Abstract

This study focuses on the discussion of the process and realization of the distribution of murabahah financing, the inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing, and the economic perspective on the inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing by PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an empirical approach. In this study, researchers used a collection technique, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are data editing, data classification, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the process and realization of murabahah contract financing at PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan is almost the same as financing in general, starting with an application, survey and disbursement, while financing products using a murabahah contract are motor financing, car purchases, electronic goods purchases, raw material purchases, and home renovations. . Wakalah contract participation is carried out at the same time as the implementation of murabahah financing. The inclusion of wakalah contracts in murabahah financing by PT. BSI, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan can be said to be illegal and not in accordance with Islamic economics, because in practice, the murabahah financing that has occurred has invalidated one of the pillars and conditions in buying and selling, namely the absence of goods being traded and the goods are not property rights. full of the contracting parties so that the delivery of the object cannot be carried out.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanaman aqidah Islamiyah pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Hinai, perubahan karakter siswa SMA Negeri 1 Hinai, penanaman aqidah Islamiyah dalam menumbuhkan perubahan karakter siswa SMA negeri 1 Hinai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian terletak di SMA Negeri 1 Hinai. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi (triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik), perpanjangan penelitian, dan ketekunan pengamatan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah penanaman aqidah Islamiyah pada siswa dapat dilihat dari beberapa program dan kegiatan sekolah dalam menanamkan aqidah Islamiyah pada siswa seperti kegiatan shalat berjama’ah, shalat dhuha, kegiatan berdoa sebelum sesudah belajar, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti rohis, dan peringatan hari besar Islam serta dalam pembelajaran. Sekolah melakukan beberapa kegiatan dalam menumbuhkan karakter siswa seperti kegiatan upacara hari senin, kegiatan OSIS, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler lainnya. Sekolah juga menerapkan nilai-nilai agama pada siswa seperti doa bersama, kegiatan rohis dan peringatan hari besar siswa yang meberikan sikap ketaqwaan kepada siswa. Sekolah melakukan integrasi antara penanaman aqidah Islamiyah dengan menumbuhkan perubahan karakter dengan berbagai kegiatan sekolah. Dengan aqidah Islamiyah yang kuat maka karakter siswa akan terbangun dengan baik, hal dapat dilihat dari sikap dan perilaku anak baik di sekolah maupun diluar sekolah.

Abstract

Household disharmony experienced by a husband and wife in a divorce case with case number 1350/Pdt.G/2023/PA.STB. begins with the wife's boredom with the husband's behavior which makes the wife feel uncomfortable and insecure. This study aims to determine the factors that cause husband and wife to be disharmonious in the household, then to determine the impact of disharmony in the household in the Divorce Case with Case Number 1350/PDT.G/2023, and to find out how the Religious Court's decision on the divorce case is based on Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which is included in the type of field research. This study uses focus group methods, in-depth interviews, and observations in collecting data. There are 4 stages carried out by researchers in analyzing data, namely data collection, data reduction and categorization, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are about disharmony in the household focusing on various factors that influence husband-wife relationships and their impact on individuals, families, and society. From several prolonged household conflicts, especially in divorce cases with the number 1350/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Stb, which resulted in divorce or the end of the relationship between husband and wife in a marriage bond, this case was decided by the Stabat Religious Court on August 28, 2023 AD, coinciding with the 11th of Shafar 1445 Hijriah by Dra. Siti Masitah, S.H as Chair of the Panel, Drs. Maimuddin and M. Rizfan Wahyudi, S.H, each as Member Judges.

Abstract

The phenomenon of idolizing non-Muslim artists, particularly within the global popular culture, has increasingly spread among Muslim communities. This study aims to analyze the practice of idolizing non-Muslim artists from the perspective of Islamic law, considering the principles of faith (aqidah), morality (akhlaq), and sharia. The research employs a qualitative approach with literature analysis, encompassing studies of Quranic verses, hadith, and the opinions of Islamic scholars. The findings indicate that idolizing non-Muslim artists can be acceptable in Islam as long as it does not contradict the fundamental principles of the religion, such as preserving faith, avoiding behavior contrary to sharia, and not neglecting religious obligations. However, if such idolization involves excessive admiration (ghuluw), imitation of behaviors that violate Islamic law, or negative influences on one’s faith, it is considered impermissible. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the boundaries in idolizing public figures who are non-Muslims and to serve as guidance for Muslims in maintaining their religious identity in an era of cultural globalization.

Abstract

Pandangan MUI Kota Binjai Terhadap Peraturan Walikota No 39 Tahun 2017. Sebagaimana peraturan ini sudah berjalan sejak awal tahun 2018 sampai sekarang di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Binjai, guna untuk menurunkan angka pemakai narkoba yang marak di Kota Binjai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengatahui Sejauh mana pandangan MUI Kota Binjai terhadap peraturan walikota no 39 tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh secara langsung dari observasi dan wawancara dari ketua lembaga MUI Kota Binjai, KUA Binjai Utara, praktisi, masyarakat dan BNN Kota Binjai. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pandangan MUI Kota Binjai mengenai peraturan ini tidak melawan syariat Islam dan bertetangan dengan peraturan perkawinan di KUA. Sedangkan dampak positifnya adalah kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya narkoba yang mengakibatkan sulitnya melangsungkan proses perkawinan dan dampak negatifnya adalah tidak adanya sangsi yang mengikat sehingga masyarakat tidak takut untuk melanggarnya. Ketiga, terbatasnya waktu dan tempat yang sering menjadi penghambat porses tes narkoba untuk calon penganti.

Abstract

The effect of the availability of Madrasah textbooks on interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The subjects in this study were the 36 students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. This research uses quantitative research methods. The location of the research was carried out in Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The implementation of this research was carried out in November-December 2021 until January 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the availability of Madrasa textbooks on the interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura students, what are the two variables? there is a significant relationship. To prove this, the researchers conducted a study conducted on 36 students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura who were used as research samples (random samples). Data collection tools are library research, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulating the data to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of research results in this study, it can be seen that the effect of the availability of Madrasah textbooks on students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura is very good (69.4%). While the interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in the students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura is good (69.4%). The results of the tabulation calculation between the influence of the availability of Madrasa textbooks on the interest in learning the history of Islamic culture in the students of Madrasah Aliyah Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura with a moderate or sufficient level of significance.
