Abstract

The study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the use of the Auditory Intelectually Repetition (AIR) learning model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sumbul, Dairi Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Auditory Intelectually Repetition (AIR) learning model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sumbul for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The experimental research method designed by One Shot Case Study is research by giving treatment / treatment to groups or samples and then observing the results. Also use inferential descriptive quantitative methods. The population of all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sumbul for the 2023/2024 Learning Year who are Protestant Christians a total of 192 people. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, namely class IX-3 which amounted to 34 people. Research instruments in the form of closed questionnaires and observations. The results of data analysis were obtained: a) The value of rcalculate = 0.556 > rtabel = 0.339 and tcalculate = 3.784 > ttabel = 2.042 shows a positive and significant relationship. b) Regression equation . c) The determination test is known to have an effect of 30.91%. d) Test the hypothesis obtained Fcalculate = 14.014 > Ftable = 3.32 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the Auditory Intelectually Repetition (AIR) learning model on the motivation to learn Christian Religious Education and Ethics of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sumbul Learning Year

Abstract

The study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the Think Pair Share learning model on the learning activity of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Think Pair Share learning model on the learning activity of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. Descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population of all grade IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 Learning Year who are Protestant Christians is 101 people. Random sampling is 40% of the total population, which is 40 people. The research instrument is in the form of a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis were obtained: a) Value rhitung=0.643>rtabel=0.312 and thitung=5.175>ttabel=2.021 shows a positive and significant relationship between the Think Pair Share learning model and the PAK learning activity of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung Learning Year 2023/2024. b) Regression equation . c) The determination test is known to have an effect of 41.34%. d) Test the hypothesis obtained Fcalculate = 26.857 > Ftable = 3.23 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the Think Pair Share learning model on the learning activity of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki peran strategis dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pendekatan dan dorongan yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian motivasi belajar oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Salak Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Tahun Pembelajaran 2025/2026. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif inferensial. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 208 siswa kelas XII yang beragama Kristen Protestan, dengan sampel sebanyak 61 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup sebanyak 25 item untuk variabel pemberian motivasi belajar (X) dan dokumentasi nilai Ulangan Harian untuk variabel hasil belajar (Y). Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment, uji t, regresi linear sederhana, uji determinasi, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pemberian motivasi belajar oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dengan hasil belajar siswa (r_hitung = 0,524 > r_tabel = 0,254; t_hitung = 4,726 > t_tabel = 2,001). Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan adalah 27,46%, dengan hasil uji hipotesis F_hitung = 22,083 > F_tabel = 3,15 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian motivasi belajar oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Salak Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat Tahun Pembelajaran 2025/2026.
