Abstract

Penggunaan internet sebagai sarana untuk mentransfer suatu informasi memiliki tantangan tersendiri karena sifatnya yang terbuka untuk umum atau semua kalangan, maka masalah kerahasiaan dan otentikasi dari informasi yang diterima dan dikirim juga bersifat terbuka. Ada beberapa cara yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut termasuk penggunaan PPTP VPN, Proxy dan SSH Tunnel yang menggunakan server luar negeri dan bebas tanpa batasan. Dalam paper ini, penulis melakukan pengujian simulasi dengan menguji kinerja dan keamanan jaringan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan tentang apa yang terbaik dalam membypass akses terbatas ke semua situs di internet. Hasilnya, berdasarkan parameter troughput pada file gambar, VPN PPTP memiliki nilai troughput lebih besar 1,2 % dari ISP Cobralink; Proxy Anonymus lebih besar 11%; sedangkan SSH Tunnel lebih besar 23% dibandingkan saat menggunakan ISP Cobralink. Diagram  perbandingan  performa  menunjukan bahwa  terdapat  perbedaan  performa  pada  tiap-tiap  metode  yaitu  VPN  PPTP, Proxy Anonymous dan SSH tunnel pada koneksi ISP Cobralink. Penulis menggunakan paket internet dengan bandwith 250 Kbit/s dan burst max  380 Kbit/s. Burst adalah bandwitdh tambahan di atas max-limit yang mungkin didapatkan dalam kondisi tertentu sedangkan burst max adalah speed maksimal yang mungkin didapatkan saat kondisi burst. Penggunaan proxy HTTP/HTTPS maupun SOCK5 pada ISP Cobralink dapat meningkatkan rata  Burst.

Abstract

Kantor Kementrian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dalam menjalankan tugas kedinasan perlu adanya sistem yang dapat mempercepat administrasi terutama surat-menyurat. Dokumentasi surat-menyurat masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Maka diperlukan cara yang cepat dan tepat atau sistem yang terkomputerisasi agar data surat menyurat dapat dimenejemen dengan baik. Database yang digunakan dalam rancanagan ini adalah menggunakan Microsoft Access 2003 dan Borland Delphi 7.0 sebagai program perancangannya. Hasil kajian ini adalah rancangan informasi pengelolaan surat-menyurat pada kantor Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of discovery learning model assisted by lectora inspire media in improving motivation and learning outcomes in Physics at MAN 1 West Sumbawa. The type of research used in this research is quasi experiment. The population in this study as well as the research sample was 38 students. Previously, learning used a conventional model, in this case the researcher applied a new innovation by applying the discovery learning model. Data collection techniques are tests, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of the final test (posttest) experimental class average value of 82.37 and control class 66.32. Based on the results of data analysis using the t-test, the t-count is 8.468 and the t-table at the significance level of 0.005 is 2.878, then the t-count> t-table. The results of the analysis of learning motivation of the experimental class obtained an average value of 59.05 and the control class 52.68. Based on the results of data analysis using t-test obtained t-count of 7.596 and t-table at a significance level of 0.005 of 2.878, then t-count> t-table. It can be concluded that there is an effect of discovery learning model assisted by lectora inspire media in increasing motivation and learning outcomes in Physics at MAN 1 West Sumbawa.

Abstract

Solar energy is free, renewable and environment friendly and has been widely used in electricity generation and thermal energy through photovoltaic thermal (PVT) system. A PVT collector is a combination of a PV panel and a thermal collector in a single unit to simultaneously generate electricity and thermal energy. In this review, mathematical models for dual channel PVT air collectors is presented. This review presents various research and development, as well as heat transfer and thermal modelling of dual channel PVT air collectors. Moreover, various mathematical models that evaluate the performances base on energy and exergy analysis of dual channel PVT air collectors are presented. Energy balance is the basic concept in developing the mathematical models. Generally, steady-state one-dimensional linear first-order differential equations were reported for solution of mathematical model. Energy and exergy efficiencies of dual channel PVT air collectors were 22.5%–67% and 3.9%-58%, respectively.
