Abstract

Hemodialysis is the most successful and most frequent therapy used as form therapy replacement kidney therapy hemodialysis own One of the impacts felt by patients is that is cramps muscle cramps is one of the symptom the most common physical problems experienced patient dialysis. This is contraction muscle sudden that is not deliberate and marked with painful great thing happened repeatedly in patients hemodialysis. The purpose of study This analyze influence implementation implementation stretching exercise intradialytic in repair symptom cramps muscles in patients undergoing hemodialysis at Al Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung. Data collection uses questionnaire, observation and interviews. Research sample as many as 15 patients shared into 2 groups. Research conducted at Al Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung, room intermittent hemodialysis May -August 2025. results testing use one-way ANOVA test sig. value < 0.05 so that can concluded that there is influence significant before and after given stretching exercise intervention on cramps. Multivariate test on week first and second p value 1,000 or > 0.05 then No There is influence, on week to three 0.106>0.05 no There is influence and on the week to four p values 0.015<0.05 exist influence. Implementation Intradialytic exercise range of motion (ROM) intervention according to SOP shows success in a way practical All participants who received intervention report feeling more comfortable, calm, relaxed, and not too focus to action will therapy hemodialysis.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penderita diabetes melitus memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami komplikasi neuropati kaki yang dapat menyebabkan ulkus hingga amputasi jika tidak dideteksi secara dini. Kader kesehatan memiliki peran strategis sebagai garda terdepan dalam pemantauan kesehatan masyarakat, namun seringkali masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan teknis dan keterampilan deteksi dini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran kader kesehatan dalam deteksi dini neuropati kaki diabetes melalui edukasi dan keterampilan pemeriksaan sederhana di RT 06 RW 06 Kelurahan Cempaka Putih Barat, Jakarta Pusat. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dengan penyuluhan kesehatan dan simulasi pemeriksaan fisik kaki. Pasca kegiatan ini, diketahui telah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader yang signifikan terkait deteksi dini dan manajemen penyakit. Kegiatan pengabdian ini penting dijalankan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kader dalam mencegah komplikasi diabetes sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, pemberian edukasi teknis dan pelatihan keterampilan efektif mengoptimalkan peran kader kesehatan dalam melakukan manajemen dan deteksi dini neuropati kaki penderita diabetes. Kata Kunci: Kader Kesehatan, Diabetes Melitus, Neuropati Kaki, Deteksi Dini, Edukasi.  ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus patients are at high risk of developing diabetic foot neuropathy complications, which can lead to ulcers and even amputation if not detected early. Health volunteers (kader kesehatan) have a strategic role as the front line in community health monitoring, yet they often face limitations in technical knowledge and skills for early detection. This community service activity aims to optimize the role of health volunteers in the early detection of diabetic foot neuropathy through education and simple examination skills in RT 06 RW 06, Cempaka Putih Barat, Central Jakarta. The activity was conducted through several stages, including health education and simulation of physical foot examination. Following the activity, there was a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of the volunteers regarding early detection and management. This community service is essential to enhance the volunteers' ability to prevent diabetic complications and improve the community's quality of life. In conclusion, providing technical education and skills training effectively optimizes the role of health volunteers in managing and detecting diabetic foot neuropathy. Keywords: Health Volunteers, Diabetes Mellitus, Foot Neuropathy, Early Detection, Education.
