Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to see the influence of human resource training and development in the PPPA district of Musu Banyuasin district, South Sumatra. Employees in the PPPA service or called ASN are important factors in improving the effectiveness of government agencies. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in the study is saturated sampling. in this study independent variables consist of Training and HR Development, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. while the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test and r ². The results of the training independent variables (X1) obtained tcount (8,324)> Ttable (1,699), development variable (X2) thitung (6,355)> Ttable (1,699) and Then the training variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y) , development variable (X2) partially influence to employee performance variable. The F test results show that Fcount (42.414)> Ftable (3.35), while the significance is 0,000 <alpha at a significant level of 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means independent variables (training and development) simultaneously or simultaneously affect variable dependent (employee performance) positively and significantly. The result of determination coefficient test (R²) shows Adjusted R Square 0,759 or 75.9% that mean variation of employee performance variable can be explained by training and development variable, the rest 24,1% can be explained by other variable outside of research. Training and development have an influence on the performance of employees in the PPPA service in the district of Musu Banyuasin, South Sumatra.Keywords : Training, HR Development, PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM di dinas PPPA kabupaten musi banyuasin sumatera selatan. Pegawai yang ada di dinas PPPA atau disebut ASN merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampling jenuh. pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya terdiri dari Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan SDM , sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan r². Hasil penelitian variabel independen pelatihan (X1) diperoleh thitung (8,324) > Ttabel (1,699), variabel pengembangan  (X2) thitung (6.355) > Ttabel (1,699) dan Maka variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pgawai (Y), variabel pengembangan (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai . Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung (42.414) > Ftabel (3.35), sedangkan signifikansi adalah 0,000 < alpha pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,759 atau 75.9% yakni berarti variasi variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan, sisanya 24,1 % dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas PPPA kabupaten musi banyuasin sumatera selatan.Kata kunci : Pelatihan,Pengembangan SDM, Kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of social media marketing on album purchase decisions, as well as to explore the causes of the wide reach of fans in Palembang City in deciding to purchase the Idol K-pop album IZONE. Data from fans who use Instagram and Twitter are collected through a questionnaire. This study implements a simple linear regression method to analyze data. The results of the investigation show that social media marketing has a significant effect on the decision to buy Idol K-pop album IZONE. This study can provide insights for K-pop idol agencies. The result indicates that to reach Indonesian fans and affect purchasing decision, an agency should optimise their social media marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to inspect the effect of service recovery consisting of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice on customer satisfaction at J&T Express freight forwarding services in Palembang City. A total of 155 populations in this study were the users of the service company who had filed complaints. The samples of 96 were determined using the Lemeshow formula and the sample selection deployed the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The findings exhibit that partially each distributive, procedural, and interactional justice has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Likewise, simultaneously distributive, procedural, and interactional justice have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This insight can benefit J&T Express, especially the one located in Palembang. The service company should pay attention to service recovery because this factor affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Gulo puan is one of the indigenous cuisines from the district of Pampangan, Regency of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI), South Sumatra. Gulo means sugar and Puan  means milk. Gulo Puan is made from sugar and caramel milk. The milk used in making gulo puan is from swamp buffalo. Gulo puan is very popular in several regions in South Sumatra. However, not many people are familiar with gulo puan like other typical South Sumatra cuisines. The team from the Indo Global Mandiri University (UIGM) carried out a Stimulus Community Partnership Program activity funded by the Ministry of Technology, Research and Higher Education Republic of Indonesia in order to provide solutions to the target partners namely Gulo Puan Business group in Bangsal Village by implementing the Marketing Mix. Improving product quality is conducted through making logos and product packaging labels, using stand pouch packaging and plastic jars, and fascinating innovation in the form of gulo puan candy products (Puan Candy). Promotion and distribution channels are increased by marketing the products through e-commerce to reach consumers widely and bypassing distribution channels, while an increase in price stays is conducted by providing products with various weight variations, ranging from 100 grams to 1000 grams. Based on the results of the analysis, it could be stated that the product, price, promotion and location or place (distribution channel) of consumer loyalty in re-buying gulo puan products could be seen from all the significance values of the independent variables  that is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of service quality and physical environment on customer satisfaction at the Unsilent Cafe Palembang. Based on the Slovin formula, this study used 99 samples with an accidental technique from a population of 7,710. Data were collected through documentation and questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression on SPSS. The results uncover that service quality and physical environment have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.749 proves that service quality and the physical environment have a strong relationship with customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.561 indicates that the contribution of service quality and physical environment explains consumer satisfaction by 56.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of work environment on the performance of the employees of PT Jico Agung Palembang. Data obtained from 58 respondents consisting of leaders and all employees of PT Jico Agung Palembang. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires and analysed using simple linear regression on SPSS. The results reveal that work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. The relationship between work environment and performance is strong as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 73.5%. The determination test of 0.541 proves that the work environment affects performance by 54.1% and the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effects of return on assets (ROA) and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the firm value of the food and beverage sub-sector companies for the period 2016-2019. The total population was 26 and the final sample was 11 selected deploying purposive sampling technique. Financial report data were collected from www.idx.com. This study applied the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The measurement results evidence that partially ROA has a significant effect while DER has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, ROA and DER have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotional strategies through social media on purchasing decisions (a case study of the Seblak Nampol restaurant during the Covid-19 period). The data used in this study were obtained from interviews and questionnaires filled out by 86 respondents. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis. The research results prove that promotion through social media has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. This research is expected to become additional literature on the topic of promotion through social media and help companies better understand consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of discipline and job training on employee work productivity at the Regional Financial Services Authority Office 7 of Sumbagsel. The sample was selected using the saturated sample technique. Data of 60 respondents were collected through interviews and questionnaires. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze data. The finding prove that partially, each discipline and job training has a positive and significant effect on employees' productivity. This research can provide benefits for the Regional Financial Services Authority Office 7 of Sumbagsel. To increase employees' productivity, the institutional leader should optimize the discipline and job training factors

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan KKN Tematik ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah usaha UMKM di Desa Alai Kecamatan Lembak. Meningkatkan nilai jual produk dengan cara mengemas dan memberi label produk agar lebih menarik dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran melalui digital marketing. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat selalu berinovasi dalam menjalankan usaha UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan.
