Abstract

Bandung Perfume Shop is a company that sells perfume. Based on observations, it was discovered that the Bandung Perfume Shop Information System activities maintain use the traditional way. Sales data collecting or recording operations continue to rely on paper media, specifically notebooks, which are prone to loss and damage, implying that the document preparation system is inadequate. Similarly, everything is done conventionally when it comes to data recapitulation and providing information or reports. Given this occurrence and all of its flaws, particularly low work efficiency, an information system that can replace the prior way is required in order to create efficient work. Information System Design as a solution to the above phenomenon at the Bandung Perfume Shop using the Python application (Object Oriented Programming Language), starting from March 2023. The research aims to provide an information system that can simplify and accelerate employee work processes in processing sales data at the Bandung Perfume Shop. The results of this study were collected in the form of an output Information System from the Python program that was created in outline by automating the old (traditional) system to the new system. The results of this study are projected to have a substantial impact on the sales and recapitulation processes in the future, improving work efficiency at the Bandung Perfume Shop.

Abstract

Student Scholarship Allowance Selection is a routine practice carried out by the Bukittinggi City KORPRI (Civil Servants Corps), which is given to the sons and daughters of civil servants in the Bukittinggi City area who are currently pursuing higher education. Determining scholarship recipients always goes through a strict selection process due to the large number of applicants each year. The selection of scholarship recipients is based on specific criteria and requirements set by KORPRI Bukittinggi City. The criteria/requirements for awarding scholarships are based on three factors: Grade Point Average (GPA), parental income/salary, and number of dependents. In this research, the author applies Sugeno's fuzzy logic in determining scholarship allocation because Sugeno's fuzzy logic can select candidates validly, transparently, and fairly, thus guaranteeing that the selected candidates truly deserve to receive a scholarship. To conduct research effectively, the author designed a research framework that helps the scholarship allocation process using Sugeno fuzzy logic, implemented through the Visual Basic 2010 and MySQL programming languages. Research findings show that the Sugeno fuzzy method can provide accurate and objective recommendations in the scholarship recipient selection process using relevant variables and predetermined rules. This recommendation system can produce fair and transparent decisions. This research aims to contribute to the development of a more effective and efficient scholarship recipient selection system.

Abstract

Aplikasi E-Booking ini bertujuan untuk mengelola penyewaan lapangan futsal dikota Bukittinggi yang nantinya akan memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan dalam pemesanan lapangan futsal yang ada di Kota Bukittinggi. Sistem yang dirancang ini juga bekerjasama dengan pengelola lapangan futsal seluruh Kota Bukittinggi yang akan memudahkan pengelola lapangan futsal dalam mengontrol pemesanan lapangan futsal karena report yang dihasilkan telah lengkap. Aplikasi E-Booking dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Php dengan memanfaatkan database MySql sebagai media penyimpanan dengan tingkat keamanan yang cukup baik.   E-Booking application aims to manage futsal field rental in Bukittinggi City which will provide convenience to customers in order futsal field in the city of Bukittinggi. This system is also designed in cooperation with field manager futsal Bukittinggi City which will facilitate the manager futsal field in controlling futsal field booking because the resulting report has been complete. E-Booking application is designed using Php programming language by utilizing MySql database as storage medium with good security level.

Abstract

Technological advancement has driven businesses to adopt digital systems to enhance efficiency and competitiveness, including within the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) sector. Putti Az-Zahra, an SME specializing in traditional Minangkabau handicrafts, still relies on manual processes for order management and reporting, which hampers operational effectiveness and market outreach. This study aims to design and develop a web-based ordering information system to improve transaction efficiency and expand customer access. The development method employed is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The result is a web-based information system that enables customers to place orders online and facilitates automatic transaction data management and sales reporting. The system was tested using the black box method, confirming that all functionalities meet user requirements. This research contributes to the digital transformation of ordering processes in traditional craft-based SMEs and serves as a model that can be adapted by similar enterprises to enhance competitiveness in the digital era. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi melalui penerapan sistem digital, termasuk pada sektor Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). UKM Putti Az-Zahra, yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan tangan khas Minangkabau, menghadapi kendala dalam proses pemesanan dan pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menghambat operasional dan jangkauan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan memperluas akses pelanggan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall, melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web yang memungkinkan konsumen melakukan pemesanan secara daring serta membantu pengelolaan data transaksi dan pelaporan penjualan secara otomatis. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah berjalan sesuai fungsionalitas yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap digitalisasi proses pemesanan pada sektor UKM kerajinan tradisional dan dapat menjadi model yang diadaptasi oleh UKM lain dalam meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Decision-making in determining product orders is a method that managers can use to determine the type of product to be ordered again based on previous sales. Product orders to be reordered will be determined based on the highest number of sales among similar products. One of the methods that can be used is the AHP method, where the AHP method can assist managers in making decisions by providing a sequence of decision alternatives accompanied by a percentage on each alternative. The research method used in this journal is the system development life cycle (SDLC) which can describe the activities in this research in detail. The application of product orders with the AHP method will be applied to a case, namely an order for clothing products at a well-known clothing outlet in Bukittinggi. The product order system will be implemented into an application designed with the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and MySQL database to make it easier for managers to make decisions. With this research, it is hoped that it can help store managers in making decisions for determining clothing orders so that they can produce the best decisions that can provide benefits in the business that is being undertaken.

Abstract

Bukittinggi Regional Hospital has a lot of employee data that can be analyzed to determine employee eligibility levels based on certain performance and criteria. This research aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm in determining the suitability of employees at Bukittinggi Regional Hospital. Data mining methods are used to explore patterns and knowledge from historical employee data such as attendance, work discipline, achievements and superior evaluation results. The research process includes data collection, preprocessing, decision tree formation using the C4.5 algorithm, and evaluation of model results. The results of the research based on a decision tree based on high school education level, less suitable, 8.02.0, suitable, 12.0.0, and D3 and Bachelor's education levels, suitable, 28.07.0, less suitable, 16.05.0, show that the C4.5 algorithm is able to produce a classification model with a good level of accuracy in determining employee eligibility categories, namely suitable and unsuitable. It is hoped that the application of this method will help the management of Bukittinggi Regional Hospital in making more objective and efficient decisions regarding employee suitability.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Landia Saiyo Sahati menghadapi permasalahan tingginya biaya pemupukan akibat ketergantungan terhadap pupuk kimia, rendahnya pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal sebagai bahan baku pupuk organik, serta belum optimalnya penerapan teknologi digital dalam budidaya tanaman. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan biaya produksi meningkat dan efisiensi pemupukan belum maksimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam memproduksi pupuk organik cair (POC) berbahan baku lokal secara mandiri serta menerapkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mendukung pemupukan dan penyiraman yang lebih tepat sasaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan POC, demonstrasi penggunaan sistem IoT berbasis ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor kelembapan tanah, instalasi perangkat pada lahan pertanian seluas 3.000 m², serta pendampingan dan evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test terhadap 20 anggota kelompok tani selama tiga bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebesar 85%, penurunan biaya pembelian pupuk sebesar 35% melalui produksi POC secara mandiri, peningkatan ketepatan waktu pemupukan dan penyiraman hingga 90%, serta peningkatan produktivitas tanaman rata-rata sebesar 18% dibandingkan sebelum program dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemandirian petani dalam penyediaan pupuk, mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi IoT pada budidaya tanaman, serta meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan produktivitas lahan. Model pemberdayaan yang diterapkan berpotensi direplikasi pada kelompok tani lainnya sebagai upaya mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi dan sumber daya lokal.
