Abstract

In the current era, technological advances are increasing quite rapidly. The increase in technology is due to modernization and globalization that occurs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand trust and brand image on consumer decisions in purchasing coffee beans at Koloni Coffee Palembang. This research uses field research (field reaserch) with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. the population taken is buyers of coffee beans at Koloni Coffee both directly and indirectly in a month consumers reach 50 customers. this study uses independent variables and dependent variables. The results of the study using the Partial test on the Brand Trust variable obtained a t-count value of 3.780> 2.012, and a significance level <0.05 (0.00 <0.05). So it can be concluded that the Brand Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions in purchasing coffee beans at Koloni Kopi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneouslyon employee performance at PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri. In this study collected through distributing questionnaires to 61 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis models, with t tests and F tests. Meanwhile, what is used to see the extent of the accuracy and feasibility of the research variable instrument is used validity and reliability tests. The results of the t test analysis in this study indicate that partially transformational leadershiphas a significant effect (Sig.t 0.028 <0.05), organizational culture has a significant effect (Sig.t 0.033 <0.05) and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri (Sig.t 0.000 <0.05). The results of the F test analysis and the coefficient of determination show that simultaneously transformational leadership, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri by 50.7 percent (Sig.F 0.000 <0.05). This shows that the better the transformational leadership, organizational culture and work discipline, the higher the performance produced by the employees of PT Hokkan Deltapack Industri

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of mixed marketing and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions Restaurant Pempek Beringin Radial Palembang. This research was conducted at the Restaurant Pempek Beringin Radial Palembang. The data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis. The sample used is 107 respondents at the Restaurant Pempek Beringin Radial Palembang, using quantitative research methods. The data collection is done with the dissemination of a questionnaire. Based on the results of research stated marketing mix has a positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions Restaurant Pempek Beringin Radial Palembang. The brand image also gives a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions Restaurant Pempek Beringin Radial Palembang. Then it can be concluded that the results of the research stated the mix of marketing and brand image have a significant and positive impact on the consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Kerja pada Yayasan Global Talent Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 31 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner ke seluruh karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, dengan uji t dan uji f. Sedangkan untuk melihat sejauh mana keakurasian dan kelayakan variabel penelitian digunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas pada SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis uji t penelitian ini memperoleh nilai signifikan kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang secara parsial kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Global Talent Palembang. Hasil analisis uji F dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar (sig.F 0,000<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan pada Yayasan Global Talent Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa. Dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan melibatkan 53 responden sebagai sampel, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F, serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada SPSS versi 26. Hasil uji t menunjukkan signifikansi kepemimpinan dan kompensasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Patria Anugrah Sentosa. Hasil uji F dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (sig.F 0,000 < 0,05).
