Abstract

Salah satu penyumbang tingginya angka pengangguran terbuka adalah terus meningkatnya angka lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) tidak melanjutkan studi ke Perguruan Tinggi (PT). Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 1 Kabaruan Talaud merupakan salah satu penyumbang tingginya angka pengangguran terbuka lulusan yang tidak melanjutkan studi ke PT dan tidak bekerja. Oleh karena itu sangat diperlukan pembekalan lulusan dengan kompetensi tambahan agar dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri antara lain dengan menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan kepada siswa sebelum menamatkan pendidikan di SMA melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM). Kegiatan PKM ini ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan di SMA Negeri 1 Kabaruan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah atau Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup (Life Skill) berwirausaha tani-ternak terintegrasi dengan mengintroduksi budidaya tanaman pangan (sayuran, kacang tanah, dan jagung serta ternak ayam). Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah sebagai berikut; (1) terfasilitasi upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berwirausaha tani ternak terinegrasi pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kabaruan Talaud, (2) terfasilitasi satu kegiatan Pendidikan Life Skill wirausaha tani-ternak terintegrasi sebagai media pembelajaran biologi dan berwirausaha, (3) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada siswa dalam berwirausaha tani-ternak terintegrasi (4) Dihasilkan Rancangan Pembelajaran Biologi dan Kewirausahaan dengan metode Problem Based Learning dan pendekatan pendidikan Life Skills.

Abstract

Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu menemukan dan menyimpulkan Pengaruh secara langsung big five personality terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon; Pengaruh secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon, dan Pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara the five personlitiy Kepala Sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif inferensial, populasi dan sampel sumber data adalah guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara sebanyak 426 responden ditentukan dengan formula Mc. Namara (Sugiyono, 2012:86). Data dijaring dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur dan angket diawali dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, selanjutya data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan multiple, sebelumnya diuji prasyarat analisis (uji homogenitas, normalitas dan linieritas data). Hasil analisis data menemukan sebagai berikut: adanya pengaruh signifikan secara langsung the big five personality terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon diperoleh koefisien t = 11,373 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh signifikan secara langsung antara the big five personality terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 11,3%; adanya pengaruh signifikan secara langsung gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon koefisien t = 17,592 dengan p = 0,000 (p<0,01). adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara the five personlitiy dan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD di Kota Tomohon, hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh nilai F = 76,162 sedangkan p = 0,000 (p<0,01). Hasil ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan secara langsung antara the five personlitiy dan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru SD, dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 76%. disarankan agar para kepala sekolah dasar, dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahannya sebagai kepala sekolah memiliki, memahami dan menerapkan the big five personality dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformatif baik secara sendir-sendiri atau perpaduan dari keduanya dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru-guru SD diwilayah kerjanya.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is an educational program launched by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Merdeka Belajar prepares students to become strong graduates, relevant to the needs of the times, and ready to become leaders with a high national spirit. This research will reveal how Self-Education in the concept of Merdeka Belajar can improve students' hard skills and soft skills so that it can support the expansion of the Merdeka Belajar program. The results of measuring the need for soft skills and hard skills found the fact that factors of age, gender, and job status influenced the choice and needs in improving individual soft skills and hard skills. Factors such as leadership, determination, self-control and self-organization, work independence, and employability are the dominant factors used in the defensive approach to the development of self-education. This study shows that a Self-Education curriculum based on the need for soft skills and hard skills must be carried out consistently and regularly. Further research on Self-Education needs to be given special attention in developing more complex and diverse models, especially in the pedagogical skills of teachers as independent mentors of students, especially in non-formal educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students of SD Inpres Kinilow, through the application of the Project-Based Learning Model. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) Model Kemmis and Robbin MC Taggart. Research subjects were fourth grade students with a total of 9 students, consisting of 5 male students and 4 female students. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle included four stages, namely; planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and tests. Based on the results of research in cycle I, only 4 students were complete while 5 were not complete or it can be said that the learning outcomes in cycle I were 44.44%. After implementing the action in cycle II, student learning outcomes have increased, where 9 students are complete. It can be said that the learning outcomes in cycle II are 100% and have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 75. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the Project-Based Learning Model with the material of the Perimeter of Flat Buildings can improve Mathematics learning outcomes in students in class IV SD Inpres Kinilow

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class V at SD GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo after implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. In this research, researchers used the Classroom Action Education (CAE) research method. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and tests in cycle 1, cycle 2 which were carried out directly in class 5. The results in cycle I obtained student learning outcomes with a percentage of 61.6% of the total of 30 students, only 9 people were successful and 21 students were not. succeed. Thus, after correcting the deficiencies in cycle I, research in cycle II obtained learning results from a total of 30 students, of which 27 students were successful and only 3 students were unsuccessful with a percentage of 81.3% or can be said to be successful based on the research results and discussion in class V GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo, it can be concluded that; Application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Class V Social Sciences Subjects at GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo Elementary School in Bitung City with an achievement in cycle I of 61.6% and cycle II of 81.3%. Based on research that has been conducted in class V of SD GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes in the Geographical Location of Indonesia material with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model helping students be more active in learning process.
