Abstract

Cobaan Negara di dunia yang di terjaang pandemic Covid-19 ini mengalami banyak kerusakan di sector ekonomi, termasuk salah satunya adalah Indonesia. Kemudian terdapat kebijakan pemerintah dalam memberikan asimilasi kepada narapidana berupa pembebasan, hal tersebut juga dapat memicu terjadinya kajahatan selama ini.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Yuridis Normatif. Untuk lebih mendalami permasalahan yang diteliti, maka selain statute approach, dalam penelitian ini juga digunakan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach), dan pendekatan hukum (case law approach). Tantangan Penanggulangan Kejahatan Pada Masa Pandemic Covid-19, Jawa Timur 7.082 kegiatan. Hambatan Dalam Menjalankan Strategi Dalam Upaya Penanggulanggan Kejahatan Di Kondisi Pandemi Covid-19 seperti Sulitnya melakukan pengawasan terdap napi yang mendapatkan bebas asimilasi Sulitnya melakukan control terhadap masyrakat yang melakukan kejahatan yang disebabkan faktor ekonomi, Terpecahnya focus apart kepolisian dalam melakukan pengamanan dan penegakan di kondisi pandemic saat ini. Berdasarkan Pembahasan yang telah penulis Uraikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Upaya Kepolisian Untuk Menanggulangi kejahatan menggunakaan Upaya Pre-Emtif, Upaya Preventif, Refresif dan di bantu oleh pihak pihak terkait seperti kemenkumham, RT, WR dan warga sekitar untuk tanggap melakukan laporan kepada aparat terkait, jika terdapat kejahatan di sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Kabupaten Konawe Selatan memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam yang  melimpah, terutama dalam budidaya perairan. Salah satu potensi tersebut adalah budidaya udang vanname yang telah populer dibudidayakan karena  memiliki keunggulan karakteristik seperti laju pertumbuhan yang cepat, periode budidaya yang singkat serta produksi yang telah berkembang  pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha budidaya udang vanname di Desa Watumeeto telah mencapai penggunaan sumberdaya yang optimal dan hasil produksi yang diperoleh memberikan keuntungan yang optimal bagi petani tambak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2022 – Februari 2023. Penentuan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara purposive atas pertimbangan bahwa Desa Watumeeto merupakan sentra produksi udang vanname. Jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang petani tambak. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Program Linear (Linear Programming). Hasil analisis  menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sumberdaya belum optimal. Penggunaan benur, pakan, pupuk serta tenaga kerja belum optimal, atau belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan, sehingga perlu ditambah penggunaannya. Hasil produksi udang vanname yang dapat memberikan keuntungan optimal ditunjukkan pada produksi udang vanname size besar (X_1) sebesar 218 kg/tahun.

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia is very complex, lately it has been very concerning, many factors there are internal factors and there are external factors that affect the learning outcomes of students, factors from within can be that children who are lazy to study can also lack interest in the subject, while factors from outside the environment that are less supportive and so on so that student learning outcomes have not been maximized,  After conducting research using the TGT (team Game Tuornamen) learning model, the learning outcomes of SDIT Insan Robbani students increased and were very good, in this case the researcher used experimental quantitative research methods, Researchers will make comparisons in the same class after applying the TGT (Team Game Tournament) learning model, students' learning outcomes will increase, so researchers can conclude that after students are treated by applying the TGT learning model (Team Game Tournament, the learning outcomes of SDIT class IV students increase)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Value Added generated by the sago meambo food business group in kendari city. This research was conducted in Purirano Village, Kendari District, Kendari City in April 2024. Types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The variables observed in this study are the production and marketing characteristics of KU-SMF. Including types of inputs (raw materials and other materials), input prices (raw material prices, equipment prices and packaging prices), output prices and output quantities (Krispy Sago Brownies, Benk-Benk, Moringa Leaf Sago Chips and Chocolate Sago Biscuits). The product with the highest added value is Chocolate Biscuits of Rp.173,834/kg, value-added ratio of 95%, and profit of Rp.165,834 /kg. The products produced are Moringa Leaf Sago Chips, Benk-Benk, Sago Chocolate Brownies and Chocolate Sago Biscuits

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the strategy of utilizing cold storage technology in maintaining the quality and quality standards of post-harvest horticultural vegetables and to find out what quality standards and quality standards of horticultural vegetables are applied by the company. This research was conducted from January 2024 to April 2025. This research is a case study, with the owner of CV Family Garden Mart serving as the primary source of information required by the researcher. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the treatment applied to vegetable products includes product inspection, weighing, packaging, determining the storage position in cold storage, setting the temperature, maintaining the cleanliness of the storage room, and implementing the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. The company uses cold storage with an area of 15.39 m² and a volume of 41.55 m³, and the storage temperature used is between 0-4°C, which can maintain the shelf life of vegetables for 2-3 weeks. Observations show that the company sets quality standards for each type of vegetable, namely red peppers (Quality II), yellow peppers (Quality I), broccoli (Quality I), potatoes (Quality II), tomatoes (Quality I), and carrots (Quality I). Based on the analysis of the relationship between technical parameters and vegetable quality, it was found that the technical aspects of storage and packaging have a strong relationship with the final quality of the product compared to other parameters
