Abstract

Taruna Melati Cadre Training (PKTM) is a work program of the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) aimed at strengthening moral education among students. This research aims to analyze the implementation of IPM's PKTM program in the Bangun Purba Branch in instilling moral education to IPM cadres through the Taruna Melati Cadre Training (PKTM). The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through participatory observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the Taruna Melati Cadre Training (PKTM) of the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM). In this research, the researcher found a significant contribution in the activities of the Taruna Melati Cadre Training (PKTM) Program of the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) in instilling moral education to the participants. This is because the program is designed to strengthen participants' understanding of moral values and Islamic character. Some of the activities conducted in the Taruna Melati Cadre Training (PKTM) Program of the Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah (IPM) include group prayers, lectures, discussions, learning about the Al-Quran and Hadith, skill development, and various other materials provided.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out the mentoring process carried out by Naposo Nauli Bulung in strengthening adolescent faith and moral education in Aek Haruaya Village, Portibi District, North Padang Lawas Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that; 1) The assistance provided by Naposo Nauli Bulung as a whole has a positive impact on the community, especially adolescents, through various religious and social activities. Teenagers are guided to become individuals with noble character, knowledge, and responsibility. 2) The form of assistance includes the recitation of wirit yasin, lecture studies, fardu kifayah training, cleaning mosques and TPU, as well as Islamic holiday celebrations. 3) The obstacles faced include lack of facilities and human resources, lack of community or parental support, the influence of modern lifestyles, and lack of training for the community in organizing programs.
