Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interest in buying ornamental plants in Indralaya City, Ogan Ilir Regency. The main focus of the study was three independent variables, namely ornamental plant prices, consumer income, and taste, which were measured using indicators of preference for flowering and non-flowering plants. The method used is a quantitative approach with logistic regression analysis techniques. Data was collected through a survey with a questionnaire of 40 respondents who were selected purposively. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously, the three variables (price, income, and taste) had a significant effect on the buying interest of ornamental plants. Partially, the price and income variables had a significant effect on the confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), while the taste variable had a significant effect on the level of 10% (α = 0.10). The coefficient of determination (Nagelkerke R²) of 36.2% indicates that the model is able to explain the dependent variables quite well. From these results, it can be concluded that price and income are the main factors in the decision to purchase ornamental plants in Indralaya City, while taste still makes a positive contribution. This research provides implications for ornamental plant business actors in formulating marketing strategies based on purchasing power and local consumer preferences. Keywords: buying interest, income, price, ornamental plants, taste

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies and factors that affect the success of marketing at Tengkiang Coffee Shop located in Pulau Panggung Village, Semende Darat Laut District, Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with survey, interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data is analyzed using the marketing mix concept (7P) as well as a SWOT matrix to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in marketing management. The results of the study show that the marketing strategy implemented is still conventional, relying on word-of-mouth promotion, without the use of digital media. The main strength of the business lies in the distinctive quality of local coffee, affordable prices, and a friendly and comfortable shop atmosphere. The suggested development strategy is horizontal integration by increasing product innovation, expanding distribution networks, and utilizing digital promotion. This research provides strategic recommendations for MSME actors in the rural culinary sector to strengthen competitiveness through local and digital-based marketing approaches. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, MSMEs, Coffee Shops, 7P Marketing Mix, SWOT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap kuliner Mie Aceh di Kota Palembang serta menyusun strategi pemasaran yang tepat bagi pelaku UMKM. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner terhadap 50 konsumen dan 5 pemilik usaha Mie Aceh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel harga, kualitas, dan rasa terhadap jumlah pembelian konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai R² sebesar 95,3% mengindikasikan bahwa model regresi sangat baik dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen. Selain itu, analisis SWOT (IFAS dan EFAS) digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran. UMKM Mie Aceh berada pada kuadran I dalam matriks IE, yang berarti strategi pertumbuhan melalui integrasi vertikal sangat disarankan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran kuliner lokal yang berdaya saing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) yang disalurkan oleh Bank Sumsel Babel terhadap pendapatan usahatani karet di Kecamatan Lubuk Batang. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 10 responden petani karet dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah menerima KUR, khususnya terhadap aspek biaya produksi dan pendapatan bersih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah menerima KUR, terjadi peningkatan pendapatan kotor dari Rp 2.700.000 menjadi Rp 3.000.000 per bulan, dan pendapatan bersih meningkat dari Rp 2.300.000 menjadi Rp 2.800.000 per bulan. Selain itu, total biaya produksi per bulan menurun dari Rp 400.000 menjadi Rp 200.000, menunjukkan efisiensi biaya yang signifikan. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah menerima KUR, dengan nilai Z = -2,803 dan Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,005 < 0,05. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemberian KUR berpengaruh nyata dalam meningkatkan pendapatan usahatani karet. Dengan demikian, KUR berperan penting dalam membantu permodalan, meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha petani karet di daerah penelitian.
