Abstract

Tutor performance is very influential on the level of success in achieving the objectives of implementing equality education, The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the direct and indirect effects of ability, motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of tutors Paket C SKB in Central Java Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative associative research design. The respondents of this study were tutors of equality education in the area of Central Java which number were 185 respondents in total by using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was using SPSS 23.0 software. The results showed that the ability, motivation, and organizational culture had a positive and significant direct effect on tutor performance, the ability and motivation have an indirect and positive and significant effect on tutor performance through organizational culture. This research concludes that organizational culture mediates the influence of ability and motivation on the performance of tutors Paket C SKB in Central Java. This research provides knowledge to non-formal education institutions in improving the performance of tutor Paket C, needing to pay attention to agility, motivation, and culture organization.

Abstract

Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) merupakan tanggungjawab sosial dari perusahaan untuk melaksanakan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah bagaimana perencanaan program CSR, pelaksanaan program CSR, monitoring dan evaluasi, dampak program CSR dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam prgogram CSR. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan program CSR, pelaksanaan program CSR, monitoring dan evaluasi, dampak program CSR dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pelaksanaan program CSR.Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Ledok Kecamatan Sambong Kabupaten Blora dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 orang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program CSR PT. Pertamina dan UNNES di Desa Ledok. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode triangulasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program CSR di Desa Ledok dilaksanakan mengunakan perencanaan top-down. Pada pelaksanaan semua berjalan dengan baik dengan menggunakan model pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dalam perlaksanaan program CSR ini juga dilaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan program. Kegiatan monitoring program CSR ini menggunakan pendekatan secara langsung dan kegiatan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan menggunakan model evaluasi akhir. Program CSR di Desa Ledok berdampak pada empat bidang garapan meliputi bidang pendidikan, bidang ekonomi, bidang kesehatan, dan pada bidang lingkungan dan infrastruktur. Dalam pelaksanaan program CSR juga memiliki faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program CSR yaitu sarana dan prasarana, tingkat SDM dan partisipasi masyarakat. Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program CSR ini adalah potensi lokal.Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah program CSR di Desa Ledok secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik. Perencanaan program CSR ini menggunakan perencanaan top-down, pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, dalam monitoring dan evaluasi menggunakan pendekatan langsung. Program CSR ini berdampak positif bagi warga masyarakat desa Ledok dan kendala yang dihadapi dapat diatasi dengan baik.Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) is the social responsibility of the company to implement community empowerment . The study was conducted in the village of the District Ledok Sambong Blora with a qualitative approach . The study subjects consisted of six people . The focus of this research is a form of community empowerment through CSR PT . Pertamina and UNNES in Ledok village . The data source in this study are primary and secondary data sources . Data collection methods used were interviews , observation and documentation . The validity of the data used is the method of triangulation . The technique of data analysis through data reduction phase , data presentation , and conclusion .The results showed that the CSR program planning in Ledok village implemented using a top-down planning. In implementing all goes well by using a model of community empowerment approach . In implementation CSR program is also implemented monitoring and evaluation to determine the success of the program. monitoring activities in CSR program uses a direct approach and evaluation activities are carried out using a model of the final evaluation. CSR programs in Ledok village impact on four sector include education, economics , health, and the environmental and infrastructure . In the implementation of CSR programs also have inhibiting factor in the implementation of CSR programs namely infrastructure , human resources and the level of community participation . inhibiting factor in the implementation of CSR programs is the local potential .The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is the CSR program in the Village Ledok going well overall . Planning this CSR program uses a top-down planning , implementation of community empowerment approach , the monitoring and evaluation using the direct approach . The CSR program had a positive impact for residents of rural communities Ledok and obstacles encountered can be overcome with good .

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is an educational program launched by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Merdeka Belajar prepares students to become strong graduates, relevant to the needs of the times, and ready to become leaders with a high national spirit. This research will reveal how Self-Education in the concept of Merdeka Belajar can improve students' hard skills and soft skills so that it can support the expansion of the Merdeka Belajar program. The results of measuring the need for soft skills and hard skills found the fact that factors of age, gender, and job status influenced the choice and needs in improving individual soft skills and hard skills. Factors such as leadership, determination, self-control and self-organization, work independence, and employability are the dominant factors used in the defensive approach to the development of self-education. This study shows that a Self-Education curriculum based on the need for soft skills and hard skills must be carried out consistently and regularly. Further research on Self-Education needs to be given special attention in developing more complex and diverse models, especially in the pedagogical skills of teachers as independent mentors of students, especially in non-formal educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination This study aims to determine: 1) the results of developing the board game "Asyiikounting" as accounting learning media: 2) the feasibility of the Board Game "Asyiikounting" as a learning media for Accounting based on the assessment of material experts and media experts and students; 3) analysis of the improvement students' critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and students interest before and after using the "Asyiikounting" Board Game in class XII IPS SMA Kristen 1 Tomohon. This research is a development research model of Borg & Gall. The data was collected through documentation, questionnaires and measuring the post-test- pre-test. The results showed that: 1) “Asyiikounting” Board Game is feasible to use; 2) Validation of the "Asyiikounting" Board Game from the material expert is “feasible”, media expert is “very feasible” and students is “feasible”; 3) Using Board Game "Asyiikounting" in accounting learning significantly can improve critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and student interest. So the conclusion is using Board Game "Asyiikounting" effective support learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media digital dalam proses pembelajaran Program Paket C di SPNF SKB Tondano Kabupaten Minahasa serta mengidentifikasi dampak positif dan negatif yang ditimbulkannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SPNF SKB Tondano memanfaatkan media digital dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu melalui WhatsApp, Google Classroom, dan YouTube. Pemanfaatan ini membantu dalam proses pembelajaran baik dalam komunikasi, sumber belajar, dan memberikan fleksibilitas waktu semuanya dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar warga belajar. Dalam implementasi media digital masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan akses jaringan internet. Dampak positif yang ditemukan meliputi kemudahan akses, pengembangan keterampilan digital, dan peningkatan motivasi sedangkan dampak negatifnya berupa penurunan interaksi sosial, distraksi dalam belajar, ketergantungan pada teknologi. Secara keseluruhan pemanfaatan media digital sudah baik, untuk optimalisasi pemanfaatan media digital kedepannya perlu adanya peningkatan literasi digital, penyediaan infrastruktur yang memadai, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara maksimal oleh seluruh warga belajar di pendidikan nonformal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku berisiko kesehatan seperti bullying, merokok, dan self-harm di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif pada prestasi akademik dan perkembangan psikologis anak. Guru-guru di SDN 2 Tomohon memiliki keterbatasan dalam deteksi dini dan keterampilan konseling karena belum tersedianya pedoman teknis yang sistematis. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kompetensi guru dalam mitigasi kasus, khususnya keterampilan deteksi dini dan pendampingan perilaku berisiko di sekolah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan (workshop) dan pendampingan selama dua hari yang melibatkan 35 responden , serta pengembangan instrumen deteksi dini terstandar berbasis website dan buku pedoman teknis mitigasi. Hasilnya, rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat signifikan dari 21,1 pada pre-test menjadi 24,6 pada post-test. Sebanyak 89% responden mengalami peningkatan skor , dan Tim Satgas Guru berhasil dibentuk untuk keberlanjutan program. Kesimpulannya, PKM berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam deteksi dini dan konseling perilaku berisiko melalui implementasi modul mitigasi, instrumen deteksi dini digital, dan penguatan sistem manajemen sekolah. Kata Kunci: Bullying, Perilaku Merokok, Self-Harm.  ABSTRACT Health risk behaviors such as bullying, smoking, and self-harm among elementary school students were serious issues that negatively impacted academic achievement and children's psychological development. Teachers at SDN 2 Tomohon had limitations in early detection and counseling skills due to the absence of systematic technical guidance. This PKM activity aimed to strengthen teacher competency in case mitigation, particularly early detection skills and assistance for at-risk behaviors in schools. The proposed solution involved a two-day training (workshop) and assistance involving 35 respondents , and the development of a standardized website-based early detection instrument and a technical mitigation guidance book. As a result, the average knowledge score significantly increased from 21.1 in the pre-test to 24.6 in the post-test. A total of 89% of the respondents showed an increase in score , and a Teacher Task Force was successfully formed for program sustainability. In conclusion, the PKM successfully improved teachers' abilities in early detection and counseling for at-risk behaviors through the implementation of a mitigation module, a digital early detection instrument, and the strengthening of the school management system. Keywords:  Bullying, Smoking, Self-harm.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kesehatan mental memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi sosial bagi anak binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA). Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis adalah kemampuan individu dalam mengenali dan mengelola emosi secara tepat. Banyak anak binaan di LPKA mengalami stres, kecemasan, bahkan perilaku agresif akibat ketidakmampuan mengatur emosi, yang pada akhirnya menghambat proses pembinaan. Melalui kegiatan psikoedukasi bertema “Menerima dan Mengelola Emosi: Strategi Menuju Psychological Well-Being”, dilakukan pelatihan pengenalan emosi, teknik regulasi emosi, serta strategi relaksasi dan komunikasi positif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di LPKA Kelas II Tomohon selama empat bulan dengan metode ceramah interaktif, simulasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konsep emosi, kemampuan regulasi diri, serta rasa percaya diri anak binaan dalam menghadapi situasi emosional. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis peserta dan menjadi acuan bagi pihak LPKA dalam pengembangan program pembinaan berbasis psikologi. Kata Kunci: Psikoedukasi, Regulasi Emosi, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, LPKA Tomohon.  ABSTRACT Mental health plays an important role in supporting the success of the rehabilitation and social reintegration process for children in the Special Child Development Institution (LPKA). One factor influencing psychological well-being is an individual's ability to recognize and manage emotions appropriately. Many children in LPKA experience stress, anxiety, and even aggressive behavior due to an inability to regulate their emotions, which ultimately hinders the development process. Through a psychoeducational activity entitled "Accepting and Managing Emotions: Strategies Towards Psychological Well-Being," training was provided on emotion recognition, emotion regulation techniques, relaxation strategies, and positive communication. This activity was conducted at LPKA Class II Tomohon over four months, using interactive lectures, simulations, and hands-on practice. The results showed a significant increase in the children's understanding of emotional concepts, self-regulation skills, and confidence in dealing with emotional situations. This program positively impacted the psychological well-being of participants and served as a reference for LPKA in developing psychology-based development programs. Keywords: Psychoeducation, Emotion Regulation, Psychological Well-Being, LPKA Tomohon.
