Abstract

Abstrak:Peran guru merupakan satu dari beberapa faktor penentu bagi kemajuan suatu lembaga Pendidikan (sekolah), di mana guru sebagai pemimpin yang harus mengatur, mengawasi, membina, dan mengelola seluruh kegiatan proses pembelajaran serta tinggi rendahnya mutu pendidikan; guru berada dalam lingkungan formal adalah sebagai pelaksana pendidikan dan pencipta Sumber Daya Manusia. Guru secara langsung berhadapan dengan peserta didik untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai positif yang bersifat kristiani melalui pengajaran, bimbingan, keteladanan. Dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif penelitian ini menjabarkan bahwa terdapat dampak profesionalisme guru dalam menghasilkan disiplin dan prestasi siswa di sekolah.Katakunci: profesionalisme; guru PAK; disiplin; prestasi Abstract:The teacher’s role is one of several determining factors for the progress of an educational institution (school), where the teacher as a leader must regulate, supervise, foster, and manage all activities of the learning process as well as the high and low quality of education; teachers who are in a formal environment are as implementers of education and creators of Human Resources. Teachers directly deal with students to transfer knowledge and positive Christian values through teaching, guidance, and example. Using a qualitative-descriptive method, this research describes that there is an impact of teacher professionalism in producing discipline and student achievement in schools.Keywords: professionalism; PAK teacher; discipline; achievement

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh keharmonisan keluarga terhadap minat belajar PAK anak dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keharmonisan keluarga terhadap minat belajar PAK anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode literatur research (penelitian kepustakaan) yang dimaksudkan membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak, orangtua dan anggota keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh keharmonisan keluarga terhadap minat belajar PAK anak. Artinya, semakin tinggi keharmonisan keluarga, maka semakin tinggi pula minat belajar PAK anak. Dalam penelitian, ini juga dapat dilihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar PAK anak yaitu faktor internal (taraf intelegensi, motivasi belajar, perasaan sikap dan keadaan psikis-psikis), faktor eksternal (orangtua, guru dan masyarakat) dan usaha-usaha membina keharmonisan keluarga (cara orang tua mendidik, relasi antar anggota keluarga, menjaga suasana rumah dan mengatur keadaan ekonomi keluarga).

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence of the inquiry learning model on the learning creativity of class VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Sipahutar, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research method used is an inferential descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all class VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Sipahutar, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 102 people and a sample of 46 people was determined using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 35 items, namely 18 items for variable X and 17 items for variable Y and was tested on 36 students who were not research respondents. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the inquiry learning model on the learning creativity of class VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Sipahutar, Sipahutar District, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship to obtain an rxy value = 0.664 > rtable(a=0.05,n-2=46-2=44) = 0.2907. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 5.883 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=44)= 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="13.32"+0.66X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 44%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=25, dk denominator=n-2=46-2=44) namely 34.60 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the Reward And Punishment method has on the Learning Motivation of Christian Education for Class V Students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The research method used is quantitative research method with inferential statistics. The population is all grade V students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, totaling 35 people. This study is a population study because the subjects are less than a hundred people so all of them are taken. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 40 items, namely 24 items for variable X and 16 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis showed that: 1) test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained value rxy = 0.517 > rtable(=0.05; IK=95%; n=35) which is 0.334 (0.517 > 0.334). b) A significant relationship test obtained a calculated value of 3.47 > the ttable price for an error of 5% of the two-party test and dk = n-2 = 35-2 = 33, then obtained ttable = 2.021 (3.47 > 2.021). 2) influence test: a) regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂=41.81+0.20X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r²) = 26.7%. 3) test the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcalculate = 11.58 and obtained Ftabel = (=0.05, dk numerator k k = 18, dk denominator = n-2=35-2=33) = 1.51 then Fcalculate > Ftable which is 11.58 > 1.51. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the Reward And Punishment Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Education for Class V Students of SD Negeri 29 Pardomuan I, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year.

Abstract

The Relationship between the Use of Active Learning Methodes of Quis Team Type and the learning Outcomes of Students in Christian Religius Education and Character Education Class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 Academic Year” The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant relationship of using the Quis Team type method on the learning outcomes of students in Christian Education class VIII Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is a quantitave research method with descriptive and inferential statistical approaches. The population is all class VIII student of SMP Neeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 103 people and sample of 36 people was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 22 itmes for variable 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship tes obtained rxy = 0,567 > rTable (a=0.05,n=36) =0,329. b) Testing a significant relationsip obtained t count = 4,016 > tTable(a=0,05,dk=n-=34) = 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y=34,36+0,63X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test(r2)= 32,2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0,05, dk numerator k=11, dk denominator=n-2=36-2=34) namely 16.09 > 2.16. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model has on the learning creativity of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year, with the research hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the learning creativity of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti Toba Regency for the 2023/2024 Learning Year. The method used is an inferehential quantitative method with a population of all class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti Toba Regency totaling 151 people with a sample of 60 people. Data were collected with a closed questionnaire of 30 items prepared by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory. The questionnaire test was conducted on 40 students outside the research sample using 30 questionnaire items and after being tested the results of the validity of the questionnaire test were known to the value of rcount> table = 0.364-0.689> 0.312 and the reliability of the questionnaire test which was at a value of 0.866. has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the learning creativity of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti Toba Regency Learning Year 2023/2024 with a coefficient of determination of 28.52% and a significant test of influence obtained Fcount>Ftabel of 24.649>4.00, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study suggests that in order for the Learning Creativity of Christian Religious Education and Budi Pekerti Class XI Students of SMK Negeri 1 Laguboti Toba Regency in a good class, the Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model by PAK teachers is implemented properly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Lecture Plus Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all 221 students in class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians and the research sample was determined to be 54 people, namely 25% of the total population. Data was collected using 42 positive closed items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the Lecture Plus Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in Class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.504 > rtable(a=0,05,n=54)= 0.226, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable 2=52)= 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable 41.95"+0.40X. Thus Ha, that is, there is an influence of the Lecture Plus Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 Academic Year is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive influence of the implementation of the Scramble Model learning by PAK teachers on the learning interest of class IX students at SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive inferential statistical approach. The population is all 103 class IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians and a sample of 28 people was determined using the cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 41 items, namely 20 items for variable North Tapanuli 2023/2024 academic year: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.618 > rtable(a=0.05,n=28) = 0.374. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.013 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=26)= 2.056. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="6.51"+1.01X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 38.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=28-2=26) namely 16.09 > 2.09. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Collaborative learning model on the active learning of PAK class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive inferential. The population is all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 205 people and a sample of 41 people was determined, which is 20% of the total population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 46 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the Collaborative Learning model on the active learning of PAK class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.572 > rtable(rtabel(a=0,05,n=41)= 0.05,n=41) = 0.308, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable =39)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 32.7%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fhitung > Ftabel=(a=0,05,dk pembilang k=22,dk penyebut=n-2=41-2=39) this 18,97 > 1,51. Thus Ha accepted and H0 rejected.
