Abstract

This study aims to determine the Skills of the Football Game at the Dehasen Club Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive research research. The research sample totalled 20 people. The instrument used in this study was a basic football technique test of 4 test items. Then where the results of the final It can be concluded based on these data that the shooting skills test of the football game at the Dehasen Bengkulu Club is in the moderate category, namely as many as 11 people or with a percentage of 55%. the Passing and Controlling skills test of the football game at the Dehasen Bengkulu Club is in the moderate category, namely as many as 12 people or with a percentage of 60%. the Heading skills test of the Dehasen Bengkulu Club football game is in the moderate category, namely as many as 9 people or with a percentage of 45%. the Dribbling skills test of the football game at the Dehasen Bengkulu Club is in the moderate category, namely as many as 9 people or with a percentage of 45%.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to study the influence of leadership style,compensation, work discipline, and employee performance. The method of writing scientific articles is by using qualitative methods and library research or library research. The results of this literature review article are: leadership syle has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how communication, work ethic, and the environment as well as the perception of organizational support affect teacher performance. Employee performance is one of the key factors that determine the success and competitiveness of an organization, including in the banking industry. In the banking sector, employee performance not only has an impact on operational efficiency, but also has a direct impact on the quality of service to customers, customer satisfaction, and the bank's reputation. Design/methodology/approach: A structural equation model, also known as a structural equation (SEM), is used in this work to resize the sample. This shows that SEM research using the MLE estimation model should use a minimum of 200 samples. Findings: The findings of this study show that communication and work environment can affect the improvement of employee performance, but in contrast to the work ethic in this study, it is not able to affect employee performance but is different from the case and place of the study. Research, Practical & Social Implications: The study concludes that to maintain employee performance, companies can update the work environment so that it becomes comfortable in the workplace and can improve communication both from leaders to employees and vice versa. The conclusion of this study is expected to advance management science, especially human resources.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is one of the important aspects of developing the entrepreneurial spirit in students. However, not all students have sufficient interest or skills to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, this study aims to explore efforts to increase students' entrepreneurial interest through online entrepreneurship training. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique was carried out by a literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results show that entrepreneurship training helps foster entrepreneurial interest by providing knowledge, skills, inspiration, and a supportive environment to start and develop a business. With effective entrepreneurship training, it is expected that participants' interest in entrepreneurship will increase and encourage them to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with confidence and success. When students have a high interest in entrepreneurship, they tend to have a strong motivation to learn and develop the skills needed in the business world. High interest can also trigger creativity, the desire to create new solutions, and perseverance in facing the challenges that exist in the entrepreneurial world.

Abstract

Perubahan cepat dalam lingkungan bisnis akibat Revolusi Industri 5.0 menuntut organisasi untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih adaptif dan berbasis nilai. Salah satu pendekatan yang semakin mendapatkan perhatian adalah employer branding, yaitu strategi organisasi dalam membentuk citra positif sebagai tempat kerja yang ideal guna menarik dan mempertahankan talenta unggul. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran employer branding dalam menarik perhatian generasi milenial dan Gen Z, meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, serta membangun keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif-deskriptif melalui telaah literatur terhadap jurnal-jurnal ilmiah primer dalam tujuh tahun terakhir. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa employer branding yang efektif harus memperhatikan dimensi Employee Value Proposition (EVP), penggunaan media sosial dan teknologi digital, serta nilai-nilai keberlanjutan dan keseimbangan hidup-kerja. Artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan strategis dan menyarankan implikasi manajerial yang relevan dalam implementasi employer branding di era industri 5.0.

Abstract

Hipotermia merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kecelakaan pada kegiatan pendakian gunung. Kondisi ini terjadi ketika suhu tubuh inti turun di bawah batas normal sehingga dapat mengancam fungsi organ vital dan berakibat fatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sabuk pintar berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32 yang dapat memantau suhu tubuh pendaki secara real-time, mendeteksi fase hipotermia, dan memberikan peringatan dini. Alat ini menggunakan sensor suhu MCP9808 untuk membaca suhu tubuh, OLED 0.96 inci sebagai penampil data, DFPlayer Mini dan speaker untuk peringatan suara, buzzer sebagai alarm tambahan, serta LED berdaya tinggi sebagai sinyal darurat dengan pola SOS. Sistem dikategorikan berdasarkan usia pengguna (remaja, dewasa, dan lansia) dengan batas suhu berbeda pada setiap fase hipotermia. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor MCP9808 memiliki akurasi yang baik dengan deviasi ±0,3°C dibandingkan termometer medis. Cahaya LED dapat terlihat jelas hingga 48 meter, sedangkan bunyi buzzer terdengar hingga jarak 32 meter. Dengan demikian, sabuk pintar ini dapat berfungsi sebagai sistem peringatan dini yang efektif untuk mencegah hipotermia dalam kegiatan pendakian gunung.

Abstract
