Abstract

Harapan besar terhadap BSI Subang untuk menjadi salah satu pendorong perekonomian masyarakat setempat bahkan sampai tingkat nasional sekaligus berkelas dunia harus dapat segera direalisasikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji terkait dengan Analisis deskriptif perkembangan BSI di Kabupaten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terkait analisis perkembangan BSI di Kabupaten Subang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa BSI saat ini menjadi bank terbesar ke-7 di Indonesia dari sisi aset. Pasar saham juga menjadi indikator bahwa BSI mendapat tanggapan positif dari pengusaha dan investor. Keberhasilan awal tersebut harus diikuti dengan keberhasilan dalam mewujudkan visi bank kelas dunia dan kemampuan menjadi roda penggerak perekonomian nasional, antara lain, melalui upaya transformasi komersial yang berkesinambungan, produksi produk jasa keuangan yang kompetitif dan peningkatan penetresi keuangan. Oleh karena itu, melalui peran pengawasannya, BSI Subang harus terus memantau dan mendorong perkembangan BSI Subang untuk mendukung perekonomian dan mampu mencapai visi yang ditetapkan pada tahum 2025.

Abstract

In the current era, non-bank institutions finance is increasingly in demand because it can provide initial capital intake for people, especially those opening small and medium businesses, for example sharia pawnshops. And it is this psychological life skills factor that influences a person's decision to become a customer. This research aims to find out what factors make someone choose to become a sharia pawnshop customer. This research method adopts a quantitative approach, using statistical methods to analyze and measure the relationship between variables, as well as collecting data from various populations. The results of this research are that from the F test it is known that the calculated F is greater than (12,811 > 3.09). meaning that Knowledge (X1), Psychographic Segmentation (X2) have a simultaneous influence on Interest in becoming a customer (Y). Meanwhile, the Knowledge T Test (X1) shows that the calculated t value is greater than the t table (4,375 > 1.984). there is an influence of Knowledge (X1) on Interest in becoming a customer (Y). Psychographic Segmentation (X2) calculated t value is greater than t table (1.505 < 1.984). This means that there is no influence of Psychographic Segmentation (X1) on Interest in becoming a customer (Y).

Abstract

In economic activities there are various kinds of businesses carried out by people to fulfill their economy. One of them is trading, trading can be done anywhere but mostly it is done in a place which is usually called a market. Especially in the Pagaden area, it is no stranger to the name market. The market is a place that is a source of income for the community, especially in the Pagaden area. However, what happens if the community's place to fulfill their economy experiences an unexpected event, namely a fire, they have to restart their destroyed business. Therefore, this research was conducted to contains traders' strategies for maintaining their business after a market fire occurred at Pagaden Market, Subang Regency. The type of research used is qualitative, using interview research methods with participants, namely MSMEs and SDI actors in it. The results of this research show that traders maintain their business. implementing a marketing management strategy in the form of selling a variety of products. Apart from that, if viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, the marketing management strategy in Islam is being honest with the product, being fair in setting prices. The risk management strategy is in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective by not allowing any means to be justified. to get more profits and carry out better business planning.
