Abstract

This study aims to explore how the integration of Customer Experience (CX) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles can optimize education and training services at BKPSDM Pandeglang Regency. The research adopts a qualitative approach to investigate participant experiences and identify key factors that influence satisfaction, engagement, and service effectiveness. Data were collected from 15 informants through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and observations, followed by thematic analysis to extract key themes. The findings highlight significant challenges in communication, access to facilities, and innovation in learning methodologies, while also showcasing the positive impact of modern teaching techniques and active participant involvement on satisfaction levels. Unique insights reveal that ineffective communication and evaluations perceived as formalities undermine participant trust, despite otherwise satisfactory service delivery. The study underscores the importance of integrating user-centered innovations and responsive communication channels to create services that not only meet procedural standards but also inspire and motivate. This research contributes to theoretical discussions on CX and HCD in public services and offers practical recommendations for developing adaptive, participant-focused programs. Future studies are encouraged to empirically validate the proposed model in broader public service contexts.

Abstract

This study proposes to analyze the influence of netizen (net citizen) accounts on the government's response to public service issues in Makassar over one year. The research method involves using data collected from the user's accounts, focusing on the frequency of reporting, types of issues reported, geographic distribution of reports, types of media used, and government responses to these reports. The analysis indicates that reports through citizen reporter accounts tend to receive quicker responses compared to direct complaints, with respondents evaluating the quality of these responses more positively. These findings suggest that digital platforms, such as social media, are effective in enhancing responsiveness due to emergency events, public priorities, and social pressures resulting from viral reporting.

Abstract

The Teaching Practitioner Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. The program is designed and managed jointly (collaboration) between Lecturers and Practitioners, so that students can obtain holistic learning that connects theory with field practice in order to master competencies, be better prepared to enter the world of work, and become future leaders in various career choices according to their respective interests and potentials. The purpose of the Evaluation of the Teaching Practitioner Program at the Banten College of Administrative Sciences with the CIPP Model has a rationale to ensure that higher education not only produces knowledgeable graduates, but also highly competent, relevant to industry demands and ready to contribute to the world of work. The ultimate goal of the teaching practitioner program, namely: 1) reducing the gap between the skills of college graduates and industry needs; 2) increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the global labor market; 3) building an adaptive and collaborative education ecosystem between the world of education and industry; and 4) providing students with direct insight into real challenges in the world of work and the latest emerging technologies. The results of the evaluation of the teaching practitioner program with the CIPP Evaluation Model, namely: (1) the results of the context evaluation show that program participants are able to understand the objectives of the teaching practitioner program with an assessment of 79% (very effective); (2) the results of the input evaluation show that the input aspect of the teaching practitioner program on the STIA Banten campus is assessed at 74% (very effective); (3) the results of the process evaluation show that the implementation dimension of the teaching practitioner program at STIA Banten is running at 71% (very effective); and (4) the results of the product evaluation show that the implications of the product are the fulfillment of the main performance indicator achievements (data indicators required in IKU 4: teaching practitioners on campus consist of data on educational history, certification, and work experience. and IKU Indicator 7: collaborative and participatory classes, related data attributes consist of courses and standards) at STIA Banten with an average indicator achievement of 76% (very effective).

Abstract

The decline in Capital Expenditures and the increase in Goods and Services Expenditures indicate a shift in budget focus from public investment to operational needs, which can impact the quality of public services. This study analyzes the effect of regional expenditure allocations on public satisfaction with public services in Banten Province during the 2021-2024 period. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 480 respondents, this study examines the impact of four regional expenditure components: Personnel Expenditures, Goods and Services Expenditures, Capital Expenditures, and Grants and Social Assistance Expenditures on the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM). The results indicate that regional expenditure allocations significantly influence public satisfaction, with Capital Expenditures having the most significant impact. Another important finding is the time lag in the influence of regional expenditures. Sectoral analysis shows variations in the influence of expenditure components, with Personnel Expenditures dominant in the education sector, Goods and Services Expenditures in the health sector, and Capital Expenditures in the infrastructure sector. A similar pattern is seen in spatial analysis comparing urban, rural, and transitional areas.

Abstract

The background of this study is the unsatisfactory motivation of grade II students to learn mathematics, especially in addition and subtraction lessons. The use of dull and ineffective learning techniques contributes to students' low learning motivation. Therefore, the use of STAD type cooperative learning model is one of the solutions that can be used for second grade elementary school students. This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model on grade II students' learning motivation in addition and subtraction in mathematics. The approach used is a quantitative and quasi-experimental method. The population consisted of all SDN Tugu and SDN 1 Kalaparea; the sample consisted of 35 grade II SDN Tugu students as the experimental class and 29 students of grade II SDN 1 Kalaparea as the control class. These learners were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques were tests, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The techniques used to analyze the data are validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, and T-test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is concluded that using the STAD type cooperative learning model increases the motivation to learn mathematics in the material of addition and subtraction of standard-length units. This can be seen from the data analysis obtained, where the sig value (2-tailed) of 0.0001 is less than 0.05, meaning that the probability value of sig.
