Abstract

The aim of this research is knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of education to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of motivation to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of discipline to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam, the influence of leadership, education, motivation and dicipline to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam. The research is using the primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken from the questioner which is spread to 58 respondents who is become sample. The technic of data analyzing is using regression linear double from software package of SPSS, this research is using hypothesis. Based on the result of analyzing data, we found that the variables of leadership, education, motivation and discipline have significant relationship to the employee performance of PT. BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam.

Abstract

Chaff ash waste rice at the process production of rice husk ash. Chaff ash waste rice discared pitches upon. Chaff ash more that evoke because that reason beginning at develops substitution alternative cement chaff ash geopolymer's mortar. Showed that experimental to geopolymer using a mixture of rice husk ash as the original material, NaOH and NaSiO3 as activator, crude aggregate and ground, to determine the effect of differences in morality on the strength of mortar pressure, the age was 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days. With morality: 12 M, 14M and 16M, with pressing strong result a maximum 28 mortar cement with ratio 1: 1,5 was as big as 15,2 Mpa. T3's sample with concentration 12 m by aged 28 days strength presses maximum be as big as 8,35 Mpa. For T3's sample 14 m with the age 28 days strength presses maximum be as big as 8,35 Mpa, For T3's sample with concentration 16 m with the age 28 days strength presses maximum be as big as 11,33 Mpa. It can be concluded that the maximum pressure strength value of 28 days was at the concentration of NaOH 16 with a Molarity was 11,33 Mpa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of white sand on high-strength concrete in this case the quality of 26 MPa concrete. The method used in this research is direct testing in the laboratory. The test object is made in the form of a cube with a size of 15 x 15 x 15 cm. As many as 20 specimens were made, the compressive strength of the concrete was tested at the age of 3,7,14,21 and 28 days, the cement used was PCC cement. Testing / testing includes the compressive strength of concrete. The stage of mixing or stirring between cement, sand, and water. done homogeneously. From the results of the study, the average compressive strength value of 28 days of concrete was obtained. Concrete using fine white sand aggregate obtained a compressive strength value of ; 35,5 MPa.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang digital marketing potensi desa dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan pengelola, dalam bidang meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terutama pengelola dalam memanfaatkan media dalam dunia marketing dan meningkatkan penghasilan desa dalam memanfaatkan hasil desa yang di lakukan dengan mitra kerjasama bumdes.id, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) merupakan lembaga/badan perekonomian desa yang berbadan hukum dibentuk dan dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Desa, dikelola secara ekonomis mandiri dan professional dengan modal seluruhnya atau sebagian besar merupakan kekayaan desa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan di dalam menjalankan setiap aktifitas yang berhubungan dengan BUM Desa, salah satunya adalah mengarahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pemasaran modern yang berbasis teknologi yakni dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan lapangan Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 5 hari terhitung dari tanggal 3 januari s/d 7 januari 2022. Tempat pelaksanaan di desa jemaring kecamatan jarai kabupaten lahat sumatera selatan. Setelah tahap pendampingan pengambilan foto video dan lain-lain telah selesai, hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah implementasi hasil pelatihan yang di digitalkan ke media yang telah dibuat sebelumnya. Peserta didampingi dan diarahkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pada tahap ini juga merupakan tahapan akhir yang merupakan tahap yang sangat penting dan di harapkan dari setiap tahapan yang telah dilakukan

Abstract

This research intent to analyse ash purpose influence rice husk ash and alkali solution compare activator to heavy duty geopolimer's mortar press, analysing purposes optimum proportion rice husk ash and activator alkali compare for geopolimer's mortar analyses if rice husk ash and activator alkali can be utilized for geopolimer's mortar. This research utilize experimental method which is examination at laboratory, with Ash composition mixture rice husk ash that utilizing to constitute rice husk ash that graduate No.200's filter, NaOH 's Solution concentration: Na₂SiO₃ are 16 m NaOH's heavy compares and Na₂SiO₃ are 2, 2. 25 and 2.5 Activator Alkali ratios to prekursor is 1:2 examination Age 3,7,14,21 and 28 days. This research is done at institut teknologi of Laboratory Pagar Alam. Examination is done at the age 3, 7, 14, and 28 days. To base result that is done, gotten by yan's pressing strength S1 the most high ratio 1:2 geopolimer's mortars ages 28 days as big as 13.06 Mpa.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet dan perkembangan teknologi smartphone (telpon pintar) yang cukup pesat telah merevolusi proses jual beli akhir-akhir ini. Ditengah kesibukan orang-orang dalam bekerja sehingga fenomena jual beli via online menjadi semakin marak dan menjamur. Melihat paradigma tersebut, maka kemampuan membuat toko online akan menjadi nilai tambah bagi setiap orang atau lembaga berbadan hukum seperti koperasi yang ingin memasalkan produknya secara virtual . Disamping itu, kemampuan membuat toko online itu dapat menjadi modal untuk ditawarkan kepada koperasi lainnya untuk bisa juga memanfaatkan toko online untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar mereka. Permasalahan yang terdapat di Koperasi Sumber Sejahtera Mandiri adalah pengurus belum memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan toko online, sehingga Institut Teknologi Pagar Alam melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan Penyuluhan Teknologi Informasi tentang aplikasi-aplikasi e-commerce beserta kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Agar para pengurus Koperasi Sumber Sejahtera Mandiri ini dapat memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan toko online, maka materi pelatihan yang diberikan adalah macam-macam aplikasi CMS e-commerce, kelebihan masong-masing CMS e-commerce, studi kasus cara membuat toko online dengan aplikasi WooComerce. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan toko online ini masih dalam bentuk prototype dan masih perlu tindak lanjut pengembangan pelatihan agar ditindaklanjuti dengan pelatihan tambahan dari sisi marketing dan pengetahuan produk.

Abstract

Concrete has become a common choice as a structural material in construction projects. In civil engineering, there are two types of aggregates used as fillers: coarse aggregates such as gravel or crushed stone, and fine aggregates such as sand. Water and cement are used as binding materials in concrete. In order to enhance the compressive strength of concrete beyond the desired target and evaluate the effectiveness of using stone dust and rice husk ash, variations were made by adding 10% stone dust, 10% rice husk ash, and a mixture of 5% stone dust and 5% rice husk ash as partial replacements for cement. Cubic test specimens were formed and used to test the compressive strength at the ages of 3, 14, and 28 days. The test results showed that at 28 days, the average compressive strength of normal concrete was 32.09 MPa, the compressive strength of concrete with 10% stone dust was 32.64 MPa, the compressive strength of concrete with 10% rice husk ash was 22.84 MPa, and the compressive strength of concrete with a mixture of 5% stone dust and 5% rice husk ash was 19.33 MPa. Therefore, the addition of 10% stone dust resulted in higher compressive strength of concrete than the planned target.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the content or content of mud in fine and coarse aggregates for concrete mixtures. Utilization of white sand as fine aggregate and in concrete mixtures. The test object is made in the form of a cube with 15 x 15 cm. As many as 20 specimens were made, the compressive strength of the concrete was investigated at the age of 3,7,14,21,28 days, the cement used was PCC cement. Testing / testing includes the compressive strength of concrete. The stage of mixing or stirring between cement, sand, and water. done homogeneously. The quality of the planned concrete is fc = 26 MPa. From the results of the study, the average compressive strength value of 28 days of concrete was obtained. Concrete using fine white sand aggregate obtained a compressive strength value of ; 35,555 MPa. The mud content is 3.15% for white sand and 2.17% for the Lematang river

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the influence of rice husk ash and variations in the ratio of alkali activator solution on the compressive strength of geopolymer mortar. Additionally, this study aimed to determine the optimal proportion of rice husk ash and alkali activator ratio for geopolymer mortar, as well as to evaluate the potential of rice husk ash and alkali activator as alternative raw materials for geopolymer mortar production. In the experimental method, the mortar mixture used consisted of rice husk ash that had been filtered using a No.200 sieve, and NaOH:Na₂SiO₃ alkali activator solution with a concentration of 16 M, and weight ratios of NaOH to Na₂SiO₃ of 2, 2.25, and 2.5. The ratio of alkali activator to precursor used was 1:2, and testing was conducted at ages of 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days in the Laboratory of the Pagar Alam Higher School of Technology. Based on the research results, it was found that the mixture with a 1:2 ratio had the highest compressive strength in geopolymer mortar, with a value of up to 13.06 MPa at 28 days of age. This indicates that rice husk ash and alkali activator solution can be used as alternative raw materials for geopolymer mortar production, which has a sufficiently high compressive strength. This study provides valuable information for the construction industry in selecting environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat dalam industri konstruksi telah menjadi katalisator bagi perkembangan teknologi, terutama dalam konstruksi perumahan, perkantoran, dan gedung. Beton, sebagai materi konstruksi yang telah lama dikenal, digunakan secara luas dalam berbagai proyek pembangunan karena keunggulannya, termasuk kekuatan yang optimal, ketahanan api, ketahanan terhadap perubahan cuaca, ketersediaan yang baik, dan kemudahan dalam proses pengerjaannya. Namun, keberatannya yang tinggi telah menjadi kelemahan utama karena meningkatkan beban mati pada struktur. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam teknologi beton menjadi penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan beton yang ramah lingkungan dengan berat jenis yang lebih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi penggunaan limbah styrofoam dan fly ash sebagai tambahan dalam produksi beton ringan. Fokus utama dari studi ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak lingkungan dari penggunaan limbah styrofoam dan fly ash dalam beton, sekaligus mengukur pengaruh keduanya terhadap kekuatan dan karakteristik beton ringan. Metode yang diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan limbah styrofoam pada persentase 5 dan 10% tidak optimal sebagai pengganti agregat kasar karena tidak menghasilkan kuat tekan yang diinginkan, namun, campuran styrofoam mampu mengurangi berat beton. Sementara itu, penambahan limbah fly ash pada persentase 5 dan 10% sebagai pengganti semen menghasilkan peningkatan kuat tekan pada beton.
