Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap keluarga dalam mencetak anak yang berbakti pada orang tua dan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa. Pendidikan merupakan modal utama dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman berkemajuan, sejak dari awal anak dikenalkan dengan pendidikan dan budi pekerti. Dalam dunia pendidikan di butuhkan berbagai metode pembelajaran agar harapan guru dan orang tua lebih mudah tercapai. Karena setiap siswa punya karakter dan pola pikir yang berbeda sehingga membutuhkan keteladanan, ketelatenan, keuletan dan kedisiplinan dalam menciptakan kondisi kelas yang kondusif. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran  tematik  melalui bercerita  dapat   meningkatkan  berpikir kritis siswa kelas 5 di SDI Miftahul Huda Bayeman-Tongas. Dalam hal  ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di SDI MIftahul Huda Bayeman Kecamatan Tongas Kabupaten Probolinggo bahwa metode bercerita dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan meningkatkan ketrampilan berfikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar dengan cara memeroleh informasi, mengembangkannya dengan cara dan karakter dia sendiri, dapat menyimpulkan dari cerita yang telah di dengarnya dengan baik dan benar.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Tematik, Metode Bercerita, Berfikir Kritis

Abstract

understands each other, complements each other, and provides freedom of opinion for the sake of mutual progress, of course it will make a company or institution a second home for its citizens, but if a leader in a company or an institution not playing a good role will certainly be a setback and destruction for the institution. Transformational leadership is the most common leadership model chosen by company or institutional leaders. This research uses qualitative methods and literature studies, the aim of this research is to gain a better understanding of the concept of transformational leadership and organizational effectiveness at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Probolinggo City. And the result is that the Principal always motivates teachers to improve their performance, including holding educational seminars, freedom of opinion for the sake of school progress, collaborating with teachers so that students become better and the school also progresses.

Abstract

Religious education is very important for all human beings, especially as Muslims, we must be able to read the holy book of Islam. There are various methods for reading the Al-Qur'an from year to year, one of which is the Qiroati Method, which is a way to read and understand the Al-Quran. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, interactive analysis is a data analysis technique that uses data reduction processes, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The reading method with Qiro'ati must be someone who is Qiro'ati certified, the model used is classical teaching tools, the material contained in the Qiroati book is volumes 1-6. The results of this research show that the Qiroati method uses the rules of reading directly without ejaculation, namely Smooth, fast, accurate, correct and acidic, the Qiro'ati method can develop interest in reading the Koran in elementary school students
