Abstract

It is a pre-experiment study. The study used two classes, the first class was the treatment class using E-lena learning system and the second class was the control class without using E-lena learning system. The subject of this study was students of Office Administration of Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by test, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of this study showed that using E-lena learning system could improve students’ self awareness in learning, but unfortunately the system still had some problems related to the application.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using instagram social media and hedonic shopping motives to impulse buying media and to know whether financial literacy is able to moderate the influence of instagram social media use and hedonic shopping motives to impulse buying. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research was students of Accounting Economics Education Study Program of Economics Faculty of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). The research sample was 110 students of class of 2013 which chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic, simple regression analysis, and interaction test (moderation). The result of the research shows that instagram social media usage and hedonic shopping motives have positive and significant effect to students’ impulse buying. The result of regression analysis shows that financial literacy has negative and significant effect on impulse buying. Thus, financial literacy can moderate the influence of instagram social media usage to impulse buying. However, the other regressive result indicates that financial literacy is not able to moderate the influence of hedonic shopping motives on impulse buying.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Adakah pengaruh komunikasi intern terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan? 2) Adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan? 3) Seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi intern dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk mengetahui ada dan besarnya pengaruh komunikasi intern terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan. 2) Untuk mengetahui ada dan besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan. 3).Untuk mengetahui ada dan besarnya pengaruh komunikasi intern dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru dan karyawan yang ada di SMP Negeri 1 Suruh kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 40 orang.. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan  program statistic SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara Komunikasi intern dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas kerja guru dan karyawan sebesar 68,7%. Uji pengaruh secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas  Komunikasi intern dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Efektivitas kerja  dengan besarnya pengaruh masing-masing adalah 32,61% Untuk Komunikasi intern dan 25,62% untuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Efektivitas Aplikasi E-Arsip Sebagai Media Temu Kembali Informasi. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap cara pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar dan kearsipan. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Pati adalah aplikasi SISUMAKER. SISUMAKER merupakan sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat dan pengarsipan secara digital. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas SISUMAKER sebagai sarana temu balik informasi arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif berdasarkan pada data yang diperoleh. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel digunakan penelitian ini merupakan seluruh arsip yang telah dikelola Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Pati  sejak tahun 2018-2020 berjumlah 10.233. Analisis data dilakukan dengan persamaan recall-precision yaitu dengan mendata semua  arsip, kemudian disajikan  dalam bentuk tabulasi dan diinterpretasikan sebagai jawaban atas permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa aplikasi SISUMAKER mendekati ideal dan efektif dalam menemukan kembali informasi atau arsip. Kata kunci: efektivitas, aplikasi, e-arsip, informasi, recall-precision Abstract: Analysis of E-Archive Application Effectiveness as Media of Retrieval of Information. The development of information and communication technology affects the way in which incoming, outgoing mail and archives are managed. One of the applications used in the Class II Non TPI Pati Immigration Office is the SISUMAKER application. SISUMAKER is a digital mail management and archiving application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of SISUMAKER as a means of archival information. This research uses descriptive quantitative with descriptive analysis method. The research data were analyzed using descriptive methods based on the data obtained. Observation data, interviews, and documentation. The population and sample of this study are all archives that have been managed by the Class II Non TPI Pati Immigration Office since 2018-2020 which were managed 10,233. Data analysis was carried out using the recall-precision equation, namely by recording all archives, then presented in tabulated form and interpreted as an answer to the research problem. The results of international research show that the SISUMAKER application is effective and effective in recovering information or archives. Keywords: effectiveness, application, e-archive, information, recall-precision

Abstract

Teachers in facing the challenges of rapid technological advances are expected to always adapt to the times, which are required to always innovate and be creative to be able to create quality graduates. So that students have good provisions in facing the challenges ahead. Teachers who teach at Vocational High Schools majoring in office automation and governance include Office Technology subjects. The Office Technology subject contains practical material regarding the use of applications for office or administrative activities, which as the name suggests is currently the office administration department changed to the office automation and governance department. However, the applications used for learning related to the use of applications and the application of digital offices, especially the creation of digital presences to switch to paperless, are still very minimal or even non-existent. Learning office technology, which has been difficult for teachers to provide and provide skills to students related to applications that support the digitization of offices through office technology subjects. In the era of computerization, it affects administrative management in an organization, as well as a student majoring in office automation and governance must have competence in mastering digitalization and office automation skills.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has become a very important thing in the present, not least at Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). The form of entrepreneurship education is also diverse. Establishment of minimarket, animal husbandry, plantation and other business units in Islamic boarding schools is a step taken in order to improve entrepreneurial skills. However, the understanding and competence of santri entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools still requires strengthening and mentoring from academics and professionals. The target of service is the PP As Salafy Al Asror students who are studying at MA Al Asror, especially the XI and XII classes. The method of carrying out service activities is counseling, practice and mentoring. Extension activities are given to provide a real picture of the intricacies of entrepreneurship. Then proceed with the practice of preparing a business plan and mentoring the preparation of a business plan. The service partner gave a good response to the community services team. The community services activities can be carried out twice with the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and the preparation of a business plan. Participants can participate in activities enthusiastically and are able to produce business ideas contained in business plan documents. The first material presented by lecturer from Faculty of Economics UNNES. Whereas the service team provided intensive assistance in the second stage of community service activities.Key words: entrepreneurship education, Islamic boarding schools, business plan

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools and Santri are two important elements that can impact improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia. The problems community service partners face include Santri' independence and self-management abilities. To overcome this problem, the FE UNNES community service team offered Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh motivational training. Leadership is an important aspect that Santri must possess. The method of implementing the chosen community service activities is motivational training, an activity that can inspire and entertain. The community service team present the material enthusiastically, inspires and touches the Santri' hearts. The community service team has been trained in many training and motivational activities, so they have adequate abilities. The dedication team try to give the best by combining various presentation media. Community service activities have been held in two stages of implementation. The first was held on April 1 2022, with the target of activities namely the administrators of the As Salafy Al Asror Patemon Islamic boarding school, Semarang City. Second, it was held on July 7 2022, with Santri as activity participants. Both activities can run well, as seen by the presence and participation of activities. The first form of activity is Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh training, while the second form of activity is motivational training. The resource person for the activity was Ahmad Nurkhin, S.Pd., M.Sc., assisted by other community service teams. The caretaker of the boarding school, KH Al Mamnuhin Kholid, supports this activity and reinforces the importance of self-management, both by administrators and Santri. Pesantren dan santri merupakan dua elemen penting yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas SDM di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra pengabdian diantaranya mengenai kemandirian dan kemampuan manajemen diri santri. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, tim pengabdian FE UNNES menyodorkan training motivasi kepemimpinan bertumbuh. Kepemimpinan merupakan aspek penting yang harus dimiliki oleh santri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang dipilih adalah training motivasi, sebuah kegiatan yang dapat menggugah dan menghibur. Tim pengabdian akan berusaha menyajikan materi dengan penuh semangat, menggugah, dan menyentuh hati santri. Tim pengabdian telah terlatih dalam banyak kegiatan training dan training motivasi, sehingga memiliki kemampuan yang memadai. Dengan menggabungkan berbagai media presentasi, tim pengabdian akan berusaha untuk memberikan yang terbaik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah diselenggarakan dalam dua tahapan pelaksanaan. Pertama, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 April 2022 dengan sasaran kegiatan yaitu pengurus pondok pesantren As Salafy Al Asror Patemon Kota Semarang. Kedua, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Juli 2022 dengan santri sebagai peserta kegiatan. Kedua kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dilihat dengan kehadiran dan partisipasi kegiatan. Bentuk kegiatan pertama adalah pelatihan kepemimpinan bertumbuh sedangkan bentuk kegiatan kedua adalah training motivasi. Narasumber kegiatan adalah Ahmad Nurkhin, S.Pd., M.Si. dibantu tim pengabdian lainnya. Pengasuh pondok, KH Al Mamnuhin Kholid sangat mendukung kegiatan ini dan memberikan penguatan pentingnya manajemen diri, baik oleh pengurus dan santri.
