Abstract

This study discusses a web-based waste management transportation information system that adopts effective waste management concepts and strategies with the principle of reduce, reuse, recycle (3R) as a priority in waste management. The purpose of this research is to enhance public participation in waste management by providing relevant information, services, and resources through a website. The main features of this system include the management of community data, waste data, personnel data, and transaction data. Black box testing was conducted to ensure that the system's functionality complies with the specified requirements. The results of the testing demonstrate that the system operates effectively and is ready for comprehensive utilization. By adopting information technology in waste management, this system has the potential to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and environmental awareness, thus contributing to addressing waste management challenges sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kepuasan wajib pajak restoran terhadap aplikasi PAKINTA (Pajak Terintegrasi dan Terdigitalisasi) di Kota Makassar, yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pelaporan dan pembayaran pajak secara online, meningkatkan transparansi, serta meminimalisir kendala dalam pelayanan pajak konvensional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan wajib pajak restoran terhadap aplikasi PAKINTA dan bagaimana efektivitas pemanfaatan aplikasi PAKINTA sebagai pelayanan perpajakan di kota Makassar. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan dimensi konten, akurasi, format, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 95 responden yang dipilih secara acak terhadap wajib pajak restoran di kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43.16% responden sangat puas, 55.58% puas, 1.26% ragu-ragu. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan aplikasi PAKINTA secara keseluruhan telah meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan perpajakan dengan mempercepat proses pelaporan dan pembayaran pajak, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal peningkatan ketepatan informasi yang disajikan dan waktu respons aplikasi. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut agar PAKINTA dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pajak di Kota Makassar.
