Abstract

Kebutuhan beton mutu tinggi sangat dibutuhkan pada saat ini, terbukti dari pembangunan gedung-gedung berlantai banyak serta gedung dengan massa bangunan yang besar. Bersinergi akan hal tesebut, pekembangan dari teknologi beton mutu tinggi pu sangat di butuhkan. Material penyusun beton mutu tinggi seperti semen, agregat halus, agregat kasar serta air yang merupakan material-material pilihan. Tetapi, penggunaan material agregat kasa dan halus yang diambil secara tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan kerusakan alam, khususnya daerah aliran sungai. Menjawab tantangan tersebut, maka dibuat penelitian yang menggunakan material alternatif untuk menggantikan material agregat. Pasir pozzolan yang banyak mengandung silika digunakan untuk menggantikan agregat halus pada pembuatan beton mutu tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggatikan agregat halus dengan menggunakan pasir pozzolan, dengan komposisi 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% dan 50% dari total berat agregat. Campuran beton direncakan dapat menahan beban sampai 70 MPa dengan rincian pemakaian seperti berikut; semen sebanyak 600 kg/m3; Superplasticizer yang digunakan adalaah viscocrete 10. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa pemakaian substitusi pasir pozzolan sebagai agregat halus sebanyak 10% meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan beton mutu tinggi.

Abstract

The completeness of the Gampong administration is something that must be done to achieve administrative order. The community service activities carried out in Gampong Sembuang which is located in the Lokop sub-district of East Aceh district aim to obtain the Gampong Sembuang Mosque Design, the Keuchik Office Design, and the Gampong Sembuang Map. The method used for the design activities of the Gampong Semburan Mosque and the Keuchik Office Design was to go directly to the field to obtain exact land size and shape data, while for Village Mapping activities the assistance was assisted using the Google Earth application and the student version of ArcGIS. The results of the community service activities were in the form of a poster of the Village Map, the design of the Gampong Mosque, and the Office of the Gampong Keuchik which were handed over to the Keuchik of Sembuang Gampong.

Abstract

The addition of a floor is an alternative to a building and a development due to an increase in the function of the shophouse or an additional infrastructure but the available land is limited. In this study, an analysis of the structure of the existing building was carried out to determine the influence and capability of the structure when adding floors to the building. If the building structure is not able to withstand the loads that work due to the addition of floors, then elements that are not strong in the existing structure are required to strengthen the structure, strengthening with the concrete jacketing method. Analysis of the structure of the planned addition of floors by adding 1 floor so that it becomes 3 floors and then 3D modeling using the SAP2000 program. Building plan with a size of 16 mx 28 m, height 4 m on each floor, concrete quality (f'c) 30 MPa, yield stress (fy) 240 MPa for reinforcement diameter ≤ 10 mm, yield stress (fy) 400 MPa for reinforcement diameter > 10mm. The addition of the building floor to the structural elements and the loading is the same as the existing structure, the analysis of the earthquake with equivalent static and earthquake load analysis based on SNI. The result of structural analysis is the ability of the initial structure due to the addition of the floor. Reinforcement of structural elements with concrete jacketing, enlargement of dimensions and addition of reinforcement for beams and columns. Enlargement of beam dimensions 30/40 to beam 50/60, column 30/40 to 50/60. The addition of reinforcement was carried out because the calculation did not meet the requirements, 10 Ø 16 was added to the beam bearing area, 8 Ø 16 of the reinforcement field was added to the beam, while 14 Ø 16 was added to the column.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendukung pemulihan aktivitas ibadah masyarakat terdampak banjir melalui penyaluran sarung, mukena, dan sajadah di Desa Pahlawan, Aceh Tamiang. Metode deskriptif-partisipatif meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, koordinasi dengan aparat dan tokoh masyarakat, penyiapan logistik, penyaluran, pendampingan, dokumentasi, dan evaluasi berbasis observasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 14 Februari 2026 di meunasah desa dengan melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, mitra lokal, dan warga. Seluruh indikator proses dan luaran terdokumentasi tercapai, yaitu koordinasi, distribusi, pelibatan tim, dokumentasi, publikasi media daring, dan video. Warga menunjukkan penerimaan positif serta dapat menggunakan kembali perlengkapan ibadah yang layak. Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa bantuan yang spesifik terhadap kebutuhan sosial-religius dapat melengkapi pemulihan fisik pascabanjir. Keterbatasannya adalah belum tersedia data kuantitatif penerima dan pengukuran dampak, sehingga kegiatan lanjutan perlu menggunakan pencatatan penerima, survei kepuasan, dan pemantauan pascadistribusi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the response of a high-rise building to horizontal and vertical structural irregularities in a multi-story structure. The subject of the study is the Rahmah Mosque Tower, located at Jl. Lilawangsa, Gampong Paya Bujuk Tunong, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City, Aceh. This tower exhibits both horizontal and vertical irregularities, which can influence its behavior under applied lateral and vertical loadsThe structural behavior is evaluated by examining the building’s response to horizontal and vertical irregularities effect induced by seismic loading. The method for seismic loads are analyzed using dynamic response spectrum analysis in accordance with SNI 1726:2019, implemented in ETABS v18.1.1. Results indicate that failure in the Rahmah Mosque Tower is governed by beam collapse due to insufficient flexural capacity under seismic forces, whereas the columns are adequate to resist earthquake loads. Horizontally, the tower exhibits Type 1b and Type 1a irregularities, as well as Horizontal-Torsional Irregularity. Type 1a. Vertically, it displays Mass (weight) Irregularity and Vertical Geometric Irregularity. These irregularities could significantly affect a building's safety, stability, and structural efficiency. Designs that fail to calculate these irregularities may pose serious risks of damage, both under static and dynamic conditions.
