Abstract

Education is something that is considered important in everyone's life. Unfortunately, many people are not fortunate enough to receive an education. This is due to poverty. From this, the government finally set regulations through Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education which authorizes the government to realize justice, affordability, and equity in obtaining quality higher education related to the benefits of social progress, prosperity, and independence. Therefore, the government finally issued the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) policy to overcome this problem, because there are still many students who are still in school but drop out because of financial problems. The purpose of this research is to see how the management of the KIP Lecture scholarship at IAKN Tarutung. This research method was conducted with the philosophy of postpositivism, investigating the state of natural objects and using a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. The KIP college scholarship at IAKN Tarutung provides an opportunity for students who excel but have economic limitations to get higher education in college.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan memegang peranan yang sangat penting yang dimana strategi manajemen keuangan di sekolah di fokuskan pada pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan. Salah satu sumber dana keuangan di SMAN 1 Parmaksian adalah Dana BOS, dalam pelaksanaannya, pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SMAN 1 Parmaksian harus diarahkan sesuai petunjuk teknis penggunaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, selaku kementerian teknis yang bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan program BOS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SMAN 1 Parmaksian, dan menyoroti pentingnya perencanaan keuangan dengan baik, pengelolaan anggaran yang efesien, dan transparansi dalam penggunaan dana sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wakasek keuangan di sekolah dengan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beragam praktik pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah di sekolah-sekolah dan sebagian sekolah telah menerapkan Berdasarkan uraian sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SMA Negeri 1 Parmaksian dilakukan secara transparan, akuntabel, dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Student Administration Services on Student Satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all students of HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 250 people and a sample of 65 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 40 items. From the validity test, rxy was obtained for the X variable questionnaire, namely items number 1 to item number 27, it is known that 25 items are valid because r count is (between 0.407 and 0.766)> r table = 0.312, and it is known that 2 questionnaire items are invalid, namely questionnaires number 12 and number 17 because r count is (between 0.180 and 0.306) < r table = 0.312. Meanwhile, the validity test obtained rxy for the Y variable questionnaire, namely items number 28 to item number 42, it was found that 15 items were valid because r count was (between 0.402 to 0.834) > r table = 0.312. The results of data analysis show that student administration services have a positive effect on student satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School, as evidenced by the following data analysis: 1) Analysis requirement test: a) positive influence test obtained rxy value = 0.633> rtable ( = 0.05, n = 65) = 0.244 thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable X and variable Y. b) Significant relationship test obtained tcount value = 6.485> ttable ( = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 63) = 2.000 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="14","207"+0.460X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) = 40%. 3) Hypothesis testing using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 42.061 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that student administration services have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction at HKBP Lintongnihuta Private High School.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes at the HKBP Lintongnihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an initial statistical statistical approach. The population is all students of the HKBP Liintongniihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 245 people and a sample of 71 was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 34 items. The results of data analysis show that teacher performance has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes at the HKBP Liintongniihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.550 > rtable(=0.05,n=71) = 0.235, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable =n-2=69)= 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 29.894 > 4.00. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that teacher performance has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes at the HKBP Lintongnihuta Private Vocational School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan, dana yang memadai sangat penting untuk mendukung berbagai aspek pembiayaannya. Kualitas pendidikan tidak dapat ditingkatkan tanpa adanya alokasi sumber daya keuangan yang cukup. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat dengan tujuan utama untuk mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh lembaga ini. Memahami sumber pendanaan dianggap krusial dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan.Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Data utama diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, yang memberikan informasi mengenai sumber-sumber dana yang tersedia di SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon.Pendanaan pendidikan adalah tanggung jawab bersama antara pemerintah, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat, dan harus dikelola dengan prinsip keadilan, kecukupan, dan keberlanjutan. Efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas publik juga merupakan prinsip penting dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Sumber dana ini sangat menentukan dalam efektivitas dan efisiensi manajemen pendidikan.Sumber-sumber dana pendidikan untuk SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat meliputi: 1) Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dari Pemerintah Pusat, 2) Iuran SPP dari Peserta didik, 3) Yayasan SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat, dan 4) kontribusi dari para alumni yang terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan, termasuk bantuan finansial maupun fasilitas. Besaran biaya pendidikan sangat terkait erat dengan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan, termasuk layanan kepada siswa dan kebersihan sekolah.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan sumber dana yang ada dalam teori telah berhasil diterapkan di SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon. Hal ini terlihat dari kesesuaian antara teori dan praktik di lapangan terkait dengan sumber-sumber dana pendidikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada kepala sekolah dalam menentukan dan mengelola sumber-sumber dana sekolah, memastikan bahwa mereka memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang sumber-sumber pendanaan yang tersedia untuk lembaga pendidikan mereka.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of Christian Leadership in internship campuses such as at STT ABDI SABDA Deli Serdang Regency, that effective leadership is a sustainable factor such as internal and external factors, a Christian leader must be based on the vision and faith of God. Christian vision is a gift from God that is depicted in the inner self of a leader to carry out His eternal work. A living faith based on the living and eternal word of God is the basis for the vision and ethics of Christian leadership. Effective Christian leadership must be based on the characteristics of God and have holiness of life and a spirit of fear of God. A good Christian leader must have absolute truth as a basic principle for achieving success. The vision and ethics of Christian leadership must be centered on God through the living and eternal word of God, and become the basis for the vision and ethics. Method: Using a literature research approach and a descriptive qualitative methodology, data is gathered from journals, books, interviews, and documents that are relevant to the subject of study. Findings: First, what sort of Christian leadership is it possible for STT ABDI SABDA to adopt?. Second, the factors that influence a Christian leader. Third, ways to develop faith and vision of God for a Christian leader. Fourth, characteristics of an effective leader. Fifth, faith and vision of God which can help effective Christian leadership. Conclusion: With the existence of Christian Leadership, we know that not everyone has an important role in carrying out the spirit of discipline as stated in the Results and discussion chapter

Abstract

This research aims to understand financial management accountability at the Abdi Sabda College of Theology (STT) Medan in 2023. By using a phenomenological approach in qualitative methods, this study reveals the meaning of financial management accountability at this private educational institution. Data was obtained through interviews and observation. The research results show that the financial management of STT Abdi Sabda Medan has met applicable accounting standards, as evidenced by the availability of financial reports as a form of accountability to the Trustees of the STT Abdi Sabda Medan Foundation.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of leadership in Christian education at the HKBP Sidikalang Private Vocational School, Dairi Regency. This book explores the practices and strategies used in fostering character development, moral values, and spirituality among students, while ensuring the integration of Christian values ​​into the curriculum and school activities. Through interviews, observations, and a literature review, this research underscores the important role of Christian educational leadership in establishing a holistic learning environment. Findings reveal the importance of spiritual guidance, character building, and community engagement facilitated by such leadership. The conclusion offers recommendations for strengthening spiritual development, improving curriculum integration, providing training for teachers, increasing parental involvement, and innovating extracurricular activities to promote Christian values. By implementing these suggestions, the effectiveness of Christian education leadership at HKBP Sidikalang Private Vocational School can be increased, thereby encouraging the growth of students who are morally upright and ready to have a positive impact on society.
