Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the marketing channel of sancang bonsai plants in Lamomea Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe Regency, (2) determine the marketing margin of sancang bonsai plants in Lamomea Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe Regency, (3) determine the profit obtained in each marketing channel, (4) determine the efficiency of the marketing channel of sancang bonsai plants in Lamomea Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe Regency. This research was conducted in Lamomea Village, Konda Subdistrict, South Konawe Regency from February to May 2023. This research used descriptive analysis, marketing margin analysis, and marketing efficiency (Farmer's Share). The number of respondents of sancang bonsai plant farmers amounted to 6 people using the census technique, and the collecting trader amounted to 1 person using snowball sampling technique. Based on the results showed that (1) the marketing channel consists of one channel, namely: (a) Farmers® Collectors ®Consumers (2) the marketing margin obtained for small size sancang bonsai plants is IDR.300,000/tree, medium size is IDR.2,000,000/tree, large size is IDR.3,000,000/tree, very large size is IDR.5,000,000/tree. The profit obtained for small size sancang bonsai plants is IDR.120.380/tree, medium size is IDR.1,600,380/tree, large size is IDR.2,100,380/tree, very large size is IDR.3,400,380/tree. The percentage of the share of the price received by sancang bonsai farmers is 56% so that the marketing of sancang bonsai plants in Lamomea Village, Konda District, Konawe Selatan Regency runs efficiently because the proportion of the price received is >50%.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that there are still many people who have not cultivated sorghum plants. In fact, sorghum plants are among the easiest carbohydrate-producing plants to cultivate.Sorghum has great potential to be developed in Indonesia because it has broad adaptability, especially on dry land and produces quite high productivity. Sorghum has characteristics that are closer to wheat, so it has the potential to replace wheat and can produce sugar.The aim of this research is to find out the reasons why farmers receive sorghum crop assistance from the government in Tinondo District, East Kolaka Regency and to find out the economic benefits of sorghum plants on the income of sorghum farmers in Tinondo District, East Kolaka Regency.The data used was primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to respondents and secondary data from related agencies, literature and reports or results of previous research. The research method used was a qualitative and quantitative research method used analysis of farming income and the R/C ratio. The research results showed that the reasons why farmers received sorghum plant assistance from the Government in Tinondo District, East Kolaka Regency were that the soil conditions were suitable for planting sorghum, there was a lot of vacant land in the community, farmers did not need to buy sorghum seeds, the quality of the seeds was good, maintenance costs were cheap, and the plants Sorghum is more profitable than corn. The R/C value for total costs is 1.68 and the results of the income analysis of sorghum farming can be said clearly that sorghum farming is very profitable to run

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the self-help pattern of marketing channels for oil palm in Wande Village Dangia District East Kolaka Regency, (2) find out the size of the marketing of palm oil in Wande Village Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency, (3) find out the structure of the independent smallholder palm oil market, (4) determine the efficiency of the marketing channels for oil palm in Wande Village Dangia District East Kolaka Regency. This research was conducted in Wande Village Dangia District East Kolaka Regency from May to August 2023. This study descriptive analysis, marketing margin analysis and marketing efficiency (farmer's share). The number of respondents to independent oil palm smallholders was 30 people using the simple random sampling technique, and the collecting traders were 1 person using the snowball sampling technique. Based on the results of the study indicate that (1) the marketing channel consists of one channel, namely: (a) Farmers-Intermediary traders-Consumers (2) the marketing margin obtained is Rp200. The results of the analysis regarding the percentage of the share of the price received by the producer (farmer's share) is as much as 89%, this shows that the marketing of palm oil runs efficiently

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dalam menarik konsumen Jeruk Siompu di Desa Waindawula Kecamatan Siompu. Karena jumlah penduduk kurang dari 100 orang, Desa Waindawula dimekarkan pada tahun 2016, sehingga jumlah petani jeruk manis hanya sedikit, pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui sensus yang mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 20 orang petani jeruk Siompu di Desa Waindawula. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, dimana analisis ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang terbentuk secara sistematis yang digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran Jeruk Siompu. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT pada pemasaran jeruk siompu di Kabupaten Buton Selatan, bahwa penerapan strategi dalam proses pemasaran menggunakan Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada diagram kartesius analisis SWOT yang menunjukkan bahwa total skor tertinggi berada pada kuadran I, dimana kuadran ini merupakan situasi menguntungkan. Pemasaran jeruk siompu juga memiliki banyak peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat meraih dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sekaligus meminimalisir kelemahan dan mengatasi berbagai ancaman yang datang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency level of the application of appropriate technology in increasing the production of paddy rice in Cialam Jaya Village, Konda District. Population is a generalization area consisting or objects/subjects that have certain quantities and characteristics set by researchers to study and then draw conclusions (Sugiyono, 2016). The population in this study was a group of rice farmers in Cialam Jaya Village, South Konawe Regency, totaling 20 farmers. Data analysis used is regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglas production function model to determine the effect of X on Y, using the Program for Social Science (SPSS). While to determine the level of efficiency in this study we use the Frontier program. technically this study has been fairly efficient where the smallest estimated efficiency value is 0.736 or 73% and for the largest value is 0.958 or 96%. This can be considered efficient if the value is > 0.7 in the form of a percentage of 70%

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing mix implemented by the banana chips business "Barokah" located in Unaaha District, Konawe Regency. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. The data were analyzed using the continuum line method to interpret the results. The findings indicate that the applied marketing mix falls into the "satisfied" category with a total score of 1,893 out of a maximum score of 2,400. The product dimension received the highest mean score of 4.28 and was classified as "good," indicating that consumers are satisfied with the product's quality, durability, and appearance. The price and place dimensions also fall under the good category, while the promotion dimension is in the fair category and needs improvement, particularly in the use of digital media. It is recommended that the business owner enhance promotional strategies and expand distribution channels to increase product recognition and accessibility

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: how much is the productivity of hybrid corn variety bisi 2 in Buleleng Village, Bungku Pesisir District, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province and what factors influence the productivity of hybrid corn variety bisi 2 in Buleleng Village, Bungku Pesisir District, Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all corn farmers in Buleleng Village, totaling 36 people. This study used a census method, where the entire population was used as a sample. Data were analyzed using a multiple non-linear regression formula transformed into a Cobb Douglas function. The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect the productivity of hybrid corn bisi 2 are farming experience X1 with a significant value of 0.041, the use of technology X2 with a significant value of 0.015, and the use of seeds X3 with a significant value of 0.002.
