Abstract

Background: Product strategy is a plan that identifies the goals and objectives of a product and then explains the vision to achieve those goals. This helps to relate the vision of the project with the actual methods used to implement it. Product strategy maps out key benchmarks for creating, marketing, and distributing any concept you plan to sell. Aim: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of production strategy performance on brand royalty in companies and restaurants. Method: The sample used in this study can be determined using the infinite sample formula, with a 95% confidence level and a 10% error level, the sample used in this study was 100 people as respondents. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling with the Purposive Sampling. Findings: They also provide a central plan that people across the business can refer to to guide their efforts and fine-tune their overall business strategy. Business in the food sector is a potential business at this time. Factors that need to be considered in facing competition in the restaurant business include products and prices. If these two factors are getting better and more attractive, it can make customers feel satisfied, if customers feel satisfied, they will be loyal to the restaurant

Abstract

Occupational health is a specific part of the health perspective focusing more on improving the quality of the workforce through implementing health efforts. This paper describes the occupational health programs in the Limited Liability Company (here and after called PT) Barata Indonesia Cilegon. This study was qualitative research using field observation and literature studies. The population was all workers at PT. Barata Indonesia, Cilegon, Banten Province. The data collection technique used was field observation. Then, the author descriptively examined occupational health programs using literature from theory, laws and regulations, ministerial regulations, and ministerial decrees. The results showed that the implementation of occupational health programs at PT Barata Indonesia Cilegon, among others, checking canteen facilities, medical checks up, gymnastics, giving Extra Fooding, HIPERKES, HIV/AIDS prevention policies, COVID-19 regulations, and a work environment that meets occupational hygiene and health requirements. In conclusion, PT Barata Indonesia Cilegon is very concerned about the occupational health of its workers. Therefore, PT Barata Indonesia Cilegon runs occupational health programs. PT Barata has made occupational health procedures so that they can be carried out following written procedures. The implementation of occupational health programs at PT Barata Indonesia Cilegon has been going well following the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Num. 88 of 2019 concerning occupational health.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology, reshaping operational efficiencies and strategic business management across industries. This study employs a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer to explore the intellectual structure, global collaboration, and thematic trends in AI research from 2000 to 2024. The findings reveal AI’s pivotal role in enhancing operational processes, particularly in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, AI’s integration into diverse fields such as healthcare, energy management, and cybersecurity underscores its multidisciplinary impact. The visualizations highlight the strong global collaboration among nations, with China, India, and the United States as major contributors to AI research. Despite these advancements, challenges such as ethical concerns, data privacy, and workforce displacement persist. This study emphasizes the need for ethical frameworks, workforce reskilling, and robust international cooperation to maximize AI's benefits while mitigating its challenges. By mapping current trends and identifying future directions, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of AI’s transformative potential in operational and strategic domains.
