Abstract

Desa Babakan Manjeti Kecamatan Sukahaji Kabupaten Majalengka extremely poor families (KSM), the government has launched the Family Hope Program (PKH), which provides conditional support as social security for access to health care and basic education. Issued. The success of the PKH itself is closely related to the role of its fellow PKHs. Corresponding to the Companion's role as a facilitator, that is, to enable her PKH participants to access health and educational facilities, the Companion's role as a planner is to support the community's assessment of issues related to support. is to do. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Family Hope Program facilitators in improving the welfare of poor families in Desa Babakan Manjeti Kecamatan Sukahaji Kabupaten Majalengka. The interview results show that poor families in Bangun Purba village are doing very well. This can be seen at each stage of the implementation process and runs smoothly despite some obstacles. This is also evident through the author's research focus on the role of companions as influential facilitators, i.e. the introduction of KPM support activities for health and education resource systems, which is the focus of this PKH activity. His role as a planner can now be seen in the daily activities of monthly group meetings between PKH and his KPM assistants to discuss the implementation of plans. The overall role of his PKH his assistants in this study, namely as facilitators and planners, indirectly contributes to the efforts to improve the welfare of his KPM, Desa Babakan Manjeti Kecamatan Sukahaji Kabupaten Majalengka. Abstrak Dalam rangka mempercepat penanggulangan kemiskinan sekaligus pengembangan kebijakan di bidang perlindungan sosial bagi Keluarga Sangat Miskin (KSM), pemerintah mengeluarkan sebuah Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yaitu sebuah bantuan bersyarat sebagai jaminan sosial untuk mengakses kesehatan dan pendidikan dasar. Pencapain kesuksesan dari PKH sendiri sangat berkaitan dengan peran pendamping PKH. Sesuai dengan peran pendamping sebagai Fasilitator yakni memfasilitasi peserta PKH untuk mengakses layanan fasilitas kesehatan dan pedidikan dalam peran pendamping sebagai perencana yaitu melakukan evaluasi terhadap masyarakat mengenai hal-hal yang bersangkutan dengan bantuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga miskin di Desa Babakan Manjeti Kecamatan Sukahaji Kabupaten Majalengka.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui wawancara menunjukan bahwa kesejahteraan keluarga miskin Desa Babakan Manjeti Kecamatan Sukahaji Kabupaten Majalengka sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik hal ini dapat dilihat melalui tahapan proses pelaksanaan berjalan lancar meskipun terdapat beberapa hambtan. Hal ini dapat juga dilihat dalam fokus penelitian Penulis mengenai peran pendamping sebagai fasilitator sangat berpengaruh yakni dengan ditunjukannya kegiatan pendampingan KPM kepada sistem sumber kesehtan dan pendidikan yang menjadi fokus dari kegiatan PKH ini. Sementara dalam perannya sebagai perencana dapat dilihat dari rutinitas kegiatan pertemuan kelompok setiap bulannya untuk berdiskusi antara pendamping PKH dan KPM untuk menjalankan rencana. Seluruh peran pendamping PKH dalam penelitian ini yakni sebagai fasilitator dan perencana secara tidak langsung turut memberikan upaya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan KPM khususnya di Desa Babakan Manjeti Kecamatan Sukahaji Kabupaten Majalengka.

Abstract

In a company there are many factors that affect employee performance, including seen from the motivation and discipline possessed by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance. This study uses descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 35 employees, and used a saturated sampling technique of 35 people. This study uses a Likert measurement scale. Data analysis using normality tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlations, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing using partial tests with t tests and simultaneous tests with F tests. The results of the study partially state that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously state that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of commitment to work and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kadipaten either simultaneously or partially. In this study, the independent variables are job commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) while the dependent variable is employee performance. (Y). The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling. The data type used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in the study are classical assumption test analysis, double linear regression, and hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of the research processed with the SPSS Version 21 for windows program showed that the R Square value of 0.886 means 88.6%, the staff performance variable can be explained by an independent variable in the study of job commitment and job satisfaction while the remaining 11.4% is explained with other variables that are not studied or not included in this regression model. Simultaneous test results (F Test) showed that the significance of 0.000<0.05, the commitment of work (X1) and the satisfaction of the job (X2) simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees (Y) in PT Bank Mandiri KCP Kadipaten. The partial test results (T Test) indicated that the meaning of the work commitment (X1) 0.041 < 0.05 tcount value of 0.329 > table 1.68288 means that the employment commitment has a positive impact on staff performance (Y), the value of employment satisfaction (X2), 0.000 < 0.05, the titing value of 0.723 > table 1.68288, meaning that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance of staff (Y).

Abstract

This research looks at Continuance intention in online shopping using the systematic literature review method. Continuance intention is an important factor for the company Because related to sustainability business and understand the factors that influence an individual's decision to continue using online shopping services. Survival of a business relies on repeat customer purchases. This research used a systematic literature review with 41 articles selected for reviewed in the period 2016-March 2023. The selected articles were thoroughly reviewed to identify significant variables that influence continuance intention in online shopping, as well as the relationships and influences between these variables. The results of this review show that there are a number of factors that significantly influence continuance intentions in online shopping. Continuance intention focus main that is level strength an individual's intention to make repeat purchases.
