Abstract

Online business have become one of the most trending form of business nowadays, this form of business require very little cost of operation. Despite of its advantage in term cost, online business require its owner to have a technology readiness in order to successfully operate the business. There numerous factor that ensure the success of online business, factors such the design of promotion site, quality of services, and the method of payment is very important for the success of online business. There are also few aspect to pay attention to before building and in process of developing online there are also few aspect that is fundamental for this form of business. These factor are including early market research, market and digital literacy, starting point and innovation, choice of product, tracking and monitoring, and lastly business partnership. Its important to note that the right decision should contribute to positive impact as well. The purpose of this paper is to discover the influence of numerous factors affecting the success of online business. Further, this paper will also explain how online business have contribute to local economic especially in rural areas. The finding of this paper are expected to contribute in further development of online business especially in rural area where people aren’t yet familiar with digital transformation.

Abstract

The use of financial applications in modern times can be found in various activities, including economic activities, the era of society 5.0 is marked by the emergence of technology that can assist various human activities, but this concept requires humans to be able to live side by side with this technology. Thus, it is necessary to maximize the use of technology in business activities. One form of business that contributes greatly to economic activity in general is MSMEs, but the lack of application of technology in MSMEs is a challenge and a threat that can become a factor inhibiting MSME growth in the future. This activity aims to add insight and assist MSMEs in implementing the use of digital financial applications such as digital wallets to support performance and strengthen competitiveness. This activity was carried out in the Mattoanging Village, Makassar City, with 38 participants who were MSME owners, a series of events carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage which consisted of delivering material, question and answer sessions, and discussion sessions, as well as the evaluation stage, to identify the shortcomings of this activity as a reference for future development. The results of this activity show the enthusiasm of MSME owners to immediately implement the use of digital financial applications, but there are some MSME owners who still prefer to use conventional transaction methods or in cash.

Abstract

The significance of the Human Resources (HR) function as a crucial production element is inextricably linked to economic endeavors, with HR providing numerous contributions both broadly and specifically within entrepreneurial contexts. This investigation seeks to evaluate the significance of HR as a pivotal component in bolstering the economy. This research adopts a qualitative methodology, employing a literature review approach that leverages prior data and studies as comparative and foundational material for formulating research findings in alignment with the research objectives. The data amassed originates from Indonesia's Central Statistical Agency (BPS) and encompasses databases of scholarly articles and research, including Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ScienceDirect, and JStor. The analytical technique employed for data interpretation is deductive reasoning, aimed at extracting data and information pertinent to the subject matter of this study. The findings of this research indicate that the caliber of proficient HR can enhance economic performance, facilitate sustainable development, and increase competitiveness. Various economic challenges that can be effectively addressed through the presence of skilled HR include unemployment, poverty, and inadequate welfare. The caliber of HR is contingent upon the availability of high-quality education and optimal health conditions.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital merupakan strategi yang kini banyak digunakan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja usaha, internet yang semakin mudah diakses memberikan peluang untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi teknologi dalam meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan toko, yang pada akhirnya dapat mendorong frekuensi penjualan produk, pemilik usaha dapat menerapkan banyak strategi untuk meningkatkan pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai jenis strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan toko. Dengan menggunakan systematic literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis 12 paper yang semulanya adalah 15.600 artikel dengan menggunakan deductive reasoning. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa strategi yang umumnya digunakan meliputi maksimalisasi platform e-commerce, media sosial, dan SEO, sedangkan secara fisik pembuatan banner dan penanda merupakan salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas toko. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa literasi digital merupakan salah satu tantangan untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam kegiatan usaha, dengan demikian upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melibat praktisi, dan akademisi dalam pelatihan dan workshop untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang mengarah pada peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat.
