Abstract

Kegiatan "Optimasi Proses Pengolahan Singkong Menjadi Tepung Mocaf di PIRT" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi tepung mocaf (Modified Cassava Flour) yang diproduksi oleh PIRT Alley. Tepung mocaf, yang berasal dari singkong, memiliki potensi besar sebagai alternatif tepung gluten-free dalam industri pangan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai tahapan, termasuk pemilihan bahan baku singkong berkualitas tinggi, penerapan teknologi fermentasi yang inovatif, dan penggunaan alat pengering yang hemat energi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk.Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis yang diadakan selama kegiatan, para peserta, yang terdiri dari, pelaku usaha kecil menengah (UKM), dan anggota PIRT, memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengolahan singkong menjadi tepung mocaf. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas tepung mocaf, dengan tekstur yang lebih halus dan kandungan nutrisi yang lebih terjaga. Optimasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai tambah produk singkong lokal, tetapi juga memperkuat ekonomi komunitas dengan membuka peluang usaha baru dan meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok PIRT. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di daerah lain untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

the purpose of this service is to provide knowledge about Product Branding and Marketing Digitalization of Tofu, Tempe Toge Products to the Gunung Kendang Community. So far, product packaging has not provided maximum hygiene and marketing, especially in the previous product packaging which still used plastic bags which were not good for health. So that assistance is needed for development in product packaging, and digitalization of marketing in an effort to increase the economy and product marketing. The methods for implementing the community partnership program service activities include; Methods of interviews, questionnaires, site condition surveys and area analysis, communication with the head of the RT Gunung Kendang and discussions with people who produce Toge, Tempe and Toge in identifying needs and supporting facilities in the production process, and determining digital marketing concepts. Through this mentoring activity produced several achievements, namely; Tofu, tempe and bean sprout business actors in Gunung Kendang Village can provide products with more attractive packaging designs, are more durable and more hygienic.

Abstract

This study aims to design multimedia learning introduction of herbivores, carnivores,omnivores in elementary school Sdit Lantabur Pagar Alam, because the more advanced the Times thenthe learning system will certainly develop as well as facilitate the delivery of learning materials. Thisstudy is set beakangi by children who are very easy to understand the explanation of the cartoon oranimation in the watch. The impact if the lack of desire of children to learn can be bad for the childhimself. Multimedia learning is designed using the ADDIE mode system development method, wherethere are 5 stages in the method used, namely analysis, design,development(deveopment), thenimplementation and the last evaluation, the application used to build multimedia learning is AdobeAnimate.. This animation aims to instill the desire of students and students to learn, the material is easyto understand by students and students to sharpen the left brain of students and students to learn. Testingthis application using Alpha and Beta tests or using Black Box Testing. The results of the test there is asignificant value of the results of student learning which was originally an average of 35.5 to 82.5 sothat the value can be categorized as success in increasing student learning interest.
