Abstract

Adanya keungulan penerapan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan humanistik melalui keteladanan  atau di implementasikan langsung oleh guru dan secara simbolis melaui gambar dalam pemberian layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa,Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) untuk mengetahui strategi  guru dalam membentuk disiplin siswa, 2) Bagaimana  strategi guru  dalam mengimplementasikan keteladanan untuk membentuk disiplin siswa  di SMPN 3 Kusan Hilir dan di smpn 4 satu atap kusan hilir kabupaten tanah bumbu dan 3) Bagaimana solusi yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi  kendala yang ditemui Guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam membentuk disiplin siswa di SMPN 3 kusan hilir dan di SMPN 4 Satu Atap Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.Penelitian ini merupakan Kualitatif. Penelitian ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan implementasi keteladanan guru dalam membentuk disiplin siswa  di SMPN 3 Kusan Hilir dan di SMPN 4 Satu Atap Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu dengan teknik triangulasi Miles dan Huberman.Hasil penelitian 1) Strategi  guru dalam membentuk disiplin siswa di SMPN 3 Kusan Hilir adalah dengan cara teknik konseling individual behaviouristik, sedangkan di SMPN 4 Satu Atap Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu semua guru di himbau oleh Kepala Sekolah agar mencontohkan peilaku disiplin yang baik kepada siswa sehingga tidak ada alasan bagi siswa maupun orang tua mengenai perilaku oknum guru yang kurang disiplin, selain itu teknik ini dapat mudah difahami dan di contoh siswa. 2) Strategi guru dalam mengimplementasikan keteladanan untuk membentuk disiplin siswa  di SMPN 3 kusan hilir  adalah dengan memberikan konseling Behavioristik disertai media gambar sedangkan di SMPN 4 Satu Atap Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu strategi implementasi kedisiplinan selain menempelkan gambar-gambar di dinding kelas maupun di tempat majalah dinding, penerapan kedisiplinan juga langsung dicontohkan oleh semua guru melaui pengawaasan langsung kepala sekolah. 3) Solusi yang ditempuh untuk mengatasi  kendala yang ditemui Guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam dalam membentuk disiplin siswa  di SMPN 3 Kusan Hilir adalah dengan mendata siswa yang kurang disiplin, memberikan bimbingan konseling behaviouristik mengenai disiplin maupun memberikan materi dan contoh keteladanan dan keuntungan –keuntungan berperilaku disiplin untuk kehidupan sehari-hari dan masa depan siswa sampai memberikan surat peryataan kepada peserta didik dan melakukan panggilan kepada orang tua agar dapat bersama-sama memecahkan permasalahan siswa,

Abstract

The counseling and guidance program management as an integral part of education services in school requires the executors to continue in order to improve and develop the service quality. The counseling and guidance have a role to help the learners to be independent, to grow, and to be able to solve their own problems. The implementation of counseling and guidance always undergoes of perfecting. It happens because the problems faced by students always change and get dynamics. The form of activities to do include the socialization of the program to new students, the delivering of materials and services both individual and group, handling students with problems, whether relating to academic problems, personal aspects or violations. While the supervision process includes (a) recording (administration/documentation), (b) evaluation (measurement and assessment of results and work processes and organizational performance), and (c) taking improvement and development step.Keywords: Program Management, Planning, Organization, Implementation, and Controlling

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen penilaian kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah di TK Azzahra dan UPTD TK Negeri Pembina Bajuin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan ditempat terjadinya gejala-gejala yang diteliti, data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penilaian kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah TK Azzahra dan UPTD TK Negeri Pembina Bajuin yaitu 1) Melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi, 2) Upaya dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah dengan cara melakukan strategi pembelajaran yang perlu diperhatikan guru/tenaga pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu strategi pengorganisasian dan strategi penyampaian termasuk pula membuat catatan kemajuan belajar siswa, strategi penyampaian menekankan pada media apa yang dipakai untuk menyampaikan pembelajaran, dan strategi pengelolaan menekankan pada penjadwalan penggunaan setiap komponen.            Hasil dari penelitian ini meski penerapan kurikulum yang sama yakni Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) namun dalam terdapat penerapan materi pembelajaran yang berbeda. Sementara dari motivasi dan kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu di sekolah, prinsip kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di kedua sekolah menggunakan asa demokrasi dalam kepemimpinan nya, sehingga peran serta guru dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang bermutu dan pelayanan terbaik dapat terlihat dengan nyata.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri  Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, karena jenis penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode yang memfokuskan pada keterlibatan interpretasi peneliti yang berusaha menginterprestasikan perilaku para stakeholders  pada suatu fenomena yang dialaminya (Denzin dan Lincoln, 2015: 3-4), yang dalam hal ini adalah para stakeholders  pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri  Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian kualitatif mempunyai tujuan agar peneliti lebih mengenal lingkungan penelitian, dan dapat terjun langsung ke lapangan sebagai key instrument (instrumen kunci). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri  Kota Banjarmasin memberikan dampak yang begitu besar bagi pembelajaran. Eksistensi seluruh elemen yang terlibat sangat ditentukan oleh sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung berjalannya semua kegiatan pembelajaran baik di dalam maupun luar kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Deep Learning technology in improving the quality of formative and summative assessments at the junior high school level in Banjarmasin City. The research findings indicate that the application of Deep Learning has significant potential in enhancing the effectiveness of assessments by providing faster, more targeted, and personalized feedback to students. The Deep Learning model is capable of analyzing student performance data in real-time, identifying patterns of difficulties faced by students, and offering more focused corrective recommendations, which were previously hard to achieve with conventional assessment methods. This study also identifies challenges in integrating this technology, such as the diversity of student characteristics, limited resources, and a curriculum that needs adjustments to fully accommodate this technology. However, the application of Deep Learning increases the objectivity of assessments, reduces human bias, and improves time efficiency for teachers by automating many aspects of the assessment process. Overall, the use of Deep Learning technology can have a positive impact on improving the quality of evaluation in Banjarmasin City's junior high schools, though greater attention to teacher training, curriculum adjustments, and the improvement of technological infrastructure is needed to ensure long-term success.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all sectors of life, including the education sector. The learning process, which is usually conducted in classrooms, has been shifted to home-based learning to prevent and reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus in educational settings. Most parents in Kiram Village work as fish farmers, and their operations often involve their children, especially during the fish harvesting season. As a result, during the COVID-19 pandemic, children sometimes did not participate in the learning process or study at home. Consequently, they fell behind in their studies, which negatively affected their academic performance. The lack of awareness about the importance of parents' roles in their children's learning process also negatively impacted children's academic achievements. One effort to provide knowledge and understanding about the role of parents in educating their children was through counseling and training sessions on parental involvement in children's education at home, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. These sessions used a psycho-educational approach, employing methods such as lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, skill training, and problem-solving. Media tools like problem cards and solution cards were utilized. he results of the counseling and training showed an increase in parents' knowledge and a change in their perceptions regarding their role in supporting their children's learning at home, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the implementation of the balanced scorecard and blue ocean in primary education institutions in the city of Banjarmasin. This research uses a case study qualitative approach, where interviews, observations, and documentation are used as media to obtain valid and accountable data. The data analysis follows an interactive analysis model, which collects, reduces, and presents data to conclude. The results showed that the implementation of the balanced scorecard and blue ocean in primary education in Banjarmasin City could be grouped into 4, namely: first, school management; second, community participation; third, teaching and learning activities; and fourth output. The non-implementation of the balanced scorecard and blue ocean policies is caused because the parties involved in their implementation do not want to cooperate, work half-heartedly, or do not fully master the problem so that no matter how persistent their efforts are, they cannot overcome the existing obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the application of computational thinking can affect students' analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as change the mindset of teachers from conventional teachers to innovators in one of the Junior High Schools in Banjarmasin City. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, including coding, identifying important themes, and interpretation in the context of computational thinking theory. Data triangulation was carried out by comparing the results of observations, interviews, and document analysis to ensure the validity of the findings. The results of the study indicate that computational thinking plays a significant role in improving students' technical and analytical skills and encouraging the transformation of teachers' mindsets towards a more innovative and adaptive approach to technology. In addition, this study also found that the implementation of computational thinking successfully addressed the gap in technology skills among students, thereby increasing educational equality. The implications of this study indicate that the application of computational thinking in the school curriculum can be an effective strategy to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. However, this study is limited to one location. It does not consider gender factors and variations in student backgrounds, so further research is needed with a wider scope to obtain a more comprehensive picture.
