung = -2,23 ttabel = 1,68, taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = 49 maka hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model Make A Match tidak lebih baik daripada hasil model Time Token pada mata pelajaran geografi kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas percobaan I dengan kelas percobaan II, yaitu perolehan nilai rata-rata 76,53 pada kelas percobaan I dan 77,8 pada kelas percobaan II.Kata Kunci : Perbandingan, Hasil belajar, Time Token, Make A Match
