Abstract

Microsoft Office Access (Ms Access) is a database management system which is a Relational Database Management System. The database in Microsoft Access is a set of objects consisting of tables, queries, forms, reports. Archival system is basically to store useful various files for organizations with the specific rules so the files can be found quickly and easily. Therefore; Microsoft Office Access is an appropriate breakthrough to build archival application systems based on Microsoft Office Access. It is not only easy to be operated but also available a package of Microsoft Office program. One of the most important benefits of the database is to facilitate the access to the data. The ease of accessing the data is the implication of the order data since it is the prerequisite of a good database. The database of archiving system is an application or system design which allows the archives storage digitally. The objective of the e-archives application program using Microsoft Access is to facilitate the delivery of material practices of electronic filing (e-archives). The purposes of the scientific study are: (1) to determine the basic concept and scope of Electronic archives (e-archives), (2) To know how to use the media of electronic archives (E-archives) aided Microsoft Office Access in the learning activities for Vocational students of Office Administration program.

Abstract

Through the 2013 curriculum as a transition from the Education Unit Level curriculum (KTSP) 2006 into a real effort of the government to improve the education process in Indonesia , in the 2013 curriculum with the learning system of students are told to be the students of the tofu. 2013 curriculum is a scientific approach , a scientific approach is a learning process approach using 5M syntax (Observing, Asking, Gathering Information, Associating / Reasoning and Communicating). The subject of Financial Administration is one of the new subjects in Vocational High School Administration Expertise Program on the Basic Competencies of Computer Applications for Financial Administration. The application of a scientific approach is only included as one of the administrative requirements in the Lesson Plans.The purpose of this research is to know the application of scientific approach with 5M syntax (Observing, Asking, Collecting Information, Associating / Reasoning and Communicating) by describing the activity of each 5M syntax on Financial Administration Subjects Administration Program Administration Class XII SMK Negeri 9 Semarang Year Lesson 2017/2018. This research is a qualitative research.Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation.The results showed that in the learning activity deangan scientific approach by using 5M syntax is done well but in one meeting not all sync 5M activities, but the 5M syntax is divided into several meetings on core learning activities, because the learning in every meeting consists of opening activities, core and cover. The 5M syntax scientific approach is carried out in Core activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan tata ruang kantor terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Se-Kecamatan Suradadi, Kabupaten Tegal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa Se-Kecamatan Suradadi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows 21. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan KI= 3,068 + 0,270GP + 0,255PTI + 0,404TRK + e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan tata ruang kantor secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa Se-Kecamatan Suradadi Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing batik business in an effort to improve the competitiveness of the Kauman Batik Village community. This study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis. In this study, researcher conducted interviews with the activists of the creative economy with the quadruple helix concept, namely the participation of academics, government, communities and business people. From the SWOT analysis, it was obtained the results that the aspect of the resource needs the next generation of batik who have good creativity. The second aspect is industry. A thing that is being an important role of the industry is raw materials;it is needed to ease the production process. The third aspect is marketing. Batik producer needs to expand the market for batik sales. Then, the fourth aspect is financial. Batik producer needs to regulate the business finances in detail. The fifth aspect is technology and infrastructure; namely the need for infrastructure to support the development of the Kauman Batik Village. The advice given to Kauman Batik Village Community in overcome these five aspects which need participation from the government and private sector, communities and academics. In hope the government will optimize the work program in supporting batik as the superior product of Pekalongan City.

Abstract

This research revealed the effectiveness of e-module based on team-based project on teacher profession ethics in supporting online learning. This research was a development research with ADDIE.  The e-module of Teacher Professional Ethics was developed based on OneNote application. The feasibility level obtained by the media from the average material validation result was 3.00 with a good category and the results of validation media obtained an average of 3.44 with a very good category. E-module learning media trials for students gained an average eligibility of 3.30 with a good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning media e-module of teacher professional ethics with Onenote Office365 in the Administrative Education study program can be used to improve knowledge and alternative online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Efektivitas Aplikasi E-Arsip Sebagai Media Temu Kembali Informasi. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap cara pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar dan kearsipan. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Pati adalah aplikasi SISUMAKER. SISUMAKER merupakan sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat dan pengarsipan secara digital. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas SISUMAKER sebagai sarana temu balik informasi arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif berdasarkan pada data yang diperoleh. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel digunakan penelitian ini merupakan seluruh arsip yang telah dikelola Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Pati  sejak tahun 2018-2020 berjumlah 10.233. Analisis data dilakukan dengan persamaan recall-precision yaitu dengan mendata semua  arsip, kemudian disajikan  dalam bentuk tabulasi dan diinterpretasikan sebagai jawaban atas permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa aplikasi SISUMAKER mendekati ideal dan efektif dalam menemukan kembali informasi atau arsip. Kata kunci: efektivitas, aplikasi, e-arsip, informasi, recall-precision Abstract: Analysis of E-Archive Application Effectiveness as Media of Retrieval of Information. The development of information and communication technology affects the way in which incoming, outgoing mail and archives are managed. One of the applications used in the Class II Non TPI Pati Immigration Office is the SISUMAKER application. SISUMAKER is a digital mail management and archiving application. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of SISUMAKER as a means of archival information. This research uses descriptive quantitative with descriptive analysis method. The research data were analyzed using descriptive methods based on the data obtained. Observation data, interviews, and documentation. The population and sample of this study are all archives that have been managed by the Class II Non TPI Pati Immigration Office since 2018-2020 which were managed 10,233. Data analysis was carried out using the recall-precision equation, namely by recording all archives, then presented in tabulated form and interpreted as an answer to the research problem. The results of international research show that the SISUMAKER application is effective and effective in recovering information or archives. Keywords: effectiveness, application, e-archive, information, recall-precision

Abstract

Abstrak: Studi Kasus Penyusutan Arsip di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui penyusutan arsip secara peraturan perundang-undangan, (2) Untuk mengetahui cara penyusutan arsip di Universitas Negeri Semarang, (3) Untuk mengetahui prosedur penyusutan arsip di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, dimana peneliti menyelidiki secara cermat suatu program, peristiwa, aktivitas, proses atau sekelompok individu. Penyusutan arsip di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang menggunakan prosedur penyusutan arsip menurut UU No. 43 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kearsipan,  diantaranya (a) Pemindahan Arsip Inaktif dari unit pengolah ke unit kearsipan. (b) Pemusnahan arsip yang telah habis masa retensinya dan tidak memiliki nilai guna dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. (c) Penyerahan arsip statis oleh pencipta arsip kepada lembaga kearsipan. Cara penyerahan arsip dari unit kerja ke lembaga kearsipan Universitas Negeri Semarang meliputi (a) Melalukan pemeriksaan dan penilaian arsip yang akan diserahkan, (b) Pembuatan Daftar Arsip yang akan diserahkan ke UPT Kearsipan, (c) Pembuatan berita acara serah terima arsip, (d) Pelaksanaan penyerahan arsip. Prosedur penyusutan arsip di Universitas Negeri Semarang adalah Pembuatan Daftar Pertelaan Arsip, Pemindahan Arsip, Pemusnahan Arsip yang sudah tidak bernilai guna, dan Penyerahan arsip ke UPT Kearsipan yang bernilai guna permanen/ sejarah. Abstract: Case Study of Archive Depreciation at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out the depreciation of the archive by statutory regulations, (2) To find out how to shrink the archive at Universitas Negeri Semarang, (3) To find out the procedure of shrinkage of records at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The method used in this research is a case study, where researchers investigate carefully a program, event, activity, process or group of individuals. Depreciation of records in the Universitas Negeri Semarang environment uses the procedure of depreciation of records according to Law No. 43 of 2009 concerning Archives, including (a) Transfer of Inactive Records from the processing unit to the filing unit. (b) Destruction of archives that have retired and which do not have a value for use are carried out in accordance with statutory provisions. (c) Submission of a static archive by the creator of the archive to the archival institution. How to submit archives from work units to the archives institute of Universitas Negeri Semarang include (a) Conducting examination and evaluation of archives to be submitted, (b) Making Archive List to be submitted to the UPT Kearsipan, (c) Preparation of minutes of archive handover, (d) ) Implementation of submission of archives.
