Abstract

One of the goals of guidance and counseling in elementary schools is to develop and improve students' academic abilities to achieve maximum learning abilities. Collaborative guidance to increase motivation to read is very rare in schools, especially in elementary schools where class teachers handle many subjects. Guidance services in elementary schools can be integrated into thematic learning activities. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of collaborative guidance services between Guidance and Counseling teachers and Indonesian Language teachers to increase students' reading motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method with a quasi-experimental research design with the CORI (Concept-Oriented Reading Instruction) program. The results of the study showed that collaborative guidance between counseling teachers and Indonesian teachers was effective in increasing elementary school students' reading motivation. Research is suggested for elementary school guidance and counseling teachers to collaborate with subject teachers as an effort to optimize guidance and counseling services. Indonesian teachers can provide input for guidance and counseling services in the classroom. For future researchers, it can increase reading variety, reading exploration time and the application of collaborative guidance to increase reading motivation.

Abstract

Well-being is one of the factors that prospective counselors continue to develop themselves and their profession. The research aims to provide an overview of the psychological well-being of prospective counselors. The study used the PERMA-Profiler measurement, distributed to Islamic Counseling Guidance students at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive with simple random sampling. The attachment indicator (E) is the largest at 7.48, followed by the positive emotion indicator (P) at 7.44, the meaningfulness indicator (M) with a score of 7.39, the relationship indicator ® with a score of 7.21, the achievement indicator (A) with a score of 7.02. The attachment indicator is the highest, meaning that the prospective counselor is fully involved in the activities being carried out, immersed, and integrated with activities at the university both individually and as a students. The lowest indicator is achievement, described as success in mastering and achieving something. Prospective counselors feel they have not made any achievements because they are still learning about the science of guidance and counseling. Efforts that can be made by prospective counselors to improve psychological well-being are self-identification, life goals, and collaboration with others.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan konseling kelompok berbasis terapi perilaku kognitif terhadap regulasi emosi santri di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu menggunakan satu kelompok pretest dan posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah sepuluh orang santri yang memiliki tingkat regulasi emosi rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala regulasi emosi yang mencakup lima dimensi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk dan uji Wilcoxon karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata regulasi emosi setelah intervensi. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,005, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Perhitungan efek menunjukkan nilai 0,89 yang termasuk kategori pengaruh besar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan konseling kelompok berbasis terapi perilaku kognitif efektif dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi santri

Abstract

Isu pengangguran terdidik memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pihak pemerintah secara luas dan universitas secara khusus. Kemampuan adaptabilitas karier, kematangan karier dan pemahaman etos kerja Islami memainkan peran penting dalam kesiapan kerja setelah lulus. Tujuan penelitian adalah melihat hubungan antara adaptabilitas karier, kematangan karier, etos kerja islami dengan kesiapan kerja lulusan. Instrumen penelitian mengadaptasi teori berbagai ahli dalam bidang karier yaitu kesiapan kerja (Caballero et al), etos kerja islami (Wahab), kematangan karier (Savickas), dan adaptabilitas karier (Maggiori). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester akhir yang akan melakukan ujian munaqosah/kelulusan di Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi bulan Juni 2024 yaitu berjumlah 246 orang. Dengan purposive sampling yaitu semua anggota populasi menjadi sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis H1 tidak dapat diterima sepenuhnya karena variabel adaptabilitas karier dan etos kerja islami terdapat hubungan dengan kesiapan kerja, sedangkan variabel kematangan karier tidak terdapat hubungan dengan kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Supervisi memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan profesional konselor dalam bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan model supervisi sejawat berbasis teori diri (self theory) dan dukungan sejawat (peer support theory). Artikel ini menjelaskan pendekatan konseptual model ini, serta manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan refleksi diri konselor. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan pendekatan supervisi yang mendukung pengembangan pribadi dan profesional konselor. Kata kunci: Supervisi Sejawat, Teori Diri, Pengembangan Profesional, Konseling.
