Abstract

Desain web responsif merupakan pendekatan yang menunjukkan desain dan pengembangan yang harus merespon perilaku pengguna dan lingkungan berdasarkan ukuran layar, platform, dan orientasi. Desain responsif yang diterapkan pada web perguruan tinggi ingin memberikan kemudahan dalam berinteraksi. Untuk mengukur bagaimana sebuah web dapat efektif, efisien dan membuat pengguna puas saat berinteraksi digunakan teori usability. Selain itu aspek kognitif juga dapat mempengaruhi proses penyampaian informasi melalui web. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat usability desain responsif web mobile perguruan tinggi terhadap persepsi pengguna. Objek penelitiannya adalah lima web mobile perguruan tinggi yaitu Universitas Indonesia, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Universitas Padjajaran, dan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Analisis secara kuantitatif terhadap tingkat usability kelima web mobile menunjukkan bahwa tingkat usability yang dimiliki oleh sebuah web mobile perguruan tinggi mempengaruhi tampilan visual web berdasarkan persepsi penggunanya. Tingkat usability memberikan pengaruh sebesar 67,1%  terhadap persepsi pengguna melalui tampilan visual.

Abstract

The strategy of improving service quality through the digitalization of services is a strategy that a company uses to develop digital-based services to answer consumers' increasingly digital needs. Likewise, the banking business continues to innovate to improve the quality of its services. The digitization of banking services is one strategy that can answer problems that occur in terms of improving the quality of banking services. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Central Jakarta has implemented digitalization of services for the last 3 (three) years. It can be seen from the annual report and internal interviews that Bank Negara Indonesia has achieved good performance targets. However, several obstacles are faced in implementing the digitalization strategy for services such as legacy IT systems. This work culture is not yet digital and poor coordination between BNI's internal divisions. Some of these things need to be considered more seriously to achieve PT. Bank Negara Indonesia's vision and mission.

Abstract

This research is research for qualitative reasons (field research). They are collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Respondents who were sampled in this study were 42 people. At the same time, the analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The study results indicate that the manager carries out the promotion and service strategy by increasing the number of visitors by implementing a promotional mix, namely advertising through electronic media and social media. Promotion by holding events and entertainment. Advertising using newspapers and electronic media. Meanwhile, in the implementation of TERRA, it is tangible by providing the necessary installations. Empathy by serving friendly current visitors, reliability with clear service standards and management expertise, responsible responsiveness, reactivity to function quickly and respond, and assurance by providing guarantees for visitors

Abstract

Pademi Covid 19 has brought big changes to community activities. Digitalization is seen in various aspects, both industry, government and private institutions. The impact of this pandemic has also caused several industrial sectors to lay off their employees. Bank Indonesia released the industrial sector affected by Covid 19, including the education sector. The PSBB, which is implemented by the government, makes educational activities carried out from home, the learning process is carried out through digital media, not only that the registration process for prospective students and students is also carried out through digital media. Thanks to the Covid 19 Pandemic, internet users via mobile devices have also increased very rapidly. User experience in interacting with the web is something that must be considered by web designers and developers to provide convenience. Usability is a theory used to measure the quality of user interaction with an information system based on both web and mobile applications. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the level of usability of the college mobile web can be concluded that the responsive design used as a mobile method by the college web has a high level of usability through the aspects of designing for a goal, layout, visual and interaction design and navigation.

Abstract

Salemo Island, one of the islands held by Pangkep Regency, is also referred to as Ulama Island since it has produced numerous Ulama in South Sulawesi and serves as a location for religious study. However, Salemo Island's religious beliefs are starting to change. This is the context in which the Kosabangsa Team decided to conduct Kosabangsa on Salemo Island. The goal to be achieved with the Kosabangsa Program is to make Salemo Island a religious tourism island by restoring religious values to Salemo Island. The process involves mapping the Salemo Island Asset Based Development Community, followed by Focus Group Discussions (FGD) tailored to partner needs, such as communication FGD, social media promotion FGD, seafood processing FGD (making shredded crab and shredded tuna), organizing marine product production house, and establishing a tourism awareness community group (POKDARWIS) on Salemo Island, Physical Strengthening through Salemo Island Stirytelling, an Island Website, and Pier Repair funded by the Regional Government of Pangkep Regency. The implementation of this Kosabangsa led to an increase in tourists to Salemo Island as well as a growth in the group of PKK women who make up the UMKM group who are MSME actors and operate a home business. IBK Nitro's partnership with UMM Malang through the Kosabangsa (Social Collaboration to Build the Nation) initiative significantly benefited the Salemo Island Community by providing training techniques for the UMKM Community in collaboration with PKK moms, Mosque Youth, and Salemo Island Bumdes

Abstract

The Nitro Institute of Business and Finance has made various efforts to produce quality graduates who can compete in the world of work, including carrying out tracer studies to map the needs of the world of work with the competencies taught. However, in its implementation, the tracer study is not effective and has many obstacles because it is still carried out manually and is very simple. One of the efforts made to optimize and overcome these obstacles is to develop a website-based system that is able to support the process of distributing and filling out questionnaires, storing data, and facilitating reporting. Agile Development Methods with the Extreme Programming framework are used in the development of the tracer study system at the Nitro Business and Finance Institute because it is adaptive and responsive to changes, and the development process only takes a relatively short time without compromising the quality of the system. Based on the stages of system development using Agile Development Methods with the Extreme Programming framework, there have been three iterations of the development phase. The first iteration produces an initial prototype according to user requirements; the second iteration produces an advanced prototype with the addition of several user requirements; and the third iteration produces a system that is ready for release and has met all user requirements. Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah mengubah pola aktivitas masyarakat di Indonesia khususnya di Kota Makassar. Demi kesehatan dan physical distancing untuk menekan pertumbuhan virus Covid 19 pemerintah memberlakukan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar). Tren berbelanja online meningkat lebih dari 50% selama pandemi, sehingga kehadiran Platform digital sangat membantu masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari – hari (BPS, 2020). Kota Makassar sebagai salah satu kota besar di Indonesia juga merasakan dampak dari pandemi Covid 19, digitalisasi sangat membantu di masa seperti ini. Membeli kebutuhan sehari – hari melalui Platform digital baik berbasis website, aplikasi mobile maupun messanger. Ada pengaruh positif antara kemasan produk, kualitas produk, kualitas website, konten informasi, keanekaragaman, serta kemudahan transaksi terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli sayur online (Sakoikoi dan Priyanto, 2019). Berkat fenomena ini, perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pengalaman pengguna menggunakan Platform penjualan sayur berbasis online menggunakan Usability Testing. dengan demikiandapat diketahui bagaimana pengalaman pengguna menggunakan platform tersebut sehingga dapat menjadi sebuah rujukan baru untuk startup dan pengelola E-commerce agrikultur di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana ingin mengetahui tingkat usability platform aplkasi Panganku dengan USE Questionnarie. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa variabel usability yaitu Usefullness, Ease of Use dan Ease of Learning berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna menggunakan usability testing

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar ke berbagai dimensi kehidupan Masrakyat Indonesia. Bukan hanya dalam aspek kesehatan dan perekonomian, namun juga masuk ke sendi kehidupan pendidikan dan lembaga keagamaan masyarakat Indonesia. Pada kegiatan ini tim membagikan sebanyak 2.000 Al qur’an ke berbagai Mesjid, Panti Asuhan, dan Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an (TPA) di tengah pandemi covid-19, dengan tujuan mengajak masyarakat agar lebih peduli terhadap agama, Para jama’ah Masjid agar lebih rajin membaca Al Qur’an, para santri Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an agar lebih rajin menghafal Al Qur’an dan terutama bagi anak yatim piatu agar lebih rajin membaca Al Qur’an yang di Donasikan. Donasi Al Qur”an ini dibagikan ke beberapa Kabupaten/Kota di Sulawesi Selatan hingga ke pelosok-pelosok. Salah satu tujuan dari Penyaluran Donai Al Qur’an ini adalah Untuk meningkatkan semangat baca Al Qur’an bagi ummat Islam di tengah Pandemi Covid 19 dan pasca Pandemi Covid 19. Akibat dari Pandemi, bukan hanya mengganggu Sektor Kesehatan, Sektor Ekonomi, tapi juga mengganggu mental masyarakat.
