Abstract

This study analyzes human resource management development strategies to improve the welfare of Human Resources (SDI) in STAI As-Sunnah. The results of this study show strategies that can be applied, including curriculum development, teacher quality improvement, strategic partnerships, infrastructure improvements, and academic mentoring programs. The results of this study provide recommendations to improve the welfare of SDI in STAI As-Sunnah and provide direction for decision-makers and related parties in the development of more effective and sustainable human resource management. In this study, conclusions will also be drawn based on the results of the study, including human resource management development strategies, utilization of internal strengths and external opportunities, overcoming internal weaknesses, and handling external threats. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations that can help STAI As-Sunnah in improving the welfare of SDI so that they can get quality education and support the development of their potential optimally.

Abstract

Export is the process of transporting goods from one country to another legally and export is very important in forming a country’s balance of payments. The purpose of this study was to determine whether gross domestic product, exchange rate, and inflation affect agricultural exports in North Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is research that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) that are processed using statistical methods. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. From the research results it is known that the probability of the firm value variable is 0.002816 <0.05, and the F-Statistics value is 6.800019 > 2.64. Based on the results of the simultaneous test it can be seen that the Regional Gross Domestic Product (X1), Exchange Rate (X2), and Inflation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Regional Exports of North Sumatra together. The R2 value is 0.2619 or 26.19%. This shows that the variables of Regional Gross Domestic Product, Exchange Rate and Inflation can only explain the regional export variable of only 24.90%. While the remaining 75.10% is explained by other variables outside the regression model in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the main priority strategy for food security based on local wisdom in Deli Serdang is by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far., In addition, the researchers also explained several handling urgencies that needed to be implemented so that local wisdom-based food security strategies could be more focused. The method used is a qualitative method using SWOT analysis and QSPM. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 5 respondents from farmers, the surrounding community, and traditional and religious leaders, and 5 respondents from experts. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategy quadrants obtained after being processed in the IFE and EFE matrices are in Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy used is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that food security based on local wisdom in Deli Serdang has strengths and opportunities. Furthermore, in the QSPM analysis, the results show that the main priority strategy that must be carried out is to focus on preserving food security based on local wisdom so that it becomes a business opportunity on an international scale.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the main priority strategy for the development of the Halal Food Industry is to increase the consumption activities of the people of Medan City by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far. Then in addition, the researcher also explained several handling urgency that needed to be implemented so that the development of the Halal Food Industry could be more focused. The method used is a qualitative method using SWOT analysis and QSPM. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 5 respondents from SMEs in Medan City and 5 respondents from experts. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategy quadrants obtained after being processed in the IFE and EFE matrices are in Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy used is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that the Halal Food industry has strengths and opportunities. Furthermore, in the QSPM analysis, the results show that the main priority strategy that must be carried out is Utilizing Halal Product Companion Training so that the Halal Industry has the opportunity to enter the Global Market.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of relocation, infrastructure and Islamic business ethics variables on consumer decisions at Pasar Baru Mandailing Natal Regency with consumer behavior as an intervening variable. This research method uses a quantitative approach with pathways and uses the SPSS version 22 program. This research uses a questionnaire with a sample of 400 respondents. The research results show that relocation partially influences consumer decisions, infrastructure does not partially influence consumer decisions, and Islamic business ethics partially influences consumer decisions. Furthermore, relocation, infrastructure and Islamic business ethics partially influence consumer behavior. From the results of the significance test, it was found that relocation had a significant and real effect on consumer decisions through consumer behavior. And for the infrastructure variable, Islamic business ethics also significantly influences consumer decisions through consumer behavior with a confidence level of 95% or an error rate of 5%.
