Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of entrepreneurial literacy and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention in students. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study are the students of the Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Tarutung, Christian Education Management S-1 Study Program, Class of 2019, totaling 48 students. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire. The scale used is a Likert scale with 5 alternative answers. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM method. The results show that entrepreneurial literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Peran ibu dalam keluarga memegang berbagai peranan penting dan sangat sentral, oleh sebab itu sudah sepatutnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga perlu diberdayakan baik dari pengetahuan maupun keterampilannya untuk turut meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga sederhana bagi ibu-ibu PKK Desa Sipahutar dan memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan melalui pembuatan makanan olahan pisang sebagai modal keterampilan untuk memulai industri rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah: 1) Ceramah dan diskusi; 2) Praktik pelatihan pembuatan produk makanan olahan pisang, antara lain pisang krispy, pisang kribo, keripik pisang, bolu pisang dan stik pisang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu: 1) Ibu-ibu PKK lebih mengetahui dan memahami dasar-dasar pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga; 2) Ibu-ibu PKK memahami proses pembuatan aneka kreasi makanan olahan pisang diharapkan mampu menjadikan modal keterampilan dalam memulai industri rumah tangga.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the realization of archive management, the role of administrative staff in archive management, and the obstacles faced by administrative staff in archive management at SMA Swasta Dharma Bhakti Siborongborong, as well as the solutions provided. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. Data can be obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research describe: (1) The realization of archive management includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the administrative staff in archive management. (2) The role of administrative staff in serving and providing the necessary information to both internal and external parties of the school. (3) The obstacles faced by administrative staff in archive management include the lack of meticulousness of the administrative staff and the minimal archiving facilities. Therefore, the solution to improve archive management is to add archiving equipment in the administration office such as cabinets, archive racks, and folder maps, and the administrative staff should be more meticulous in storing documents.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of learning media in mathematics subjects on the learning activity of students at SMP Negeri 1 Parmonangan for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative with an inferential statistical approach. The population is all class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Parmonangan in 2024 totaling 68 people and a sample of 44 people was determined, namely 20% of the total population using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of data analysis show that learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' active learning at SMP Negeri 1 Parmonangan. Test the analysis requirements in this research using the normality test which obtained the Asymp value. signature. (2-tailed) is 0.200, meaning it is greater than 0.05 (0.200 > 0.05) so it can be concluded that the research data is normally distributed. The results of the correlation test show that there is a positive relationship between variable Apart from that, the significant relationship test obtained a value of tcount= 0.629 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=42)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. The hypothesis was tested through a regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂=5.255+0.773X and the regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 39.5%. Testing the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 27.470 > 4.08. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that learning media has a positive and significant effect on the active learning of class XI students at SMP Negeri 1 Parmonangan in 2024.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan pada anak sejak usia dini. Kreatifitas yang terlatih sejak dini dapat menjadi modal utama produktifitas dan kemandirian anak saat dewasa nantinya. TK Mandiri ABCD memiliki siswa anak usia dini yang telah berusia 5 –6 tahun. Anak-anak di TK Mandiri ABCD masih kurang memiliki kegiatan variatif yang dapat mengasah serta meningkatkan keterampilan dan kreativitas anak yang mendukung tumbuhnya sikap dan karakter kewirausahaan tersebut. Pada kegiatan fun cooking ini, anak dapat mencoba langsung membuat kreasi makanan dari bahan yang mentah hingga menjadi matang melalui proses-proses dan bimbingan dari tim. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan kemampuan kewirausahaan melalui kegiatan fun cooking di TK dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi anak usia dini. Melalui kegiatan fun cooking anak-anak belajar mengembangkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan seperti kreatifitas, kerja sama dalam tim, pemecahan masalah, dan pengelolaan waktu.Kata Kunci: kewirausahaan, anak usia dini, fun cooking

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Student Administration Services on Student Satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all students of HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 250 people and a sample of 65 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 40 items. From the validity test, rxy was obtained for the X variable questionnaire, namely items number 1 to item number 27, it is known that 25 items are valid because r count is (between 0.407 and 0.766)> r table = 0.312, and it is known that 2 questionnaire items are invalid, namely questionnaires number 12 and number 17 because r count is (between 0.180 and 0.306) < r table = 0.312. Meanwhile, the validity test obtained rxy for the Y variable questionnaire, namely items number 28 to item number 42, it was found that 15 items were valid because r count was (between 0.402 to 0.834) > r table = 0.312. The results of data analysis show that student administration services have a positive effect on student satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirement test: a) positive influence test obtained rxy value = 0.633> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 65) = 0.244 thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 6.485> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 63) = 2.000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="14","207"+0.460X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 40%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 42.061 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that student administration services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to form church youth leadership through basic training carried out in a participatory and educational manner at the HKBP Church, Laguboti Resort, Toba Regency. The activity was carried out on May 2, 2025 at the Simanarium Sipaholon and was attended by 50 active church youth. The implementation methods used include lectures, interactive discussions, leadership simulations, group dynamics, and direct mentoring. This activity is designed in several stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the training had a positive impact on participants' understanding of leadership that is devoted and has a Christian character. Participants experienced changes in attitude, increased participation, and showed a new spirit in service. This training has proven to be able to form reflective and responsible leadership characters, as well as encourage active involvement of youth in church life.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase children's interest in reading in Tomuan Village, East Siantar District, Pematangsiantar City, through the establishment of a reading corner. This service uses methods that include preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the service show that the reading corner received a positive response from the community, with an increase in children's interest in reading, especially towards picture books and short stories. Children who were initially shy became more enthusiastic and began to explore the various books available. The reading corner is also a means of socialization, where children share stories and interact with each other. In conclusion, this program succeeded in creating a supportive reading environment, improving literacy skills, and forming reading habits from an early age. In this way, it is hoped that the reading corner can produce a generation that is intelligent, responsible and ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of total emissions on non-tax state revenues as a means of financing climate change mitigation. The type of data used is secondary data with a time series from 2016-2020, with the analysis used simple linear regression. The model testing conducted has met the criteria of classical assumptions. Therefore, the results of the study partially indicate that total emissions generated from activities of all sectors in Indonesia have a positive and significant effect on non-tax state revenues (significant value 0.0410 < 0.05). Addressing climate change in Indonesia is carried out through climate adaptation and mitigation strategies. Efforts to develop adaptation and mitigation strategies to address climate change in Indonesia require substantial funding in the form of a carbon tax (PNBP). Revenue from the carbon tax can be used to increase development funds, invest in environmentally friendly technologies, or provide support to low-income communities in the form of social programs.Keyword: emissions, mitigation, taxes, Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh total emisi terhadap penerimaan negara bukan pajak sebagai upaya pembiayaan mitigasi perubahan iklim. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan rangkaian waktu (Times Series) dari tahun 2016-2020 dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi regresi linier sederhana. Pengujian model yang dilakukan telah memenuhi kriteria asumsi klasik. Sehingga hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa total emisi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan semua sektor di Indonesia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan negara bukan pajak (nilai signifikan 0,0410 < 0,05). Penanganan perubahan iklim di Indonesia dilakukan melalui strategi adaptasi dan mitigasi iklim. Upaya mengembangan strategi adaptasi dan mitigasi untuk mengatasi perubahan iklim di Indonesia memerlukan pendanaan yang cukup besar dalam bentuk pajak karbon (PNBP). Penerimaan dari pajak karbon tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menambah dana pembangunan, investasi teknologi ramah lingkungan, atau memberikan dukungan kepada masyarakat berpendapatan rendah dalam bentuk program sosial. Kata kunci: emisi, mitigasi, pajak, Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the school environment on the learning motivation of students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2025/2026 academic year. The method used in this research is an inferential quantitative research method. The population in this study consisted of all students of SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 655 students. In this study, the sample size was determined to be 66 students using the stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of 48 items. The results of the data analysis indicate that there is an influence of the school environment on students’ learning motivation at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung amounting to 45.2%. These results can be proven through the research findings: (1) analysis prerequisite tests: (a) the normality test result = 0.54 > 0.05, indicating that the research data are normally distributed; (b) the linearity test = 0.132 > 0.05, indicating that there is a significant linear relationship between the two variables. (2) Hypothesis testing: (a) the correlation coefficient test obtained a value of rxy = 0.637 > 0.239, indicating that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y; (b) the significance test of the correlation coefficient obtained a value of tcount = 7.270 > ttable = 1.669, indicating that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) The regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 45.2%. Thus, the results of the study show that 45.2% of the school environment influences the learning motivation of students at SMP Negeri 3 Tarutung in the 2025/2026 academic year.
