Abstract

The school has important role to improve the quality of students. Not only in intelectual side but also for improving the quality of spiritual and piety os students. This research aims to analyse how the influence of the school environment can affect the development of spiritual quotient of student in Madrasah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. The study method used quantitative method. The author used field research method to gain the firm and secondary data. The data collection techniques was taken by spreading questionnaire for 90 students, observation and collecting the important document. This study found that there was positive influence of the religious culture in the school could affect the positive influence in betta coefficients rate 0,372 (37%) into development of stydent’s spiritual quotient. The religious culture is unofficial effort of education out of the class containing : religious activity (duha, prayer, jama’ah prayer), good attitude among students and teacher, kind culture in the school. It suggests to all teacher to improve the religious culture in the school to make students more religious and get development of spiritual quotient.Keywords – Hidden Curriculum, Kebudayaan Religius, Kecerdasan Spiritual.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the degree of religious moderation among high school students. There are many cases of intolerance and violence between students in South Jakarta, that require a solution in the form of an attitude of religious moderation. Religious moderation, within the Indonesian context, represents a balanced approach to religious practices and beliefs, promoting harmony within the pluralistic Indonesian society. It encompasses an individual's commitment to religious principles, interactions within a diverse community, and civic responsibilities. Religious moderation teaches to have attitudes and actions in middle proportion. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology. Data is primarily collected through a structured questionnaire. The study's population consists of high school seniors in South Jakarta, with a representative sample drawn from five schools in the region. The findings reveal an overall mean score of 81.38 on a 0-100 scale, indicating a "good" level of religious moderation. Examining specific indicators, the results are as follows: (1) National commitment scores 80.60, categorizing as "good"; (2) Tolerance scores 82.28, also falling within the "good" category; (3) Anti-violence records 76.92, indicating a "medium" level; and (4) Accommodation of local culture registers 85.73, signifying a "good" level of moderation. This research contributes to providing an overview to the government and schools about the quality of religious moderation among high school students, so that the government and schools can take strategic actions such as developing curriculum, learning strategies and teaching materials in an effort to improve the quality of religious moderation attitudes among students

Abstract

Abstrak Computational Thinking (CT) menjadi salah satu keahlian dasar yang harus dimiliki dalam menghadapi VUCA World, seperti halnya membaca dan menulis. CT membantu proses berpikir dalam menemukan solusi dari setiap permasalahan, tidak hanya untuk bidang ilmu Informatika atau Teknik, namun permasalahan di bidang yang lain bahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru sebagai pendidik juga harus mempunyai kemampuan CT dalam menyampaikan materi ajar dalam bentuk media pembelajaran. Hal ini mengharuskan guru mempunyai kreativitas dan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital yang menarik dan dapat diakses oleh siswa secara realtime. Prodi Informatika kembali melanjutkan rangkaian kegiatan pembinaan pembelajaran berbasis CT kepada guru-guru dengan memperluas wilayah kegiatan ke Yayasan Pesantren Jam'iyatul Mubtadi Desa Pagelaran. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan secara online via whatsapp group dan offline langsung di pesantren. Kegiatan offline dilaksanakan selama dua hari, diawali dengan penumbuhan motivasi guru melalui materi kompetensi guru dan perkembangan teknologi digital di dunia pendidikan. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan materi khusus Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dan CT untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar  guru. Hasil evaluasi dan observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan kompetensi guru, khususnya dalam menghasilkan media ajar berbasis digital. Hal ini terlihat dari 70% guru berhasil membuat media ajar berbasis digital dengan pemanfaatan platform desain online canva.Kata kunci: Computational Thinking, Digital, HOTS, Kompetensi Guru, Media Pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of pesantren culture on students' academic achievements in higher education. A pesantren is a traditional Islamic boarding school comprising key elements such as a kyai (religious leader), santri (students), dormitories, and a mosque. This research explores how its cultural practices influence student outcomes by focusing on one type of pesantren that operates in the evening, exemplified by Pesantren Luhur Sabilussalam. The study employs an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach and uses quantitative data collection and analysis methods. Findings indicate that four core cultural components- Islamic study sessions (pengajian), religious activities, the pesantren environment, and interpersonal relationships- contribute positively to students' academic and non-academic success, accounting for a 45% impact on their performance in higher education
