Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan motorik siswa kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 1  Kota Pontianak Tahun 2014. Desain peneltian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 1  Kota Pontianak Tahun 2014 dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kategori baik sekali yaitu 1 siswa dengan persentase 2,33%, untuk kategori baik yaitu 13 siswa dengan persentase 30,23%, untuk kategori cukup yaitu 16 siswa dengan persentase 37,21%, dan kategori kurang yaitu 1 siswa dengan persentase 2,32%. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan adapun rata-rata pencapain hasil kemampuan motorik adalah 249,91 dengan persentase 37,21% dan dikategorikan cukup. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Motorik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara koordinasi mata-tangan dengan keterampilan servis atas bola voli.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan teknik korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa penjaskes STKIP PGRI Pontianak semester dua. Sampel penelitian 50 orang yang diambil secara acak sederhana. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen (1) koordinasi mata-tangan, (2) Keterampilan dan Servis Atas Bola Voli. Penelitian memberikan hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata-tangan dengan keterampilan servis atas bola voli dengan koefisien korelasi ry2  = 0,473. Implikasi studi ini adalah keterampilan servis atas bola voli pada mahasiswa penjaskes STKIP PGRI Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Kata kunci: koordinasi mata-tangan,servis atas bolavoli

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingakat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa baru prodi penjaskes tahun 2013. Desain peneltian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa baru penjaskes tahun 2013 yang berjumlah 250 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantutatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 0 responden (0%) tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa baru penjaskes tahun 2013 dalam kategori baik sekali, sebanyak 10 responden (16,13%) dalam kategori baik, 45 responden (72,58%) dalam kategori sedang, sebanyak 6 responden (9,68%) dalam kategori kurang dan sebanyak 1 responden (1,61%) tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa baru penjaskes tahun 2013 dalam kategori kurang sekali. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa baru penjaskes tahun 2013 dalam kategori sedang. Kata Kunci: Kebugaran Jasmani

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningatkan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam memodifikasi media pembelajaran penjas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di IKIP-PGRI Pontianak Kalimantan Barat pada semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2015/2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan orientasi pada kreativitas mahasiswa  sebagai solusi dari permasalahan pembelajaran penjas yang muncul dengan menggunakan teknik pembelajaran Problem Solving . Penelitian ini dilakukan di IKIP-PGRI Pontianak pada mahasiswa semester VI pada mata kuliah Micro Teaching Kelas A Sore sebanyak 7 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam memodifikasi media pembelajaran  penjas pada mata kuliah micro teaching Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatandan Rekreasi sebagai dampak dari problem solving. Kata Kunci: Kreativitas, modifikasi media pembelajaran, metode pemecahan  masalah.

Abstract

Tujuan   penelitian   ini   adalah   mengembangkan model  penanganan cedera sprin ankle pada Olahraga sepak takraw di IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan rancangan penelitian pegembangan dan memanfaatkan model pengembangan (Research and   Development)   yang   telah   dimodifikasi   oleh   peneliti. Dari hasil rekapitulasi data uji coba kelompok besar (n=20) dapat dideskripsikan bahwa dalam 20 bentuk latihan penanganan cedera yang di bagi mejadi 4 fase latihan, adalah 93,33% dapat di terapkan sehingga masuk dalan katogori baik atau dapat di terima. Berdasarkan   produk  yang dikembangkan   melalui   uji   ahli   dan   uji lapangan,  maka   penanganan cedera sprain ankle pada olahraga sepaktakraw telah terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman pelatih dan atlet atau mahasiswa dalam penanganan  cedera olahraga khususnnya sprain ankle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to train students' critical thinking skills in the Junior High School Physical Education subject in Pontianak City. The product research and development model that forms the basis of this research is the Dick Carey instructional design model. The population in this study is students in the Physical Education and Health Subject at Junior High School in Pontianak City. The researcher's sampling technique to be used is total sampling. The data collection technique used is observation technique. The technique used to analyze the data in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the first trial data recapitulation, the key score on the guidelines for the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) Test/Basketball Game Performance obtained at this early stage obtained an average of 86 actions for each indicator, which means that effective performances often appear. This category means that students' critical thinking skills are quite good in terms of students' decisions in basketball playing material. In order to optimize students' critical thinking skills, interaction between educators and students is needed to reflect the behavior (effect) of teaching and learning under certain conditions. in the trial phase 2, the average action of each indicator has changed, based on the key score table, which means that effective performance always appears. This category means that students' critical thinking skills are optimal in terms of student support in basketball playing material. Based on the product developed through expert testing and field testing, the Guide to training critical thinking in the Physical Education subject for Junior High School Students (SMP) in Pontianak City is suitable for Physical Education learning.

Abstract

The Issues in PB Pelangi Partners Occurrence of injuries in athletes, specifically in the ankle, knee, and calf, resulting in a decline in performance. The objective of this service is to provide an understanding of how to handle these injuries. The methods used include interviews and distributing pre-test injury management questionnaires, coaching clinics, and practical guidance on ankle, knee, and calf injury management. The interview results from 15 athletes and coaches from PB Pelangi revealed that 60% (9 individuals) had experienced injuries, while 40% (6 individuals) had not. The most common injuries among athletes were ankle injuries at 33% (5 individuals), knee injuries at 20% (3 individuals), and calf injuries at 47% (7 individuals). The pre-test results regarding understanding of ankle, knee, and calf injury management showed that 73% (11 individuals) had minimal understanding, while 27% (4 individuals) understood the management. The lack of understanding among athletes and coaches in handling injuries can have an impact on performance decline. To address this, a coaching clinic on ankle, knee, and calf injury management was conducted, attended by 15 participants consisting of athletes and coaches. After the activity, it was concluded that 80% (12 individuals) understood the injury management actions, while 20% (3 individuals) did not. The inclusion of post-test results showed that 80% (12 individuals) understood the management, while 20% (3 individuals) did not. This training is expected to improve the fitness and performance of the athletes

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is to provide the village community with guidance on maintaining bodily health by adopting a healthy lifestyle through rhythmic gymnastics. Based on data from the Directorate General of Public Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022, the percentage of districts/cities promoting a healthy living movement in West Kalimantan province was 28.6%. This means that the figure has not yet reached the target of the community movement plan set at 40%. The methods provided include: (1) survey stages with partners, (2) coordination with the Village Chief and local tribal leaders, (3) implementation of healthy gymnastics socialization, (4) documentation and publication. The results of the community service (PKM) implementation are considered good and responsive, as conveyed by the PKM team that the enthusiasm of the villagers participating in the socialization of a healthy lifestyle through rhythmic gymnastics for the village community is high among both young and old age groups

Abstract

  Abstract Physical education is a discipline that studies health, physical development, and student skills through sports activities. PJOK (Physical Education, Sports, and Health) teachers play an important role in the physical education system. In addition to teaching, they are responsible for educating students about health and physical fitness. To improve the competence of PJOK teachers to become professionals with the hope of enhancing the quality of learning, a physical fitness coaching clinic was conducted for PJOK teachers in Kapuas Hulu Regency. The procedures carried out included the distribution of a pre-test questionnaire to assess understanding of physical fitness, in-depth material sessions, practical measurement of physical fitness, and the distribution of a post-test questionnaire to evaluate the results of the activities. This program was attended by PJOK teachers from junior high schools (SMP), senior high schools (SMA), and vocational schools (SMK) throughout Kapuas Hulu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and an introduction to physical fitness for students at State Vocational High School 3 Singkawang, particularly in measuring students physical fitness levels. Based on field data, many Physical Education (PJOK) teachers still have limited understanding of the National Sports Grand Design (DBON). In addition, students have never received assessments of their physical fitness, which results in decreased concentration during PJOK learning activities and rapid fatigue during physical activities. The method applied is service learning, in which students receive education and understanding of the importance of physical fitness through collaboration with PJOK teachers at the school. The stages include: (1) completion of questionnaires/pre-tests, (2) socialization and measurement of students physical fitness, (3) completion of questionnaires/post-tests, and (4) activity documentation. The implementation of this community service program received positive responses, as reported by the PKM team, including: (1) enhanced understanding of measuring physical fitness through the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN), and (2) best practices in the field for measuring physical fitness using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN)
