Abstract

This research aims to find out how the impact of Store Atmosphere and promotion on revisit intention at Thelapan Coffee Bandung. Store Atmosphere is a series of atmosphere experiences that are felt by consumers from the first time they come to the coffee shop until they finish enjoying the dishes and the atmosphere at the coffee shop. While promotion is an activity to attract consumers to come or intend to come back so that a transaction can occur. The independent variable (X1) is store atmosphere which has 4 elements including store layout, exterior, general interior, and interior display (Berman and Evan, 2015), then the independent variable (X2) is promotion, promotion has 6 dimensions, including advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, word of mouth, and direct marketing (Ailijaa F R et al., 2020). The dependent variable (Y) in this research is revisiting intention with dimensions of revisit propensity, revisit willingness, and revisit probability shortly (Zhang et al., 2018). This study uses quantitative and explanatory survey methods, in this study, 100 respondents had transacted at Thelapan Coffee Bandung. The data processing technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests with f test (simultaneous), and t-test (partial). The results of the study simultaneously show that store atmosphere and promotions have a significant effect on revisit intentions. And the results partially show that store atmosphere has no significant effect, while promotion has a significant effect on revisit intentions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology at this time plays a very important role for a product sales promotion, there are many things that need to be considered in a content marketing in a company, one of which is in the hospitality industry. Grand Hotel Preanger is a 5-star hotel located in the center of Bandung which has heritage characteristics and strongly maintains its authenticity. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotional strategies in increasing product sales through content marketing at Grand Hotel Preanger. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach and used SWOT analysis, namely calculating and deepening the EFAS and IFAS matrices. Data collection in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. From the research results, it is found that the position of the product sales promotion strategy through content marketing at Grand Hotel Preanger is in quadrant I position, which means that it is very profitable for a company by utilizing strengths as opportunities for increasing the number of products produced, namely maintaining the brand image to customers and the characteristics of a heritage hotel by utilizing its beauty and strategic opportunities in the middle of downtown Bandung.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this thesis is the influence of facilities on visitor satisfaction at Kiara Artha Park Bandung. The purpose of this research is to identify the facilities and visitor satisfaction at Kiara Artha Park Bandung. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing Likert scales to respondents who have visited and experienced Kiara Artha Park Bandung. The sampling technique employed is random sampling, with a research sample consisting of 100 respondents selected randomly. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis to measure the influence of facility variables on visitor satisfaction. The results of the study indicate that facilities have a positive and significant impact on visitor satisfaction. The most influential facilities include cleanliness, comfort, and the completeness of public facilities. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of Kiara Artha Park continues to improve the quality and availability of facilities to enhance visitor satisfaction and the park's appeal as a tourist destination.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism products on visitor satisfaction at the Sri Baduga Museum Bandung. The tourism products analyzed include tourist attractions, tourist facilities, amenities, and accessibility. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to museum visitors. Respondents were randomly selected, and the data obtained were analyzed using a simple linear regression technique to see the relationship between the independent variable (tourism product) and the bound variable (visitor satisfaction). The results of the study show that all components of tourism products, namely tourist attractions, tourist facilities, amenities, and accessibility, have a significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors to the Sri Baduga Museum Bandung. Tourist attractions were found to be the most dominant factor in influencing visitor satisfaction, followed by facilities and accessibility. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed that the majority of visitors were satisfied with their experience at the museum, and this was reflected in their desire to visit again and their willingness to recommend the museum to friends and family. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the quality of tourism products at the Sri Baduga Museum Bandung has an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction. Recommendations are given to museum managers to continue to improve the quality of attractions, facilities, and accessibility to maintain and increase visitor satisfaction. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of more effective tourism strategies in the future.

Abstract

Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum is an educational tourism that can provide cultural information and a place to store historical heirlooms, despite having low number tourist visits. To increase the number of tourist visits, it is necessary to understand what visitors need in increasing the existence of Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum. Memorable tourism experience is an important agenda in the purpose of this research, considering that tourism is basically based on experience that has an influence on determining tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction is felt when the expectations of tourists are met. The methods used in this research was quantitative method with survey as the research design. Questionairres were used to collect data from 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique and descriptive data analysis. The finding showed that there was a significant influence of memorable tourism experience (X) on tourist satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0,001<0,05. The result of the hypothesis test of > was 14.705 > 1.984, therefore Ha was accepted. The findings of this research may help create a marketing strategy for Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum by using memorable tourism experience dimension which will later increase the number of tourist visits to Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum.

Abstract

This research analyzes the management of homestay facilities in Buricak Burinong Village, Pakualam Village, Darmaraja District, West Java. This research aims to provide guidance for homestay managers in managing human resources efficiently and effectively, and provide recommendations for improving the quality of accommodation facilities in Buricak Burinong Village. With this analysis, it is expected to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in homestay management, as well as efforts that can be made to increase tourist attraction and the welfare of local communities through the development of better homestay facilities. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by conducting observations and interviews with the parties involved in managing homestay facilities in Buricak Burinong Village. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of the analysis show that the management of Kampung Buricak Burinong homestay facilities is located in quadrant I, so the right way to be applied is the S-O strategy that can be done, namely, increasing online and offline promotions by involving the community and the support of the government. This step aims to increase tourist attractiveness in the management of homestay facilities, comfort, and ease of tourists visiting Buricak Burinong Village homestay.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyzed the influence of MICE attributes on tourist visits in Bandung by adapting the dimensions of MICE destination guideline and criteria developed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in 2017 as independent variables. This research used quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained came from distributing questionnaires via Google form to respondents who had visited Bandung, and a sample of 100 people was taken. Based on the result of this research, MICE attributes in Bandung have met the needs of tourist so that they can increase tourist visits to Bandung, especially MICE tourist. MICE attributes have a significant influence simultaneously on tourist visits. The dimension of attraction an ancillary service partially have positive influence and significant influence on tourist visit, while accesibiliry, activities, amenities, and affordability do not have a positive influence and is not significant on tourist visists in Bandung.
